Good but could be better
Pros:

The hotel is nice overall. It’s located in the nice area with close proximity to shops and restaurants and the Pier. Buffet breakfast (eggs, sliced meats and cheeses, bakery goods) is good with great coffee! Bed, pillows and towels are nice and soft. Nice and quiet.

Cons:

Please do not waste your money on eating at the hotel besides the buffet breakfast. Unfortunately, I got the dinner option, thinking it was buffet style, which was not, and got extremely disappointed all weekend we stayed there. Decided to give a shot for a second night after first night extreme disappointment, per manager’s suggestion. But should have canceled and got my money back at the first night. The food was so bad, microwaved and it wasn’t edible. All of it. I never ate a bad Greek meal but here it was! I couldn’t believe the Greek person can cook like this. Disappointed that I didn’t get my money back.
Also, maybe we didn’t get the memo because we were the only people eating at the hotel restaurant, while all the restaurants outside were having waiting lines! It should tell you something.

Schöne Poolanlage
Pros:

Gute Lage zur Stadt. Unkomplizierte Organisation für ein Mietauto.
Frühstück war okay, Kaffee sehr gut. Bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Die Firma hat mehrere Hotels, die alle in dieses Hotel frühstücken gegangen sind, somit zu viel Trubel beim Frühstück und zu wenig Sitzmöglichkeiten.

The location was central in Chora.

Cons:

The rooms were outdated. The initial garden view rooms were got were not really garden view. We had to ask them to give us different rooms. The staff was friendly but it was hard to get clear information from them at times on activities or where the places they were recommending to go were.

Naxos Beach Resort has everything you'd want for a cozy holiday hotel, without being too fancy.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Everything was fresh and plenty of choice. Coffee machine was temperamental but it got plenty of use. Staff were friendly and patient. The manager was brilliant. Location couldn't have been any better, right near the beach and loads of restaurants with an enjoyable short walk into town. You could stay by the pool all day and read under an umbrella with an open bar and kitchen serving all day. Beautifully landscaped with tropical plants and flowers. Not too busy, so we felt relaxed. We used the gym to do Yoga and Pilates and left our floor mats for future guests.

Cons:

Shower leaked a bit at the bottom edge so the floor was wet, but it dried quickly. I think this will be fixed during renovations. The pool was a bit too cold for me so only swam once. In summer it would feel warmer. Mostly retirement age couples staying here, so I wouldn't recommend this as a destination for young, hip singles/couples or families in September.
