Comfortable stay in Puno
Pros:

The staff were super friendly, we had a view of Lake Titicaca from our room, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is just a short walk from the main square and we didn’t find the area too loud at all when going to sleep.

Cons:

We were on the same floor as breakfast (6-8am) and it was a little loud / woke us up, but you could ask to be put on a different floor if it was going to be a problem for you.

Wonderful, personalized stay in a family-run hotel.
Pros:

The staff was excellent! They were extremely helpful to us with our luggage, doing our laundry, arranging for a taxi, and helping me to retrieve a jacket that I had left in a van. Antonio and his wife created a personalized experience, and it was wonderful!

Per raggiungere l’hotel bisogna fare una grande salita, inoltre la nostra stanza era posizionata al 4 piano senza ascensore adiacente alla sala colazione, per cui molto rumorosa
