Elite Apartments

Betreft een kleinschalig familie appartementencomplex net buiten het centrum op een paar minuten lopen vanaf het strand. Ligt aan een drukke doorgaande weg. Eigenaar is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Appartementen zijn erg ruim en schoon, wel gedateerd. Dagelijks schoonmaak. Het ontbijt was ruim voldoende, wel iedere dag hetzelfde. Wij hebben ons 5 dagen prima vermaakt op Kos vanuit deze accommodatie.

Good stay, very handy location.

The host was so helpful. It was beforr season so it was very quiet but the apartment was very clean and spacious. The location is close to everything. I recommend the breakfast. But mostly the hospitality was great the owner helped mr with everything

Voor de tweede keer hier geweest. Schoon en groot appartement met fijne bedden die zeer regelmatig verschoond worden. Minpunt is de drukke weg maar gelukkig zijn de ramen en deuren redelijk geluiddicht. Airco op de kamer staat vooraf ingesteld en kan niet veranderd worden omdat de afstandsbediening opgesloten zit in een plastic omhulsel. Het appartement ligt op loopafstand van het centrum en stranden.

Not the best location, but a quiet area, close to the beach and just a short walk to the centre. Big plus for the small swimming pool and practical apartment, but they need some sun shading on the balcony.

Als je van gezelligheid houdt en dicht bij de stad wilt verblijven, dan is dit een aanrader. De drukke weg is even schrikken, maar de kamers zijn zo goed als geluidsdicht, met airco, dus geen last van verkeers- of andere geluiden. Rustiger stranden zijn dicht in de buurt.

A small and very friendly run set of apartments. Rooms are clean and tidy and all the basic amenities are provided. A 10 minute walk into Kos town and 5 minutes to the beach. Can be a little noisy due to the amount of traffic (mainly moped/motorcycles) but to be expected due to it’s main road location. Overall a great little place for a memorable holiday in Kos.

AC a bit difficult to use and noisy bikes the only downside overall a great place to stay. Very spacious good size veranda close to all amenities.

Large and comfortabel apartment, with balcony.
Only 2 min.walk to the beach.
The swimming pool is in front of the building but next time a busy Road.
You can have breakfast next to the swimming pool or drink a cocktail in the evening. The sunset taverne is next to the apartment, where you van have diner. Staff is verry fiendly and helpful.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad , een groot appartement en van alle gemakken voorzien. En het wordt 6 keer per week schoongemaakt.Iedere ochtend een vers ontbijt wat ook nog op de kamer gebracht kan worden.. En je kunt er lekker bij het zwembad eten zoals zelfgemaakte pizza en ze hebben heerlijke cocktails. Het ligt dicht bij het strand en het centrum is 10 minuten lopen .aan de overkant is een grote supermarkt.
Maar vooral de gasrvrijheid , geweldig !!! Het voelt alsof je er al jaren komt , niets is teveel.

The map in Expedia places the Elite Apartments in the wrong location. However, the actual location is much better - away from the touristy downtown and closer to the beach. My wife and I stayed at The Elite for 10 nights. The room was very comfortable with a lovely balcony view. The management was extremely friendly and helpful.

We used our time here to participate in many day trips off the island. Car rental establishments are nearby and we were able to rent both a car and an ATV to tour the island.

Andreas and Irina really took care of us while we were there. Perfect place on a beautiful quite island. Eat at Mickaels Taverna

I would not hesitate to stay in Elite Apartments again. My apartment was fully furnished and comfortable for a week or month long stay. It was clean. Everything worked well. There is a grocery store across the street at which I bought food; I ended up eating out very rarely. The owner was usually in his office or nearby repairing equipment. He was very friendly, greeting me and asking if all was well with the apartment each time I saw him. The apartment building is toward the out-of-town end of the main tourist street, straight back from the harbor. Kos itself is a wonderful place to visit. I had the most relaxing vacation of my life.

Only five minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes from the town centre the apartment could not be better placed.
Poppy, Makis and the rest of the staff could not have been more helpful and full of excellent advise and ideas. The apartments were full with people from many nations and several were regular visitors so they are obviously doing something right. Cleaner 6 days a week with towels and bedding changed every other day minimum. Try a cocktail from Makis in the downstairs bar...........worth waiting for.

Had difficulty finding hotel and no help from othere who lived there. Owner were pleasant and helpful and upgraded my room. My biggest complaintwas no wifi in my room-had to go to the office. I am a writerand need privacy so this was a big issue for me. There is a food store directlyacross street which was convenient. Another concern-wish there were more TV channels offering movies in English..very limited offerings.

Nice hotel with a pool and a bar next to the pool. The hotel is situated about 1 km from center of the town and it takes about 10 minutes to walk. The beach is less than 5 minutes away. The staff is very friendly and can help you find things and give you recommendations what to do.

The restaurant next door is really good.

Great apartments. Clean and relatively modern.The hosts are lovely and helpful. Only downside is that you have to fork out extra cash on top of your nightly stay for everything including the TV and the aircon!
