the breakfast was awesome, so many choice. Rooms are clean, internet is not as good as I was expected but it was ok.

For the price, it was great! Was pleasantly surprised by this property. A little dated, but had everything you could need. Great shower! Tea everywhere! Also, great location.

When I arrived I was told there was an issue with my room and I could not stay. To their credit though they had booked an alternative (about the same standard), guaranteed the same price and also booked and paid for a taxi to get me there.
Shame I didn’t get to stay, but excellent service recovery.

Comfortable bed, hot shower, good breakfast and friendly staff...all you need for a pleasant stay.

Good hotel for the price, but the building has no heating, and the room was uncomfortably cold. We asked for a heater, but it was too small and couldn't keep up. Front desk tried to charge me extra for it, rather unusual charge in a hotel. Room was nice and clean, hot shower, decent breakfast, plenty of tea drinks to choose from. Close to the main square, would recommend but not in the winter.

Amazing woman on reception. So friendly and helpful, can't believe it is so cheap. Stay there!

This place was such a good deal! My friend and I booked separate rooms and they were both totally fine. We also went on the $18 full-day island tour on the "speed boat" (ferry) and enjoyed it immensely.

Very spacious with separate room for main bed and very large bathroom.

We came to the place before 6 am. The plan was to leave the luggage and go on a tour. However, we got food poisoning on the bus and were too sick to do anything. The lady checked us right in regardless of check in time. They also did all our bookings for us from tours to bus tickets/taxis. And their breakfast was awesome!

Breakfast was brilliant! Room comfy and spacious. Bonus of hot water plus coffee and t- bags on every floor. Position 5 mins walk from restaurants and bars.

Comfortable. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. The even allowed us to store bags when we left for an overnight to Lake Titicaca.

The women scammed us and charged us for laundry twice. Of course spoke to us separately and asked for cash

The room is cold and doesn’t have any heat. The staff don’t really give you accurate information which caused issues. Really wouldn’t stay there again.

What a lovely surprise! This hotel is great value for the level of service, the comfort of the rooms, and the wonderful breakfast on offer.also an excellent location. If I'm ever in Puno again I will definitely be staying at Antonio's.

The room was clean and comfortable and shower was great. The views from room 209 are probably the worst I have ever suffered, and I recommend bricking up the windows and inserting a vent! The staff were outstandingly helpful at all times and I thank them all profusely. The breakfast was a really great spread, despite being our first breakfast in South America which didn't offer eggs, and I enjoyed it immensely. The WiFi was just about workable on this occasion. The building is quite old and therefore some noise is inevitable. Despite the flaws, I feel that I paid a fair price for my stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and they took care of our bags whilst we visited the Uros islands. Unbelievably, we got room 209 again, which has the worst views in hotel history. The room was clean and comfortable with a good shower. The WiFi was worse this time, bordering on unworkable, possibly because the hotel was busier. Breakfast (no eggs) was a great spread again. There is some noise as with many older hotels. Despite the flaws, I feel that I paid a fair price for my stay, and I would stay here again, but definitely not in room 209!

The staff is great and really nice and helpfull. The hotel needs to be refreshed (carpet on the floor is old) but it is really cleaned. The breakfast was delicious too. Thank you so much for todos.
