Excellent hotel in the Old Town
Pros:

Location is excellent and the room was beautiful and so comfortable. Best place we stayed at on our Austria trip.

Cons:

Coffee room was locked twice despite it being 24/7? Staff apologetic but it didn’t ruin the trip. Just a minor thing.

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren sehr weich, Lage des Zimmers (nur über Metallstufen im Freien eines kleinen Innenhofs erreichbar)

Beds and pillows were too soft.
Other than that it was very good

Pros:

Great location, lovely clean and spacious room. Good shower with daily towel change. Complimentary tea and coffee around the clock from the machine in the breakfast room. Lovely courtyard garden.

Cons:

Only 1 pillow and it was very lumpy and uncomfortable
