Shower didn’t get hot. Dirty paper towel next to bed upon arrival. Hairs on towels. Stains all over furniture. Breakfast was abysmal. Front desk person was outside vaping sitting at table upon arrival. Ice machine broken.

Location was awesome. Staff was super friendly.

Cons:

We stayed 2 nights for LS fest. Only real complaint was the lack of hot water. First night we all took cold showers. Next morning there wasn’t any hot water to speak of. Didn’t get a warm shower until later the second night.

The bed as comfortable

Cons:

We had no hot water all weekend. There was blood on the curtains in the living room . Also a bandage left in the bedroom. We called to ask about the water and they just said the whole building was out . Didn't let us know if or when it would be back on . All hotels around us was completely booked due to the festival in town. We didnt sleep well due to not being able to take a shower. We were outside all weekend and felt so nasty and had no way to properly clean ourselves!!

Never again!
Pros:

Location and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Our first room should never have been rented out. The bathtub coating was all peeled up and we had to wear our flip flops to take a shower and there was no hot water. I mean NONE! The bathroom door looked like someone had punched a hole in it and it had been repaired but never sanded or painted. Also, the secondary door lock also did not work.
We asked for a different room which had a clean tub but still no hot water. We stayed for two days and never had hot water. Unacceptable!

It was okay but might start looking for for another hotel. This was my go to and it let me down.
Pros:

Close to everything, in house breakfast

Cons:

TV’s didn’t work on the first room I had there was no cable hooked up. I had to move because I had two different reservations but they were the same room type. The second room one of TV’s didn’t. There was no hot water. I went to get extra towels and there was none.

Cons:

1. Crumbs on the sofa on arrival,
2. water pressure issues, when I first wanted to shower, there was no water coming through the bathtub tap. Tried kitchen sink nothing, but the bathroom sink and toilet were okay. Notified front desk, waited a couple of minutes, and tried again while waiting for maintenance - water was flowing at this point. Notified front desk of same.
3. Protein options were limited for those, like me, who are unable to eat eggs.
4. Pool area is desperate for a deep clean/paint job. Not inviting.

We will not stay here again!

We didn't eat breakfast there so we can't answer.

Cons:

The entry door was so warped that you almost needed to put your shoulder into the door to open/close. No hot water the first 48 hours; complained twice, no resolve. While walking about in the room on the vinyl floor area, the bottoms of my feet were very dirty.
