Tout nous a été facile et agréable
Pros:

Un bel endroit en face de la grande plage de Plaka au calme, au bout du chemin qui longe la plage. Un coucher de soleil magnifique dont nous avons profité depuis notre chambre ! Et un petit déjeuner de qualité, très copieux préparé par Anastasia . Une mention particulière pour la qualité de l accueil d’Anastasia et son sens de service ! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié cette semaine passée dans cet établissement.

Direkt am Hotelstrand wurde uns abgeraten denn im Wasser sind felsplatten und mal kann sich verletzen.
Mussten leider unseren Urlaub gesundheitsbedingt um eine Woche verkürzen ( war bereits 2wochen zuvor abgeklärt )mussten allerdings fast den
gesamten Preis bezahlen. Angeblich versteht die zuständige Dame kein deutsch ( komisch zum reservierten ging’s ). Wir hatten Ameisen im Zimmer. Die wurden mit Chemie ausgeräuchert dass wir erst mal nicht rein konnten. Beim auschecken mussten wir bis 10 Uhr die Zimmer geräumt haben, durften aber gnädig an dem Pool bleiben. Auf meine Frage ob es eine Toilette gäbe wurde Diese verneint. D.h. Ich musste von 10 bis zur Abfahrt um 15 Uhr ausharren.
Dies und nich mehr du d keine guten Erinnerungen an das Haus.

Quiet location with stunning views and sunsets over Paros.
Pros:

The location was great, so near the beautiful beach. Lovely swimming pool. We had the best view from our balcony. we were out of season so it was very quiet.

Pros:

Anastasia is helpful and reachable

Plaka Beach location is great

Can walk to many restaurants.

Clean updated rooms

Cons:

The grounds are basically not kept up. You approach the property from the parking lot and there are no paved paths to the building. Rather, you walk across beaten down paths across the grass, which is not neatly mowed.

They allegedly supply equipment to be used by guests,, such as umbrellas for the beach and bicycles, but the latter are in such poor repair that they couldn't be driven 1 meter

These are things that could be easily fixed by the ptoperty if they wanted to.

Pros:

A very nice place, quiet, chill and just good to be at Akti Plaka. Rooms were really nice and the every day clean beds and towels was amazing! Also that the washed dishes were placed back to their places felt like extra service. We felt welcome without beeing to much 😀 thank you for everything!

Cons:

The kitchen is really small and after washing the dishes, need to use the cooking plate to dry the dishes, but we got a dry and kitchen cloth every day so it wasn't an issue actually. The place is really nice, at the end of the road and not many places open anymore at the end of the season, but we had nice walks to the center everyday so we were happy at the end to getting really good icecream Dionysos!

Cons:

Be careful with food storage as there are lots of ants and insects around the property. Floors in the room could have been a bit cleaner as they were quite dusty

Cons:

Frühstück war nicht besonders und jeden Tag gleich. Keine Abwechslung möglich.
Wegen des Wetters konnten wir nicht wie geplant abreisen. Am Tag zuvor sagte uns die Verwalterin zu, dass wir unser Zimmer problemlos für 1-2 Nächte länger mieten könnten.
Am Morgen der ursprünglichen Abreise schmiss sie uns dann aber unvermittelt raus, weil sie das Zimmer brauchte. Ohne uns ein anderes Zimmer anzubieten.

Großes Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Badezimmern, bei 4 Personen wirklich top.

Cons:

leider zu kleine Küchenzeile, um wirklich selbst kochen zu können. Für Frühstück und Nudeln mit Soße oder Brotzeit reicht es aber.
Auto unbedingt notwendig um von A nach B zu kommen. Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Fußnähe.

A wonderful, romantic stay in a beautiful location in Naxos.
Pros:

The hotel was wonderful. There are not many rooms, so it felt very private. We were given lots of information at check-in about the island and what we should do there, including some great recommendations. A car was arranged for us for our time there within a few minutes by the host. Breakfast was brought to our door on the mornings that we wanted it. The pool was amazing with luxurious sunbeds and even day beds in the pool. Luxury atmosphere for a very affordable price!
