Pros:

The guy at the reception was very welcoming and polite. We asked to change rooms because ours had a smell and he kindly helped us.

Cons:

The hotel had terrible hygiene. The halls were dirty and it looked like nobody had ever wiped or dusted them. The floor at our room was sticky. The room and especially the bathroom had a moldy smell that you couldnt stand.
