Dejligt hotel med rigtig fint rummeligt værelse. Virkelig venligt og hjælpsomt personale. En dejlig seng, der ikke var så hård, som mange andre hoteller i Østrig

Épouvantable expérience : après 21h vous êtes abandonnés à vous même. Aucun personnel. Personne ne répond au téléphone alors que nous n’arrivions plus à rentrer dans notre chambre.
Le petit déjeuner est correct. Le restaurant médiocre. Ce n’est pas pratique pour visiter Salzbourg. Et contrairement aux photos il n’y a pas de piscine.

Vi skulle finde et hurtigt hotel til en enkelt overnatning og fandt dette flotte hotel til en perfekt pris ville 100% anbefale. Super sød personale!! Og fantastisk morgenmad.

Ideal für zwei Nächte. Fitness, Sauna und Schwimmbad super. Frühstück sehr gut. Anbindung in Ordnung. Durch den kostenlosen Fahrradverleih die Möglichkeit in die Stadt zu kommen (ca. 40 Minuten).

One of the best place to stay very clean Friendly stuff, the owner of the place running the hotel and there are doing the best for you staying excellent breakfast with a beautiful view definitely I will be there again on my next trip to Salzburg

Ótima opção de hospedagem na região de Salzburg. O hotel fica a apenas 5kms da cidade. Local tranquilo com fácil acesso. Ficamos em um quarto luxo com linda vista para as montanhas.

Hotel muito bom! Quarto ótimo! Cama, banho, espaço, silêncio e limpeza.
Jantamos no restaurante deles e comida saborosa.
Café da manhã também muito bom.
Voltaria a me hospedar nele.

ıt was total luck to find thıs gem, so happy that we actually dıd not stay ın City Center but prefered to stay here.
amazıng staff, very clean rooms, compy beds, and the bıg surprıse for me was the all organıc healthy and tasty breakfast buffet❤️❤️. They get all theır ingredients from
Local farms, amazing bread selection , fresh carrot juice and home made jams and pickles❤️❤️

They also provde free bikes, we biked around the beatiful surroundings.
It was very very relaxing stay. Higly recommended

Et nydeligt og dejligt stort værelse. Super godt, at man kunne tage en svømmetur i poolen.
Lidt dyr aftensmad, men en rigtigt godt og overdådigt morgenmads buffet.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful
The room the breakfast the position …. But especially the staff. The customer service was excellent and the staff genuinely cared about your experience and went the extra mile. A particular mention to Antonia.
We stayed 2 nights and used the hotels free bikes to ride into Salzburg. There is a track from the hotel along the river, it is an awesome ride perfect! The bikes were of a high quality and well maintained.
Also used the gym and sauna which was spotlessly clean and well equipped,
Food in the restaurant was also high quality with vegan options

Staff at the front desk was wonderful and friendly. The wait staff in the dining room and restaurant were awesome. One particular lady who waited on me during the duration of my stay is very attentive. The food was good as well. Great job cook! Overall, the stay has been awesome. I will definitely recommend Hotel Ammerhauser for visit in Austria. It is only less than 30 minute train ride from Anthering to Salzburg. It is a relaxing place to stay.

Posizione ottima per visitare Salisburgo, struttura recente e ben tenuta.
Siamo soddisfatti tranne che 9er io terzo letto per il bambino che era una specie di divano adattato che era più duro del pavimento e ha dormito quindi con noi.
Per il resto nulla da dire.

Welcoming staff, beautiful well planned generous room with comfortable bed and balcony with amazing views. Fantastic breakfast.

Bei einem 4-Sterne Hotel erwarte ich eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Dies fiel bei über 30Grad in einem Dachgeschoss-Zimmer negativ auf.

Das Service-Personal war vollkommen überfordert.
8 Personen für 16 besetzte Tische und trotzdem klappte es nicht:
20 Minuten bis zur Aufnahme einer Bestellung (aber erst nachdem wir die Kellner stoppten).
Aperol Spritz viel zu stark und Getränke ohne Eis.
Keine Nachfrage nach weiteren Getränken.
Zwischen jedem Gang mindestens 20 Minuten Wartezeit. Für die Nachspeisenbestellung musste zweimal ein Kellner gestoppt werden damit überhaupt eine Bestellung aufgenommen wurde. 45 Minuten warteten wir dann (der Kaffee war längst geleert). Meine Nachfrage führte zu der Antwort: marillenknödel brauchen eben 20 Minuten. Ich antwortete, dass wir bereits 45 Minuten warten und bestellte meine Nachspeise ab. Die Antwort war: „Wenn sie nicht warten wollen kann ich auch nichts machen“
Nach weiteren 10 Minuten kamen die anderen Nachspeisen, Schokomousse und Palatschinken.
Das Abendessen dauerte knappe 3 Stunden!!!
Qualität des Essens: OK aber nicht gehoben.

Snack am Nachmittag für meine Tochter? Um 14:15 erhielten wir die Antwort: “Nach 2 gibt es überhaupt nichts mehr. Da müssen sie schon früher kommen.”

Kuchen am Nachmittag: Fehlanzeige.

Das Schwimmbad auf den Fotos ist leider nur das Freibad nebenan. Allerdings ist dies kostenlos, mit perfektem Personal und nicht überfüllt.

Insgesamt: Das Hotel war Ok, der Service nicht.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen im Hotel Ammerhauser.

Ein Hotel-Besuch, wie ich ihn mir Wünsche. Schöne Zimmer, qualitativ gutes Essen und sehr höflich Mitarbeiter

Alles perfekt. Sehr gerne wieder. Haben es bereits weiterempfohlen

Wir eine Woche zu Coronazeiten im Hotel und haben uns dort sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Zimmer mit Balkon war groß und schön. Einzige Verbesserung wäre ein Waschbecken im WC gewesen zum Händewaschen. Das Frühstück /Büffet war sehr lecker mit regionalen Spezialitäten. Da es sehr warm war, konnten wir alle Mahlzeiten draußen auf der gemütlichen Terrasse genießen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
