Pros:

This was a great choice for our Naxos island stay.
Good price. Friendly staff. Nice pool. It is directly across from a beach but it was a wind/kite surf kind of beach. The lovely sandy beaches were just a short walk from the hotel. Fantastic location, close to the port and restaurants but far enough away to be restful. City bus costs 2.30E and takes about 5 minutes to get you to the Port with all its action
Very nice breakfast included. Our room was simple and well decorated. The only thing I’d ask for next time is a couple of luggage racks.

Fabulous!
Pros:

Fabulous place! Just outside Naxos town, nice and quiet with a little stroll by beach into town. Really comfortable beds and great showers. And a lovely friendly cat!

Pros:

The hotel was at the southern end of the main strip of hotels, restaurants and shopping. Very quiet area with a great view of the port traffic and cruise ships. The up and down to get to the hotel was more than expected but staff was there to carry bags up and down once we checked in.

Perfect stay in Naxos
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay - superb staff, all so friendly and helpful. Lovey hotel - we had a great apartment. Pool was fab, breakfasts perfect. We liked it so much that we extended our stay.

Pros:

Pictures are nicer than the property actually is. The property is average, nothing special, but not horrible either. Pool is a little dated, but the beach across the road is spectacular.

Our experience at this hotel was not the best. For one, there was no coffee machine which is standard at every hotel. In addition to this, the toilet flush wasn’t working efficiently, and the bathroom door had a hole in it and did not lock. The shower also did not drain properly. There was also a random beeping noise in the middle of the night. Along with all of these problems it was mediocre service. There was minimal staff at the hotel, and there were several instances where we couldn’t find any staff around the hotel. The breakfast was good with a wide range of options, and the chef worked hard to accommodate to our customized needs since we are vegetarian. In the breakfast area was a stray cat roaming around trying to grab food from our breakfast table, and nobody controlled it.

Princess of Naxos - September 2023
Pros:

Traveled from Canada to Greece, specifically to Naxos with friends and stayed at Princess of Naxos. Very nice staff, particularly the lady working at the front desk (whose name I cannot recall for the life of me!).
The room was very nice (we had two big bedrooms, a small living area with a kitchenette, and a nice large bathroom. We found it was generally quite clean.
The pool area was clean and relaxing, and food and drinks available.
The hotel is situated in a quiet, private space, but still only a short walk to the city center. It is also a very central location if you want to go in the opposite direction of the city and explore some other beaches.
Never any issues asking for additional towels, or other necessities.
We used the laundry service as well, which was very useful.

Overall, my friends and I were very happy! One of my friends even tried to see if there was availability at Princess of Naxos to extend her trip an extra month!

Cleanliness leaves to be desired
Pros:

The room's size was okay for three persons however, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom left to be desired. The floor mouldings were very dirty, and the patio door curtains. As for the washroom and shower, we had to do some cleaning ourselves. The shower tile grout was partly dirty and behind the toilet paper holder had leftover excrements on the wall's tiles. The room was for three persons but when we arrived, only two towel sets were left in the room. We had to renew our request for an extra set of towels for the entire length of our stay (four days) and our requests seemed to bother the service people. As for the breakfast, it was okay.

Nice room and bathroom. Inefficient staff
Pros:

Lovely bedroom and bathroom.

Pool along side main road
Staff were not available to assist when required and felt like an inconvenience when you requested a towel, or taxi or had a room problem.
A long walk from main town at night, and along the beach path which is tricky lighting and footwear.
When had a key card issue at night - staff were not on site to sort, long wait time to fix problem, locked outside for over half hour and staff then not apologetic.
