Die Dusche hat das ganze Bad geflutet, weil sie kaputt war und dann hab ich angerufen , es kam ein Techniker, es wurde alles repariert, dann später kam das Housekeeping und es wurde das Wasser beseitigt, Mein Telefon war auch total nass und meine Waschtasche auch, Das Hilton ein 5 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich eine Compensation, leider keine Reaktion unterste Schiene für mich
Keine Reaktion auf den Schaden im Bad nur Schulterzucken , 5 Sterne Niveau sieht anders aus Hilton kann sich gern melden
Ausstattung, Lage, Frühstücksangebot und Service waren ganz ausgezeichnet. Auch der Wellness-Bereich mit Pool und Whirlpool war sauber, durchdacht und sehr großzügig.
Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Essen in der Lounge sollte in getrennten Behältern angeboten werden, um zu vermeiden, dass es so durcheinander gemixt ist, nachdem mehrere Personen etwas genommen haben.
The staff was wonderful, and professional.
When our first room's shower was leaking all over the floor, we got an upgraded room which fixed this issue, but it did come with other issues as noted in my dislike section.
It was still a nice stay, but definitely not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel. More like a low 4 star hotel for what you paid for.
The pillows were not comfortable as they were on the hard side. Same goes for the bed, it was kinda on the stiff side.
The reason for the lower score is what I mentioned above, and on top of that - our first room's shower leaked all over the bathroom floor.
Every evening around 21:00-ish and until morning, it smelled like cigarettes in the bathroom. The cigarette smell came from the ventilation. So I do not recommend leaving your clothes in the bathroom, because in the morning they might smell of cigarettes. At least if you closed the bathroom door, the smell stayed in the bathroom.
There was also a slight constant hum from the main ventilation in the room itself that never went away even when the ventilation was turned off.
Our room was 501, but the leaky shower room was room 406 I believe.
I do think the breakfast is on the expensive side, eventho it had a great selection of different foods.
Der Aufenthalt im Hilton Podgorica war ein ausgezeichnetes Erlebnis. Ein grosses Lob gilt dem freundlichen und stets hilfsbereiten Personal, das jederzeit zur Verfügung stand.
Die Sauberkeit des Hotels ist auf einem sehr hohen Niveau, und die Zimmer sind ordentlich, komfortabel und gepflegt.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist das reichhaltige und leckere Frühstück mit einer grossen Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Der Spa-Bereich ist hervorragend zum Entspannen, modern und makellos sauber.
Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt , im Zentrum von Podgorica, sodass alle wichtigen und schönen Orte der Stadt leicht erreichbar sind.
Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die einen angenehmen und qualitativ hochwertigen Aufenthalt suchen. Ich komme gerne wieder!
Стаята беше просторна, както и банята. Имаше вана и отделен душ.
Персоналът беше супер незаинтересован. Трябвше да се иска едно и също нещо по няколко пъти. Водата под душа ставаше ту гореща, ту по-студена. Паркингът се заплаща допълнително, като 20 Евро на ден изглежда доста.
