Płacenie za bagaże od ilości a nie od osoby, plus sam fakt tego że trzeba płacić za zostawienie bagażu
booked two nights here (around €57 per night, including city tax) partly to save on transportation using the Salzburg Card. The official policy states the card is valid starting on the check-in day. I kindly requested an electronic copy via email in advance since my itinerary passed through Bad Ischl—where the card is already valid—before reaching the hotel. The staff flatly refused, forcing me to pay hefty extra out-of-pocket travel expenses.
The room quality and service were equally disappointing for this price point:
Faulty Facilities: The bathroom light kept flickering continuously for two whole days during my stay. I reported it to the staff, and they merely said they would fix it—which never happened before I checked out.
Lack of Cleanliness: Due to heavy rain outside, roommates left the shared bathroom extremely dirty and messy. When I asked the staff for help, they simply shrugged their shoulders and did nothing. In the end, I had to clean the mess up myself just to use the facility.
There is zero correlation between the price charged and the quality provided here. Unhelpful staff, neglected facilities, and nonexistent housekeeping. Strongly advise avoiding this place!

La habitación era bastante pequeña para 5, no había sitio para dejar las maletas. Uno de los colchones era viejo y se hundía. No daba sensación de limpieza por el suelo que estaba pegajoso. El aire no refrigeraba por lo que hacía bastante calor en la habitación. No había fruta fresca en el desayuno.

Na pokoji chyběly alespoň sklenice na pití, hodila by se i lednička, i když to všechno bylo dostupné ve společné kuchyňce.
Narazili jsme při odhlašování na nečekaný problém s luggage-room: recepční chtěla zaplatit za každé zavazadlo; navíc platba byla možná jenom pomocí QR-kódu, což můj telefon neumožňuje. Po konzultaci s kolegou nám nakonec půjčila klíče a nechtěla žádnou platbu.

Klimaanlage ist nur eine zentrale gesteuerte Lüftung, die das Zimmer nicht kühlen konnte. Die Bezeichnung Klimaanlage ist irreführend. Die Matratzen im Doppelbett waren völlig kaputt und durchgelegen und müssten sofort erneuert werden. Im Badezimmer waren zahlreiche Haare in der Dusche und an der Badezimmerwand. Das Hotelpersonal kann nur begrenzt Deutsch.
