Pros:

Un hôtel situé sur les hauteurs de puno
Nous avons une chambre vaste et lumineuse
Les propriétaires très agréables et les petits déjeuners variés avec vue sur le lac titicaca
Mais il manque certaines choses pour prétendre à un 3 étoiles

Cons:

Il a fallu demander à chaque douche pour avoir l eau chaude il fallait qu ils déclenchent l eau chaude
1er matin eau froide
Le soir eau chaude pas avant 21h
Et le lendemain matin eau tiède
Juste une prise européenne dans la chambre les autres prises sont américaines prévoir une triplette si vous avez plusieurs appareils
Sur les 3 luminaires des lits nous n avions qu'un luminaire équipé
Un petit chauffage soufflant est fourni mais les prises ne sont pas adaptées pour que l'on puisse l utiliser

Un hotel bien placé pour séjourner à Puno
Pros:

Chambre propre et agréable. Nous avons eu de l eau chaude. Les personnes de l accueil étaient très chaleureux

Cons:

Bruyant et nos amis qui avaient une autre chambre non pas eu d eau chaude

Pros:

Antonio e sua moglie sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili.
Ci hanno supportato ad organizzare gli spostamenti. Antonio, il giorno della partenza, ci ha portati alla stazione dei bus e accompagnati fino al binario, accertandosi che tutto fosse ok. Grazie mille!

Amazing value for money and lovely hosts
Pros:

The hosts were lovely - they could not have been more friendly, accommodating and helpful. They were great at arranging onward travel and spoke very good English.

Clean hotel, helpful staff
Pros:

Very clean hotel with a nice breakfast on the fourth floor. Staff was very helpful, bringing an infusion when they heard me coughing, arranging taxis, providing space heaters, etc.

Cons:

It’s up a hill from the centre — if you’ve just arrived in Puno and are dealing with the altitude, it can be a challenge to get from the centre (restaurants) to the hotel.

Pur essendo comodo al centro di puno, si trova in cima ad una via in salita che vista la quota va presa con calma..

L’accoglienza e la colazione abbondante. La struttura è vicina al centro anche se su una bella salita.

Trés bel accueil du personnel. Literie confortable, chambre propre. Petit dejeuner correct. Bon emplacement de l'hotel, proche du centre historique.

Cons:

Eau chaude disponible par intermittence, situation génante pour prendre une douche.
Petit radiateur soufflant bruyant et non efficace pour chauffer la chambre.
