Wonderful
Pros:

The property grounds were well kept, pool was clean, great housekeeping. The owner was accommodating and available, suggestive and helpful in our requests. The onsite manager (Naz) was also helpful…. Close to beach and walking distance to nearby restaurants and grocery stores.

Pros:

Struttura accogliente e curata, con un bellissima piscina, a pochi passi da una spiaggia di sabbia e da un mare molto bello.
Situata in una zona tranquilla con locali carini.
La città principale dell'isola è a soli 15 minuti di auto ed anche le spiagge più famose sono facilmente raggiungibili.
L'accoglienza di Nas è stata perfetta; succo di frutta all'arrivo e tutte le informazioni utili per muoversi sull'isola.
Camera bellissima per la nostra famiglia con super vista sul mare.

Eine Oase der Ruhe - direkt am Strand - mit höchstem Komfort und Service!
Pros:

Wir waren rundum begeistert. Handtücher werden täglich gewechselt und die Bettbezüge jeden 2. Tag. Die Zimmer und die Anlage sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alle sind sehr bemüht allfällige Herausforderungen und Wünsche umgehend zu lösen. Wir haben zwar kein Frühstück probiert, aber es sah sehr reichhaltig und gut aus. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Direkt am ruhigen und schönen Strand - im FKK-Bereich (man kann dort auch mit Kleidung baden oder sonnen). Eine Auto ist empfehlenswert, aber die Busstation und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind auch nur 7 Gehminuten entfernt. Danke für diese wunderschöne Zeit - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

In einem Zimmer rochen die Küchenschränke etwas modrig. Man hat uns einen Zimmerwechsel angeboten, aber wird sind geblieben, weil uns das Zimmer gut gefallen hat. Wir ließen einfach die unteren Schränke geschlossen und die Türen der Oberschränke ständig geöffnet, wodurch wir dann keinen störenden Geruch mehr hatten. Es wäre aber schön, wenn dies in Zukunft gelöst werden kann, denn es ist schade, da alle Zimmer sehr schön und renoviert sind.

Fantastic value beachfront stay in Naxos
Pros:

Fantastic location right by the beach, very quiet, easy walk to beach bars. Gorgeous pool at the property too, with sea views. We had a lovely terrace (a little close to the one behind us but it was fine) and beautiful room. Nice staff. Easy drive to bigger beach town and Naxos chora. Free parking. Would absolutely stay again.

Cons:

Everything was fantastic - perhaps having some basics in the kitchenette like coffee filters, sugar, coffee for the first day would be nice. But otherwise everything wonderful.

Great value with some things to be aware of!
Pros:

Great location and spacious rooms. Please be aware that the beach directly in front of the hotel is a nudist beach, and you’ll need to walk 5-10 minutes up the beach to clear the nudes. However the beach is amazing and it’s so convenient if you want to visit for chill beach days. Also nice pool (hours are 8am-8pm). And great cats on the property! Super friendly and fun to greet when coming home in the evening. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast (12/euro each) was not our taste but nice of them to have an option if you’re in a pinch.

Cons:

Unfortunately we got a room on the ground floor (#5) that suffered from a very foul, persistent smell near the door. It didn’t dissipate and got worse during our stay, eventually seeping into the bedroom at night. Nothing we did could resolve the smell, indicating it was likely a fault with the building’s sewer plumbing or mold somewhere. The air freshener the hotel gave us did nothing. Bummer because the rest of the room was enjoyable but the smell made it difficult to remain in the living room or use the kitchenette area. I had read a previous review about a room with an uncapped sewer pipe smell… we hoped we wouldn’t end up with that one but we think we did.

Also, I thought it was strange having the playground in line of sight of the nude beach. At one point this little girl was swinging while a naked man was laying out near the edge of the bluff/dune. Strange but no ill intent, just bad proximity. I personally wouldn’t feel comfortable with my kids out front by themselves.

We really enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

Amazing hotel if you want to relax and have the beach close by. There are not a lot of services near the hotel (restaurants, supermarket, rent a car, etc). However we found it perfect for our stay and the host helped us with what to see, with renting an ATV, etc. Would definetely recommend if you want to have the beach close by and have a relaxing holidays. We really enjoyed the balcony on our room with the sea view :)

Cons:

We already knew this, but the hotel is a bit secluded. Only has a few restaurants close by and the bus stop is 10min away by walking. However if you rent a car or a scooter you'll be fine :)

Excellent stay
Pros:

Beautiful setting right opposite the quieter part of Plaka beach. The room was clean and comfortable with good sized terrace and lovely pool area. Kiki and Nas very friendly and welcoming.Have stayed here before and would most definitely stay again.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.

Excellent location on the Plaka Beach, only a dirt road between hotel/pool area and long beautiful stretch of beach. Pool was clean and kept up, sunbeds were thick and comfy. Our apartment room was clean and comfortable, with refrigerator and stove top and coffee maker and teapot. Short walk to pool, nice covered porch area with chairs and table. Lovely. Helpful staff.

Cons:

The a/c fan speed was only '4 bars and full force', so kinda too blowy when sleeping.

Great value for the cost. Loved the island and the beach.
Pros:

We did not order breakfast, so I can't comment on that. We were offered fresh juice & a muffin at check-in, which was nice. Nas, the receptionist, was super helpful, kind and happy to help with any concerns/recommendations. She was the best. I loved the location, down a private road & right across from the beach. We had two rooms, and one was definitely smaller than the other. We also did not have a stove in either. If we would stay here again, I would choose different rooms. The pool was nice and very clean. Communication was easy with WhatsApp.

Cons:

The rooms need some updating. Also could've been a little cleaner. FYI the beach has a nudist section that is very close to the apartments. To each their own, just be aware.
