Third visit to this amazing hotel! Highly recommend and we will be back next year!!!
Pros:

We had our third visit to this hotel in June and will be back next year. The hotel itself is beautiful, the views amazing and the food is the best we’ve had at any hotel. The private beach and sea are stunning and you can walk into Kardamena in around an hour, which is a lovely walk and a brilliant town with lots of nice restaurants, shops and bars. We done the three bay lazy day cruise with Captain Stefanos (through offshore travel) which we would highly recommend, great value and superb Greek food cooked on the boat. We really cannot fault the hotel in any way, but in our eyes it’s the staff that really make it extra special and personal, you can see why so many guests keep returning. Special mentions to Violeta, Aurora, Mara, Angela, Arkan and Alex who along with the whole team really made our stay so amazing and we really appreciate all your hard work. Roll on next June!! Massive thank you to everyone at the hotel for another amazing holiday 😁 ☀️ 🇬🇷

Lovely, relaxing week in this hotel
Pros:

Me and my partner had a lovely stay at this hotel. It was lovely and relaxing and having a beach with the hotel was a bonus. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We had a couples massage by Sofia and Chris. Really is worth a trip to the spa. We also had a sea view room which is worth the extra money. Yes I can agree with some of the reviews about the Cobbled paths. They really do need filling in in places but we did not let it affect our stay. Just watch where you walk. They really do need to fill them. The pool was very cold but was ok when got in but couldn’t stay in for long. We went in the sea more as was warmer. Spa pool was also cold. Food was lovely. We went half board but always a good choice of food at breakfast and evening meal. Did a lunch time on one of the days as swapped our evening meal as was doing a trip in the evening. Even lunch had a good choice. Do make sure you ask for mineral water at the evening meal as if ask for bottle water they give you a bottle of their filtered water which the tui rep says is ok to drink but me and my partner prefer bottle water that is unopened. Some entertainment wasn’t great and there was not enough space in the lounge bar but we just sat out side and you could still hear it. Silent disco was brilliant. Also a visit to kos town and Zia is a must. In all this is a lovely hotel and we had such a lovely week.

A great place for a tranquil break
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel with access to a very convenient beach. The restaurant had a good range of foods, which were frequently replenished. Our room was spacious, with a large patio, comfortable and kept well cleaned. The hotel and restaurant staff were always helpful.
We didn’t have a swim up pool but enjoyed the main pool. Since it was the end of the season, there were plenty of loungers and umbrellas. If you have problems with pool ladders, some of the swim up rooms have walk in pools.
The entertainment was sometimes excellent but even at the end of the season, there was limited seating.

Much needed late season break.
Pros:

My wife and I have just returned from a late season week at this fantastic hotel and resort, we stayed on a all inclusive deal and really could not find fault with this holiday, the hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff, and I mean all the staff, were absolutely brilliant ,being friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, from my point of view special mention must go to Chris the masseur in the beautifully appointed spa,but it is difficult to differentiate between any staff members, on the whole a quality break at a quality hotel, we are hoping to go back in may and it can't come around quickly enough.

Okay for a short stay but couldn't stay a full week unless you've plenty of money. But overall we had a wonderful time
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful hotel, everything we needed within our room. Private/shared swimming up room. We spent 3 nights here for our 10th wedding anniversary and it was just perfect. Loved that it was child free and quiet but also missed the liveliness of the evening. Entertainment was ok nothing too special. The only downside is that we ordered room service and it took just short of 2-3 hours for a burger that arrived cold which wasn't cheap. Also the not taking food from the restaurant to take back to your rooms i think should change as it's a bit of a walk from the rooms right to the restaurant and the shop on site is well over priced.
It was lovely and clean, the fridge was well stocked and overall a lovely hotel.

An excellent hotel with helpful staff in a great quiet setting and a beautiful beach.
Pros:

