Fine For A Night
Pros:

Breakfast was great!

Cons:

Our room had an active leak going on and the floor was soaking wet. This made my allergies get bad. We thankfully switched rooms (smaller) but it didn’t seem to be a pressing concern of the staff. I’m certain there was mold. When we went to breakfast the next morning, there was another leak dripping from the ceiling, that lined up with where our first room was located so it seemed to be an ongoing issue and nothing seemed to be being done about it.

Very very disappointing
Pros:

Cons:

We had no hot water all the days we were there. Or water pressure. My daughter got hit in the head by a crown moulding that suddenly fell off the door frame. The receptionist at night was very very rude. Ants crawling in the dining room on our table.

decent for the price, night check in VERY slow

continent and close to kroger. has a nice little gym with dumbbells and treadmill to get a quick workout in.

believe the other reviews when they say it smells musty, because it does. bedsheet had stain on it, bathroom had piss stain. pool was dirty so i didn’t use that. biggest compliant was during a late check in, there was another group ahead of me that had some issue preventing them from checking in, there were 2 staff, but instead of checking in the rest of us, 2 of them spent about 30 minutes with the group when one finally had a realization she can check us in while they wait in them. it was 1AM 07/17/26. one of the slowest check in experience i’ve ever had and it made it worse because i just drove 8 hours and was very tired. night crew needs a retraining.

Don't go if you want a nice hot shower or if you want water pressure. The whole time we had these issues. And even the last day still no water pressure. Don't know what is going on there. Ants in the breakfast area too. Lacking in towels and such. Very disappointing. We stayed 2 ,years ago and don't remember any of these issues. While staying there the police were in front of the hotel 2 times. And while doing laundry late at night a lady walking through the hotel crying. I asked her what was wrong and she wouldn't answer me. And if you need to switch to another hotel they can't give you your money back right away so then you are stuck. It really was disappointing. The picture below shows the hot water on full blast.

Pros:

It was clean. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

No hot water for a shower, both nights there barely warm. People drinking outside being loud. Cops showing up twice. Dog in room above us running around all night. Other than that it wasn't a bad place if they would place all dogs on a bottom floor . Fix the water temp. N not let people sit outside and drink all evening . Beings there are children who stay there it'd be a great place .
