Komfortables, kleines Hotel in der Stadtmitte. Zimmer zur Strasse sind wegen des Kirchenläutens morgens laut.

Cons:

( Aushilfs-?) Rezeptionist war völlig unkundig zu Parkautomaten bzw. Parkregeln im Umkreis des Hotels. Er hat auch keine Anstalten gemacht sich diesbezüglich für die Gäste zu informieren.

Grundsätzlich gute Unterkunft in der Altstadt - mit Ausnahme von Zi. 17
Pros:

Gute Lage in der Altstadt - vieles zu Fuß erreichbar, freundliches Personal, Sauberkeit gut. Frühstück absolut i.O.
Wir buchten wegen eines Konzertbesuchts 4 EZ für eine Nacht. Drei der Zimmer waren laut Aussage meiner Freunde gut. Meines allerdings nicht - zumindest nicht für diesen Preis.

Cons:

Beim Eintritt in eines der EZ (Zi. 17) stand man im Bad (Dusche u. Toilette). Dann betrat man das Schlafzimmer mit dem Einzelbett, ohne dass eine auch irgendwie geartete Abtrennung zum Bad vorhanden gewesen wäre. Der Raum war also zur Toilette hin offen.
Das geht bei einem Preis von über 170 Euro (mit Frühstück)nicht.
Da wir es schon etwas eilig hatten, wollte ich keinen Zimmertausch mehr vornehmen - auch weil es sich nur um eine Nacht handelte.
Fazit: So ein Zimmer darf nicht angeboten werden - bzw. nur mit entsprechendem Hinweis und Preisnachlass.

Pros:

Großes Zimmer, getrenntes Bad + WC. Top, zentrale Lage (nur 5min von Altstadt entfernt). Frühstück klein aber fein!

Cons:

Türstock zum WC etwas zu niedrig (2x Kopf angehauen ;D)

Pros:

Der Empfang war freundlich; die Badezimmer waren recht neu und schön eingerichtet; das Frühstück war frisch und hatte eine gute Auswahl z.B. Bio-Eier;

Cons:

die Treppen waren mühsam, der Aufzug klein; die Zimmer waren eher klein; der Teppich war alt und unansehnlich; die Badezimmer waren klein und mit wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten; überhaupt gab es im Zimmer wenig Platz für Kleidung - nur offene Regale und nicht viele; auch an Steckdosen mangelte es; für den Preis hatten wir einen höheren Standard erwartet; zum Hotel gehört eine kleine Bar - der Geruch von Alkohol und Zigaretten zog durch die Empfangsräume

Das Hotel ist super und die Lage ist einfach perfekt! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ansonsten war alles wunderbar. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Cons:

Es wäre toll, wenn im Zimmer Hausschuhe zur Verfügung stehen würden. Dann wäre alles perfekt! 😊

Wonderful breakfast staff and great traditional breakfast. Excellent location.

Cons:

WiFi is spotty at best. I had to switch rooms because I had a super soft bed that sank deeply in the middle since it was two twin mattresses with no mattress topper. Also, hotel never mentioned that staying at a place in Salzburg comes with a regional transportation pass. I asked on my fifth day of seven and was told it was my responsibility to ask for it. I bought tickets for local and regional trips that would have been covered.

Cons:

Die Matratze war sehr ausgelegen und unbequem. Diese sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden. Im Sommer bei hohen Temperaturen ist es leoder zu warm im Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage oder Ventilator. Es gibt ein kleines Fenster bei welchem aber kaum ein Luftzug ins Zimmer kommt.
