Pros:

Vista stupenda sul Fuschelsee! L'albergo é molto grande e in posizione molto tranquilla, perfetta per le passeggiate!

Cons:

Purtroppo il cane poteva stare solo sulla terrazza del bar o in camera, non si poteva portare al ristorante.

Prijemny byl personal na veceri a snidani

Cons:

Absolutni nepomer mezi cenou a urovni ubytovani, rezervovali jsme junior suite a dali nam pokoj na rohu budovy, takze pokoj byl do zatacky a loznice byla naprosto tmava, bez oken, bez denniho svetla, abyste se dostali na terasu, museli jste pres zatacku chodbickou, kdyz jsme konfrontovali recepci, ze pri rezervaci na fotkach je loznice s vyhledem, bylo nam receno, ze tam nemohou vyfotit vsechy pokoje?...a vymenu neprovedli, takze za 3 noci za 39 tisic jsme meli tmavou kobku?...navic hotel je spise kycovita napodobenina praveho rakouskeho alpskeho hotylku...hotel je navic predimenzovany, rano na snidani je to jak v kantyne hlava na hlave, stovky lidi, navic jidlo i k veceri spise prumer......no po jedne noci jsme odjeli ...nechapu jak tento hotel muze mit 4hv.a ozn.superior????...opravdu ho nedoporucuji

Simply perfect, I would love to stay longer.
Pros:

I loved the spa and the services it provided. All the extremely hlepful and positive vibes from all the personel. The gastronomy was delicious too.
I loved the large block spa with the views of the lake and the terrace outside of the spa area.
I highly appreciate the private strand on the lake shore with free to take paddleboards, boats etc. Enjoyed my stay!

Cons:

In my room at the villa in the morning it took around 3 minutes to get hot water, and when it was too hot it was difficult to regulate it with cold water. I guess just a technical issue. But all in all it was just a minor inconvenience.

Pros:

Die Lage ist top, der SPA Bereich sehr schön, die Liegewiese am See super sowieso die Möglichkeit dort Boote usw. auszuborgen.

Cons:

Das Resort ist zu groß und es sind zwar alle sehr nett, aber es fühlt sich nach charmanter Massenabfertigung an. Auch die Räumlichkeiten für Frühstück und Abendessen erinnern vom Lärmpegel auch eher an eine Kantine. Die Terrasse ist zwar schön, aber auch hier hat man beim Essen keinerlei Privatsphäre und muss die Gespräche vom Nachbartisch mitanhören.
Das Licht, das an jedem Balkon zur Beleuchtung des Hauses bis Mitternacht und bereits ab 6 Uhr morgens automatisch leuchtet, ist sehr störend, wenn man bei offener Balkontür schlafen möchte, weil es in den Zimmern viel zu heiß ist.
Die Ruheräume sind im Sommer ebenso viel zu heiß und wenn viele Kinder im Pool bzw. SPA sind, ist es sowieso zu laut, da die Fenster offen sind, weil es sonst bestimmt noch stickiger wäre.

Kurz (hatte nur einige Tage frei), aber sehr schön und erholsam
Pros:

Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend - ist sehr bemüht, die Wünsche der Gäste bestmöglich zu erfüllen,
Zimmer - Lage sehr warm und im Durchzug gelegen, also nicht ganz so ruhig, wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe, Frühstück und generell das Essen sehr lecker, große Auswahl und Abwechslung,

Cons:

Die weitläufigen Wege waren etwas verwirrend - habe nicht alle Zugänge gefunden.

This resort is absolutely incredible. The property is large, beautifully organized, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. The staff is always there to help and make sure you have everything you need.

Despite the size of the resort, it never feels overwhelming. Everything is designed to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. You can truly switch off, enjoy the beautiful surroundings, and feel completely at ease.

A wonderful place for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

The only thing would be the flies in the food area . Like they were 5 trying to eat my cookies . I gave up and let them have it …
