Cons:

Parkplatzsituation. Garage ist mit 2m Höhe limitiert. Hotelparkplätze vor der Türe bewusst abgesperrt und nicht benutzbar.

Pros:

Es gibt viele Ess-Möglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Cons:

Die Mitarbeiterin bei Empfang (Frühdienst) war unfreundlich. Sie wollte mir über der Tiefgarage nichts erklären. Obwohl wir im Zimmer waren, kam ein Mitarbeiter trotzdem im Zimmer ein!! Wir sind total erschreckt worden. Die Tür zur Tiefgarage war defekt.

Využili jsme ubytování na jednu noc při cestě dále do Rakouska. Bylo dostačující.
Pros:

Lokalita hotelu blízko centra Salzburgu - autobusem to je cca 10 min. Pozitivní je také možnost parkování v podzemních garážích nákupního centra, které s budovou hotelu přímo sousedí - hotelovým výtahem se dostanete přímo do garáží. Personál na recepci byl velmi vstřícný a nápomocný.

Cons:

Snídaně byla dostačující, ale velmi úsporná. Uvítala bzch vyšší kvalitu nabízených potravin a jejich větší pestrost.

Cons:

Beds didn’t have private curtains. Location was also a bit far away from the city centre, but because of the free transport pass, it didn’t matter too much.

Dirty, noisy, better than hostel but worse than any other little expensive hotel in the city

Good location (not crowded centre with nice view and friendly reception staff

Cons:

The corridors on the floors are very dirty, and the rooms also leave much to be desired. We were only able to get a clean room on the fourth attempt. The first room had no heating, and the next two rooms were not ready for check-in. Thanks to the reception staff, we were eventually moved to another room that was clean and properly heated. The rooms have no refrigerator, no water, no safe, the floor is sticky, and there are not even disposable slippers. I do not plan to return to this hotel in the future. I hope other hotels in this chain offer a better experience.
