Cons:

Gentleman at check-in around midnight was rude, kept interrupting me and double-charged me. I told him I had already paid (in fact in the parking lot before entering your lobby), but he didn't believe me and wouldn't let me even finish a sentence.
The young lady the next morning was great though and she reversed the duplicate charge.

Péssimo atendimento
Pros:

O tamanho do quarto, muito bom. Bom café da manhã

Cons:

A atenção dos funcionários. Só uma nos atendeu bem, com cordialidade. Um parecia que queria se livrar de nós, e uma praticamente disse que eu me equivoquei na solicitação, e não atendeu outra dizendo que não havia café disponível para reposição

Banyo ve tuvalette mahremiyet sorunu

Kahvaltısı. Merkezi konumu.

Cons:

Banyonun duvarlarının tuvalete bakan tarafı tamamen şeffaf, yataklara bakan tarafı ise yarı şeffaf camdan yapılmış. Ayak hizasında tavana kadar böyle. Arada lavabo var. Lavabodan sonra banyo kapısına bakan tuvaletin odaya bakan kısmı da tamamen yarı şeffaf cam. Bu iki kabinde de içerideki cisim cam ardından buğulu olarak epeyce görülüyor. Doalyısıyla bu dizayn, odada kalanlar için "mahremiyet" diye birşey bırakmıyor. Adeta Hacivat-Karagöz perdesi.

Oda çok büyük olduğu halde giysiler için düzgün bir gardrop yok. Sadece birkaç askı ve basit bir açık modül var.

Banyo çevresinse havlu ve giysileri asacak askı, çengel vs. Eksik.

Zeker geen 4 sterren: in de douche nog een lege shampooverpakking; veel stof aan de wastafel. Verduisteren van de badkamer niet mogelijk dus vroeg daglicht in de kamer: verlichting in ka,ers en lobby is onaangenaam
