Pros:

Evde gibi hissettiren cok rahat bir otel. Guleryuzlu çalışanlar. Harika konum. Otobüs durağı hemen önünde. Rahat ulaşım. Odada buzdolabı, kilitli kasa, askı, sac kurutma makinesi, kettle her sey vardı. İnternet super hızlıydı. Tekrar tercih edeceğim bir otel. Tesekkurler.

Für eine Nacht war es in Ordnung
Pros:

Lage war gut und Frühstück war ausreichend.

Cons:

WC-Sitz ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und Beleuchtung am Bett könnte heller sein.

Das Frühstück ist zwar gut, aber täglich das gleiche Frühstück ist sehr fad. ☹️ Hier gibt es auf jedenfall Nachholbedarf.

The receptionist was trying hard to give us a new room in the fully booked hotel.

The first room given was very dirty. The other one has been full of smoke from secret smoking at the toilet.

Pathetic facilities, cannot be trusted
Pros:

The property location was the only positive.

Cons:

We entered in a room with a broken sofa, broken air conditioning and a broken bed for one of our kids. The first night we had no choice but to share a bed with a 9 year old in a hot room. We were promised at the reception that during the day we will have replacement bed but nothing was done. When we complained, No replacement bed could be provided as that was broken too and were given a pile of mattresses to sleep on. The ac was fixed.
The clean my room meant nothing, we had to follow up several times in order to have the room cleaned.
We were promised one night of refund for all the inconvenience but that did not happen too. We asked if they could confirm this in writing but that did not wss against their rules.

Hygieneartikel nicht vorhanden, nach Anforderung auch nur teilweise an Folgetagen,Zimmmerausstattung ungenügend es fehlte die Duschtür.

Cons:

За такою стоимость могли бы оставить в номере бутылочку воды.
Кофе, чай входил в стоимость проживания, но вилимо только на 1 день.)
На второй наверное закончился. Или персоналу было наплевать.
Контейнеры для салфеток пусты. Также их не пополнили.

我當下覺得很荒謬
我在官網找到你們的email
並且詢問的 難道你們的emil
都是隨便回覆的嗎
飯店經理跟我說 我就是要等到11點才可以
他不會現在就給我我交通券
溝通的過程中一度表現出不耐煩的神情
