Pros:

Good location and WiFi connection

Cons:

Shower not fit for purpose- cradle was broken so had to manually hold shower head, faucet for shower was broken and detached from the unit

Die Inderin Sara, hat jeden Tag die Preise geändert, sei es beim Frühstück oder selbst beim Espresso probierte Sie etwas zu profitieren. Es geht nicht um die paar Euros, mann macht es einfach nicht. Buche seit Jahren bei Booking und wenn ich etwas bemängele, dann heisst es es etwas.

Wonderful
Pros:

I liked everything about it. In fact, I haven’t seen such great service from the staff in a long time. The location is fantastic—there’s a bus stop nearby, the beach is close by, and there are some great restaurants too. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation. I highly recommend it.

Pros:

Clean, comfortable, staff were friendly and the stay felt very safe overall. The pool and restaurant were absolutely lovely and so close to the airport. I would definetley stay here again.

Don't Stay Here! Poorly run, Run down and , Noisy with a mediocre location.

Nothing really. The staff (when available) were friendly, but generally were not helpful,which is not their fault. This is just a poorly managed hotel

Very poorly managed. No support staff around, only for checkout. Owner out of the country and very hard to reach. If you have an issue you will waste a lot of your day trying to get help.Gave us a room with a broken sliding door, so we couldn't leave the room for hours waiting for it to be fixed! Front desk Polish intern, was lovely, but did not speak English or Maltese, only Polish, so she was basically helpless to communicate or help with anything other than checkout and payment. gave us a kettle, but with a European plug and no adapter, so unusable.Room was shabby, with a broken lock on sliding door to the poo/bar l that took hours to get fixed which basically ruined our one day here. Noisy all day into the night because of proximity to the bar/restaurant and not very private. Location was just ok. There are much better areas to stay. I would avoid this hotel.
