Good hotel brand, this particular property needs management.
Pros:

Breakfast was prepared well.

Cons:

Entry door too hard to open, deadbolt didnt work, toilet kept running, internet didnt work at desk, no listing of tv channels, debris was in toilet bowl, batbroom floor tile was loose(water from shower), rags and debris on sill over main entrance. GM and mamager should attend to this property.

The staff was amazing but the rooms need work.
Pros:

The pool was nice for my kids. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Cons:

The place was not cleaned properly. There were rips and stains in the curtains and the outlet was hanging out of the wall

Friendly staff & comfortable beds but nothing extra-run down pool and terrible continental breakfast
Pros:

Lobby was updated, staff was friendly, and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

We booked this place over several other options because of the pool and continental breakfast. We specifically booked this hotel because pictures online showed the pool had a hot tub. We were disappointed when we arrived and there was no hot tub. There clearly was one at one time, but it had been filled in since the pictures were taken. The pool area was VERY run down. The legs of the chairs were rusted and sharp. My husband cut his toe when he rubbed up against one of them. The tables and chairs are dangerous and need to be removed. The pool area in general needs MAJOR improvement and the false advertising with online pictures should be removed! Also, the continental breakfast was inedible. I don't expect fine dining but the muffins were very dry, rehydrated eggs were bland, and the biscuits & gravy was awful. If you are just looking for a cleanish place with a comfy bed this is your place. But if you are looking for anything extra I would not recommend.

Didn’t feel safe parking truck and boat in lot- for that matter did not feel safe getting out of car.
Pros:

Nothing - we thought it would be nice!

Cons:

We arrived later in the evening. We were a boat and there was only one place to park. Problem was right next to were we could have park 10 to 15 teens were in the parking lot right next door filming some sort of videos. At one point one of them pulled out a gun (to be fair it could have been fake but I was not about to find out) drove away - called the hotel and explained - they would not give us a refund - IT WAS NOT SAFE!

Wonderful hotel and amazing staff!
Pros:

The property was amazing and clean. Wonderful location with lots to do in the area. The staff at the hotel were wonderful. They were very kind and helpful and anything we needed they had. Checking in and checking out was easy and breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

The beds. The beds were hard. I ended up sleeping on the couch in our room on our second night due to how bad the bed was. The bed was very similar to laying on a plank of wood.

I felt dirty
Cons:

This place will not receive any awards for cleanliness. There was a hole in the bathroom door that was poorly patched. Couch and floor were dirty and stained. Expected a lot better compared to other country inn and suites I've stayed at.
