An unfortunate experience marked by inflexibility and an inappropriate public response to guest feed
Pros:

The location is convenient for visiting Meteora.

Cons:

The reservation was accidentally booked for the wrong dates and I contacted the property and Booking.com in advance to request cancellation. The request was refused, and when I later left a factual review describing my experience, the property owner replied publicly with aggressive and intimidating language, including a threat of legal action. This response was unprofessional and concerning.

Location is great and the owner was extremely nice. Room was dated but clean. Parking was great and plenty of room.

Cons:

Beds were very uncomfortable, weren't fully made and had no blankets. Bathroom was just fine. No coffee or tea in the rooms and while I was staying there was no food/drink service and lounge area seemed out of bounds. Bonus: if comparing on Google, the photos that look great are from a different hotel.

Sehr gute Lage, freundlicher Familienbetrieb. Sehr sauber. Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Betten waren ungemütlich, keine warmen Decken. Wir waren nur 2 Nächte dort, an einem Tag hat es stark geregnet. Bei Sonnenschein und wärmeren Temperaturen wäre das nicht so ins Gewicht gefallen.

Pros:

Ik zou dit hotel aanraden bij een bezoek aan meteora. We verbleven er twee nachten. De ligging is ideaal, parking bij het hotel, de kamer en badkamer was brandschoon, de kamer had een balkon, heel vriendelijk personeel. Het hotel op zich is een mooi authentiek gebouw.

Très bon emplacement avec parking sur la route des Météores et en face d'un excellent restau. Accueil très sympa et petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Bref, on n'est pas pris pour des gogos ...

Tertemiz, sessiz, huzurlu bir ortamı vardı. Karşılama son derece sıcak ve dostça. Gereken tüm bilgiler veriliyor. Yürüme mesafesinde harika restoranlar ve acil ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayacak alışveriş olanakları var. Otel ev ortamı gibi hissettiriyor. Kahvaltıda kendinizi özel hissediyorsunuz. Özel otoparkı da var. Aileniz ya da grubunuzla Meteora’da çok mutlu olabileceğiniz bir otel.
