Lovely hotel in an excellent location!
Pros:

The hotel and pool area(s) are lovely. You get beach towels and pool towels and the sunbeds on both are super comfortable. The staff are all lovely, friendly and really attentive. All other facilities like the gym were excellent too.
The room was nice, clean and comfortable. There was an issue with our shower which the hotel fixed the next day. They have a WhatsApp messaging service which makes it really easy to communicate with the front desk. The cleaning staff are exceptional and our room was spotless daily.
The breakfast was delicious, loads of choice and cooked well.
The proximity to both the beach and town was excellent and I’d recommend the hotel for that alone. We visited a lot of beaches on Naxos but think Agios Georgios is the best one. The sunbeds are only €10 for guests which comes with towels and free iced water, which is amazing considering a lot of the other beaches on Naxos were €30 plus, though you need to get there early around 9/10am to get a bed.

Cons:

The only thing that let it down a bit was the balcony as it wasn’t covered and was quite small, making it difficult to sit out as the sun was shining directly on it in the afternoon. We also booked a garden view room but were looking at the back of another hotel/side road. It was also difficult to shut the shutters due to the balcony not being big enough with the table and chairs on it. There were no curtains so the shutters were the only option.
This is me just being picky however I’d definitely recommend this hotel for everything else!

Perfect for a family trip with a 6m old.
Pros:

Location and the pool were incredible. Even better than in the photos! The hotel has beach chairs on the beach for €10 and is a 2 minute walk which was amazing. The food in the restaurant was also really good - a very pleasant surprise! Loved the little balcony on our room too.

Cons:

It was hard to get beach chairs or pool chairs unless you showed up early to stake it out. Cleaning in the room could have been better - they made our bed but didn’t change bedsheets or do much else so we had sand everywhere for the whole week from being at the beach.

Great location, pools, access to beach - and friendly staff
Pros:

Great location near beach and town, love the pools & bar/restaurant, nice breakfast. Our second time staying. Will be back. Had a small mix up on check in and manager sorted it all out - so nice and friendly.

Cons:

Had a few rooms in group and some rooms have been renovated before others - so some differences in room decor. All have same access to resources and great entry options from beach/town.

Localização próxima da vila; pequeno almoço é bom - tem café nexpresso o que foi uma mais valia quando comparado com outros hoteis da Grécia onde o café era muito fraco; contudo o sumo de laranja é artificial.

Cons:

Quartos precisam de reforma, sobretudo a casa de banho. Pagam-se as cadeiras de praia. Não considero um hotel de 4 estrelas.

A wonderful 3 night stay in a lovely hotel - so close to the beach and only a short walk to the town

A fantastic choice! There was something for everyone and plenty of it. It was like a 5 course meal extravaganza! The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. It was lovely to be able to sit outside - in shade or sun.

Wonderful property and stay!
Pros:

So glad we chose this property for our stay in Naxos. 10 steps from the beach with beach service, nice breakfast included, pools, a wonderful barely 10 minutes walk into the old town and waterfront, clean rooms with all amenities included! Would gladly stay here again and highly recommend if you’re looking for a proper hotel experience!

Habíamos contratado media pensión y la cena dejó mucho que desear . A pesar de la excelente buena voluntad del personal , la opción era un menú con dos posibilidades de comida y un postre que nunca nos gustó . Hacerlo sabido antes , comíamos en otro lado . Great three star resort with amazing location and staff
Pros:

Very clean great location - the rooms are more three star if you are from South Africa but not bad. Staff were lovely and a special shout out to Mitchell from
Zimbabwe who checked up on us daily to make sure we were good.