My wife and I went to the Atlantica Belvedere Hotel on Kos in late September 2025 for two weeks. My wife has been ill for many years and, although our allocated room was very good it did not have space for a lounger on the balcony, which would have been useful if she did not feel well enough to leave the room. Aurora on reception (who speaks perfect English) looked into it for us and moved us to a room, that was ideal for my wife, after just two days. The room was very quiet as I think all of them are, since ours was not at the edge of the hotel. There is no road noise.
Planes fly over regularly, but with little sound, which only lasts seconds.
The hotel is very well maintained with plenty of spaces indoor and out, with chairs or loungers. There were always loungers available, though those on the beautiful, deep sandy beach could go earlier than pool or garden ones. There was no saving loungers in the early morning. The hotel is very spacious and has an excellent tennis court as well as for Pickle Ball and Paddle Ball. Unfortunately my wife was not well enough to play tennis, despite it being the best court we have seen for years. The pathways are cobbled with deep crevasses between the cobbles. It prevents them becoming slippery when wet, but is dire for high heels. Ladies take a pair of flat shoes to walk to the restaurant etc and a bag for the high heels to change into once there.
The food was good and the staff very helpful, though there was occasionally a short wait to be seated at the busiest times, made acceptable by a free prosecco handed out immediately.
The weather was perfect, sunny every day with a light breeze and only one shower in the two weeks.
Now the acid test, would we go again?
Whilst we do tend to go to different resorts and hotels each year, this one we will return to.

Loved the Spa
Pros:

I had an absolutely wonderful experience! This resort truly has everything, it’s right by the sea, the restaurants are fantastic, and the loungers are super comfortable. I especially loved the spa area, which has both a sauna and a steam room, as well as a great variety of treatments and massages.

The service was excellent. I booked a massage with Georgia, who was incredibly kind and attentive. She really listened to what I needed and made me feel completely relaxed and cared for. I felt amazing afterward!

I can only recommend this place and I would come back again anytime.

October stay
Pros:

Truly the most fantastic stay. Would most definitely recommend to anybody. So relaxing. Food was amazing every evening so much to choose from, all so fresh and delicious. Many lovely activities you can get involved in, we did pebble paining and sip and paint with Claire. I also visited the spa and had the Cretan massage, and the ice facial, Chris from the spa was brilliant. He instantly made me feel welcome and comfortable, and I enjoyed both treatments thoroughly. We would definitely visit again and I would recommend for anybody to treat themselves to a massage whilst here!!

Excellent treatment at a quality Spa
Pros:

I had an excellent Cretan massage treatment, and Chris the therapist was incredibly professional and welcoming. The treatment given by Chris was excellent, and my partner whom had the same treatment also could not speak highly enough of Sofia, who provided her treatment.

Very nice experience
Pros:

The facial treatment I got at their spa was very nice. The music was relaxing and the conversation with Chris, who done my treatment was very interesting.
I don't have a lot of experience since it was my first time at a spa, but I really liked it here and the staff was really welcoming and helpful.

Overall a great experience, would do it again.

Relaxing week away
Pros:

Arrived on a wet Wednesday but it turned tropical by Friday on.

Some people have criticised this hotel for the most nit picking reasons, trust me, I have stayed all over in many different hotels and this rates as excellent in my opinion, though it was quieter in October. Some of the rooms are a little way out, those numbered from 500 up, our room was perfect, view etc but some rooms had no view or privacy including the swim up rooms.

The pool area, snack bar and drinks area were all good, staff very friendly throughout and drinks with the AI were fine, as was the food. Plenty of choice for all tastes and all fresh and well presented.

I would return but I would insist on rooms from 420 to 460, otherwise your whole experience could be ruined

Relaxed and restored
Pros:

After a stressful year, I was very much in need of some relaxation. I booked a Cretan massage at the spa and have come away feeling relaxed, revived and restored. My therapist, Chris, was excellent, adapting pressure where needed, unlocking the knots in my shoulder following an injury a few months ago and made the experience exactly as I’d hoped. Highly recommend.

Atlantic Belvedere
Pros:

The hotel is not what we would class as a 5 star resort but its clean and very chilled, not to many people and plenty of spaces to retreat to, it would be nice to see a dedicated coffee area with cakes or cookie's that has hot coffee not the luke warm served in the bar areas. The food is varied but nothing special it would be nice for more vegetarian meals but on the whole something for everyone, I especially liked the soups. The pool bar staff are particularly slow and not very friendly so we generally avoided this area, the beach bar offers snacks but very limited menu.
The rooms are cleaned daily and fridge bars topped up frequently but felt like somewhere that was not set out to retreat to and relax if you want to get away from people. Our room had a rubbish view of the next block and the constant stream of people going to their room this meant we had the curtains closed most of the time, most rooms looked like they had a better position than ours (649).
The one thing that annoyed me the most was the 5* tax levied by the government @ 15 euros a night, our flight was delayed by an hour so we reached the hotel on the following day than was booked but we're still charged the 11 nights to me i don't like paying for something I didn't get.
We would probably not go here again but in saying that it's not a bad place just to far from nice walks and bars/restaurants or proper transport not that we would want them on the doorstep.
