Bizarni check-out, groteskna situacija kao iz horror filma. Bizaran upad u sobu, stakleni wc
Cons:

vrlo čudna staklena tuš-kupaona usred sobe čak je i nekako prihvatljiva ali staklena vrata na wc-u u sobi su šokantna jer kroz staklo vidimo osobu dok vrši nuždu.
2)
check out morao je biti u minut točan.
U sobu, dok smo još bili u njoj (u 11.05) je ušlo troje stranih radnika pospremati (pred nama, dok smo se spremali za izlazak) a u staklenom wc-u je bila moja majka koja je počela vrištati.
Šokantno iskustvo, bizarna situacija, groteskno!!!
Kao iz nekakve horror priče!!!
Znam da se rokovi moraju poštivati ali ovo je bizarno i groteskno, sramota za ugostiteljstvo!! Sve to zbog 5 minuta kašnjenja?

Pros:

Die Lage war gut gelegen, direkt an der S-Bahn und gute Bussverbindung zur Stadt und zum Flughafen.

Cons:

Abgesehen, das ich 2 Tage kein Warmwasser hatte, und die Ausstattung starke verbrausspuren aufgewiesen hat und die Sauberkeit von Bad, Dusche und WC zu wünschen übrig ließ. Für den Preis überteuert.

Tolles Hotel mit liebloser Atmosphäre
Pros:

Wir haben ein großes Zimmer mit schönem Blick bekommen. Die Betten waren gut, es gab einen Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher. Es war gemütlich und hübsch eingerichtet.
Die Sauna und das Dampfbad mit Dachterrasse waren entspannend.
Die Lage war super. Leckeres Restaurant, Einkaufscenter und Bushaltestelle vor der Tür.

Cons:

Leider war die Atmosphäre lieblos. Beim Betreten des Hotels fühlten wir uns nicht willkommen. Es wirkte düster: keine Blumen, Pflanzen, Kerzen o.ä.was eine willkommene Atmosphäre schafft.
Alles war eher schmuddelig, durch die Fenster konnte man kaum durchsehen, überall Kalkflecken und kein frisch geputztes Gefühl und Geruch.
Die Sauna könnte so wunderbar sein, mit der Dachterrasse. Jedoch ein leerer Raum, mit 2 Liegen, Dusche defekt.
Schade, es könnte so ein wunderbares Hotel sein.

Das Frühstück war durchaus lecker, doch die Bedienung leider im Rückstand

Cons:

Mein Zimmer wurde während meines gesamten Aufenthals (ich war für drei Nächte dort) kein einziges Mal aufgeräumt
