Pros:

Location and staff when we checked in.

Cons:

Breakfast had a lot to be desired. No gluten free options no fresh fruit. Just cereal,waffles,biscuits and gravy. Yuck.. no one eats like that anymore.

VERY ACCOMMODATING & KIND
Pros:

The staff was amazing in accommodating our disability needs and anticipated very late arrival! Breakfast bar and selections were fresh and plentiful. Pleasantly surprised.

Cons:

The indoor pool was closed, but it was beautiful to look at. Maintenance was waiting on a part, if I understood that correctly.

Best Stay of our Trip!!
Pros:

We were able to take advantage of a $99 Suite Rate for the Night! There were 3 of us, so we girls made use
of the Living area TV, so my husband could watch College Basketball on the Bedroom TV! That was an unexpected surprise we ALL were able to fully enjoy, especially after 6 hours of driving North on our way home from Snowbirding in Florida!! You made our Day!! We even got a first floor room…first one throughout our Trip!

Booked for indoor pool. It was out of order. Tried to get booking .Com and property to cansel 30 minutes after I first booked it. Both entities fail miserably!
