The towels were very smelly.

The hotel is located close to the sea and the beach. This is probably its only real advantage.
The hotel is extremely noisy. The windows provide almost no sound insulation, so you can hear every car passing by. Almost every night, loud music from a nearby disco can be heard around 3 a.m. Then, starting at 6–7 a.m., there are loud noises that sound like gunshots. Apparently, people hunt rabbits in the area. Getting a good night’s sleep is very difficult.
The rooms are extremely basic, with minimal facilities. The shower water constantly changes from hot to cold, making it difficult to adjust the temperature. There isn’t even soap in the bathroom.
Reception has very limited working hours. Staff usually arrive around 9–10 a.m. and may leave as early as 3 p.m. Outside these hours, there is practically nobody available to help. The kitchen staff cannot assist with any hotel-related questions.
Breakfast is repetitive, with very little variety. The advertised price is around €8, but the actual cost is €10. If you sit outside, there are lots of sparrows constantly trying to get into your plate. You cannot leave your food unattended even for a minute.

La posizione vicino a spiaggia, fermata autobus, giostrine per bambini, si arriva facilmente al porto e al St. Antnin park, la presenza di una persona dedicata a gestire tutte le richieste, come adattatore per la presa e phon per capelli.
La pulizia era perfetta.
Manca il bidet o almeno il doccino.

Part of the door jamb was missing.
The courtyard should be painted and the loungers set out instead of having to get your own and put it amongst assorted abandoned items.
Perfectly placed, near the beach and close to bus stops to travel into the Three Cities and Valletta. Rooms exactly as described. The onsite restaurant was an added plus.
We could perhaps have enjoyed a more varied evening menu, but there are other restaurants nearby too.
