Clean. Good location.
Breakfast bar was very disappointing.
Location was great, rooms were adequate and beds were comfortable.
Water pressure and temp was not good, the elevator smelled strongly throughout the stay of marijuana and was very slow.
The beds were nice.
The water in room for showers were cold. Sink in my room was slow draining . The red chair was very dirty. The hallway and elevator smelled like skunk. Didnt like it that housekeeping didn't come in until the 3rd day. Ask them a question and they didn't understand.

The property had major maintenance issues. My 2 year old grandson slipped and fell and busted his head on the floor with no warning of wet floor and I’m still waiting on someone to contact my daughter. There was no manager around to help. Our first night there BG police had the entire parking lot surrounded turns out I heard from the receptionist that someone Over Dosed. There were out of order signs on the ice machine down stairs. The pool was ice cold and it was supposed to be heated. Receptionist blamed it on Corporate saying they were cheap skates. Also as part of the door that closes was hanging off next to the third floor elevator. The breakfast area was all taped off looking like a crime scene. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Bowling Green hotel. My parents live there and told me that the hotel is fairly new. What a joke you really need to look at new leadership to take care of this business.
Bathroom shower was slippy and the seat in shower was slippy also. i almost fell but had help getting out because it was so slippy
I loved the location close to all the resturants. Breakfast was sufficient everything good except the eggs.
The first room.given was disgusting holes in door and the bathtub needed to be totally removed the bottom was decayed as though it had been painted on the bottom then peeled. So the room was changed the next room the door was repaired with plaster but not painted. Couldn't shower because their was no hot water. I checked different times to show ,still cold. There was somekind of emergency the first night. A Firetruck 2 EMS with a supervisor vehicle and 6 to 8 police cars. There should've be a courtesy call to let everyone know they was safe and the building.

Didn’t feel clean, hard to get hot water to work
The lobby, breakfast area, rooms and bathroom were very clean
The pillows were awful
Staff was great love them
I reserved a room ended up with a different room. They switched me room but still not the room I reserved. Didn't have hot water the entire time there. They let us use another room to shower which was filthy had dirty towels and bloody pads and tampons and STILL no hot water. No shower for 3days.

Still trouble with the hot water, but had water pressure.
No hot water!!! Noted by a number of guests and not much care about it when reported. Good breakfast and comfortable room... other than NO HOT WATER!
