Für unseren kurzen Salzburgbesuch war es in Ordnung.
Pros:

Peronal war sehr freundlich und auskunftsbeiet. Lage war gut. Nah am Zentrum und auch fußläufig gab es alles, was man so braucht.

Cons:

Teppichboden teilweise alt und schmutzug.

Saltzberg a ‘Wee Gem’ of a city
Pros:

Great location
Perfect for getting buses
Staff were very friendly & helpful

Cons:

Room was too warm air con didn’t make a difference
No top sheet on the bed
Lightweight duvet was therefore too warm on the bed

No coffee, English tea or milk

This was soon resolved by going to reception and they gave us plenty supplies to take to our room

Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Gleich in der Nähe ist eine Bushaltestelle.
Die Getreidegasse ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar.
Es ist ein sehr ruhiger Hotel.
Zimmer waren sauber und modern eingerichtet gerichtet.

- výborné snídaně i personál
- hotel přímo u zastávky MHD

Cons:

- nepohodlné postele - matrace i polštáře
- v třílůžkovém pokoji třetí lůžko bylo rozkládací (nikoliv gauč, ale rozkládací nízké turistické lůžko s kovovou konstrukcí, vhodné pro děti nebo lehké váhové kategorie), i když v pokoji je dost místa pro další plnohodnotnou postel.
- koupelna - umyvadlo i vstup do sprchy přístupné přímo z pokoje, absolutně žádné soukromí, do koupelny nejsou dveře a nelze se zavřít. Nedoporučuji pro rodiny s dospívajícími dětmi.
- nesprávné informace od recepce - při dotazu na jízdenky na MHD nás recepční odkázal na koupi v busu (ikdyž už od října 2025 řidič jízdenky neprodává) nebo na informační centrum. Při ubytování jsme měli nárok na jízdenky po dobu pobytu zdarma - to nám vůbec nenabídnul a bylo nám to nabídnuto až jinou (příjemnou a velmi ochotnou) kolegyní na recepci. Takže záleží, na koho budete mít štěstí :-)

Without breakfast, it was a good stay with good public transport connections
Pros:

Rooms are spacious. New design.

Cons:

1) The toilet door could be nice to prevent smell or sound!
2) the small fridge was dirty.
3) room ventilation was not good. If you do not open window, room gets warm. If you open the window, there are sounds from the street.
4) during the shower, small shower head was making sound because of water pressure. And water drainage system was not good. Water stayed in shower area for long and we found hair from previous guest in shower.
5) we did not buy breakfast, as 20€ per person just for breakfast is too expensive.

Stag weekend
Pros:

Location was ok. Great with bus stop straight outside to go everywhere. McDonalds 100 yds up road for breakfast, along with a Spar and Lidl

Staff were excellent, especially young lady that was on reception during the day.

Cons:

Wouldn't call it Premium more Travelodge. Room cleaning not brilliant. Dirty sheet on bed. I had a Twin Room so didn't bother complaing and slept in the second bed

Shower is great but water doesn't go down very quick

These issues in several rooms (we had 9)

We were are group of Lads on my Son's stag do. Didn't complain, perhaps should have, but only there for a few days

La chambre assez spacieuse 😉

La salle de bain était ouverte sur la chambre . Pas d’intimité ☹️
Nous avons 2 enfants, un garçon de 15 ans et la fille de 13ans . À cet âge , surtout , ils besoin d’intimité
L’un des deux était obligé de quitter la chambre pour que l’autre fasse la douche ☹️😤
