Amazing value for money and lovely hosts
Pros:

The hosts were lovely - they could not have been more friendly, accommodating and helpful. They were great at arranging onward travel and spoke very good English.

Clean hotel, helpful staff
Pros:

Very clean hotel with a nice breakfast on the fourth floor. Staff was very helpful, bringing an infusion when they heard me coughing, arranging taxis, providing space heaters, etc.

Cons:

It’s up a hill from the centre — if you’ve just arrived in Puno and are dealing with the altitude, it can be a challenge to get from the centre (restaurants) to the hotel.

Trés bel accueil du personnel. Literie confortable, chambre propre. Petit dejeuner correct. Bon emplacement de l'hotel, proche du centre historique.

Cons:

Eau chaude disponible par intermittence, situation génante pour prendre une douche.
Petit radiateur soufflant bruyant et non efficace pour chauffer la chambre.

Ottima posizione e gentilezza. Stanza con vista ottima.

Cons:

Essendo a gestione familiare devi sempre consegnare la chiave quando esci, e il portone è chiuso, quindi capita di dover aspettare, se non c'è nessuno al desk (cosa che ci è capitata)

Prettig hotel met hele behulpzame mensen
Pros:

Ontzettend aardige behulpzame mensen en ouderwetse maar schone functionele kamer met goede douche en verwarming en fijn ontbijt.

Pros:

El personal muy amable. Nos subieron las maletas ya que no hay ascensor. Está a unos 5 minutos de la plaza de armas. Te hacen huevos revueltos si se lo pides y el pan está muy bueno y lo puedes tostar. Además hay zumos, mermeladas, queso y aguacate.

Cons:

El baño es muy antiguo, hacía frío en la habitación ( nos dieron dos mini calefactores la segunda noche que algo hacían). El desayuno no estaba mal, pero tienes que tener suerte de que en el momento que vayas haya por ejemplo aguacate. Además si quieres agua, tienes que comprarla, ya que en el desayuno no hay, y si la pides te ponen un vaso pequeño.Aunque está a 5 minutos de la plaza de armas, hay una cuesta pronunciada que hay que subir hasta el alojamiento.

Miejscówka blisko centrum
Pros:

Fantastyczny zarządca obiektu Antonio. Jest niesamowitym człowiekiem, otwartym, pomocnym we wszelkich sprawach. Dba o gości tak aby czyli się jak u siebie w domu. Pomógł nam w wycieczce na jezioro Titicaca, udzielał informacji o okolicy i mieszkańcach, śniadania przygotowywał według życzenia. Jest niezastąpiony :) Pozdrowienia i podziekowania!

Cons:

Hotel 3-gwiazdkowy to nie jest, bynajmniej w europejskich standardach. Bardziej hostel. Brak windy. Przeciekająca kabina prysznicowa. Słabe ciśnienie wody. Trzeba odkręcić kran i czekać na ciepłą wodę. Mała powierzchnia pokoju. Łazienka nadaje się do remontu.

Herzlich, sauber und bequem.
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Als wir erzählten, dass wie ein wenig Bauchschmerzen haben, wurde uns gleich eine ganze Kanne Tee aufs Zimmer gebracht.
Das Zimmer war gross, sauber und mit allem nötigen inkl. Heizung ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war grosszügig, selbstgemacht und lecker. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen!
