Great stay. In the middle of everything

Nice and quite hotel .

Centrally located. Restaurants, stores, parks within a short walk. Mass transportation within 100 feet.

HORRIBLE SERVICE
They are using the coronavirus pandemic as an excuse. At check in they told me that I don’t have a reservation with Expedia they don’t work with Expedia. And when I showed my confirmation they did not know what to say. But at check out they continued the discussion that they have no idea how I booked a room with Expedia.
They lock you in the hotel. You need to call a mobile number on the front door to find someone. When I asked what happens if the hotel has a fire or an earthquake how do we exit and the response was you need to wait for someone to unlock the door.
They have not turned on the AC. Called all night the front desk because our room was so hot, no employee was at the hotel.
The conclusion of the story, it was not the hotels fault, because in the world we live in today my expectations were to high.

Another wonderful stay at Hotel Byzantino.
The best place to stay in Patra by far, for its beautiful rooms and amazing location, right in the heart of the city.
It’s also not always easy travelling with 2 children under 5 - until you get to Byzantino :)
They couldn’t be more helpful and welcoming to us all. We enjoyed a wonderful room and great breakfast (all included) but the service of the staff was the most wonderful part of the whole visit. Special thanks to Katarina, Dionysius and Aristea for looking after us so well!
Thank you for everything, we can’t wait to come back!

Location was perfect. Right at the city center close to everything

The room is very large and comfortable. A nice change from the usual European hotels. Nice bar, not sure they have food for dinner, i never saw a menu, nor was one offered.
Parking is a bit odd, but there is some there for $10€ a night. A bit of a distance from where you drop off the car and where you check in.

Breakfast was good too. I would stay again

Ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel in sehr guter Zentrallage.Sehr nettes Personal ,super Frühstück!
Zwei Einzelbetten wären gut gewesen.
Super Parkmöglichkeit ganz nahe beim Hotel - versparrbar !
Es wäre gut, gleich mitzuteilen, dass das Parken € 10 kostet.

Έμεινα για 1 διανυκτέρευση. Καλό περιβάλλον, πολύ γραφικό κτήριο, με πολύ όμορφο και ήσυχο καφέ/μπαρ στο ισόγειο. Σε πολύ κεντρικό και ζωντανό σημείο της πόλης, σε πεζόδρομο. Σχετικά καλό πρωινό, καλό δωρεάν wifi. Το δωμάτιο είχε παράθυρο προς το αίθριο, στο εσωτερικό του κτηρίου. Γενικά καλή εντύπωση, θα έμενα και πάλι, αλλά μάλλον όχι για πολύ υψηλές απαιτήσεις (π.χ. πετσέτες όχι και σε τέλεια κατάσταση, λίγες πρίζες, πιστολάκι που δεν λειτουργούσε - αν και είχε κι άλλο στην ντουλάπα).

Nice hotel to the down town. Clean rooms, nice service, beautiful breakfast.

Stayed one night. Room was nice and comfortable except for some wires sticking out of wall in the bathroom.

Incredible stay right in the heart of the pedestrian mall in Patras. Close to waterfront and all amenities. Park at the parkade just around the corner. Hotel had charm and was very clean. Would recommend.

A beautiful B&B style hotel.
With an indoor parking lot for a small few.
Worth the investment.

Hôtel très sympathique, très propre, vue exceptionnelle sur "la mer des oliviers", petit déjeuner de qualité, service attentif et efficace.
Rien à redire sauf à conseiller d'y séjourner!

Good for short stays, loved it's convenience of walking proximity to all, otherwise overpriced for old hotel with dated rooms

It was a pleasant stay at the hotel especially the staff Christina and Alex. The staff welcomed me with warm and friendly gestures. It was very close by as where my son's wedding took place at St. Andrews Church. I will return again in a couple of months.
