Una estancia inolvidable en Naxos
Pros:

Una estancia maravillosa en Naxos. Nos encantó absolutamente todo del hotel: el ambiente, las instalaciones, la atención y, sobre todo, la amabilidad de todo el personal, siempre atentos y con una sonrisa.
La comida estaba riquísima, todo muy cuidado y con mucho sabor. Se nota el cariño y la dedicación que ponen en cada detalle para que los huéspedes se sientan como en casa.
Sin duda, ha sido una experiencia fantástica y un lugar al que volveríamos encantados. ¡Totalmente recomendable si visitáis Naxos!

Pros:

Location was good , breakfast loads of choice and resort clean and tidy.

Cons:

Bedroom though was lovely benefited from not only pool view but sea view too was bit cramped. Door to bathroom opened out to side of bed ie no room for person to walk adjacent when door being opened. Front of house person not brilliant , didn't set a good example for what is otherwise a smart resort .

Pros:

Nice location on the beach but easy walk from the port/town. Excellent breakfast. Nice beach club option that was half price for guests

Cons:

Wish pool hours were longer. Beach club staff was nice but a bit awkward to pay/get drinks/water from or to even find them sometimes.

Pros:

Belle chambre à l'étage (heureusement il n'y en a qu'un) avecun petit balcon, juste au-dessus du restaurant et en face du bar. Il y a la possibilité d'avoir une chambre au rez avec sa propre piscine, ce qui doit être agréable. Très belle piscine chauffée (et malgré qu'on y soit allé fin juillet quand ça n'est pas chauffé, l'eau est froide). L'hôtel se trouve à proximité de la plage et des nombreux restraurants et boutiques. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et ils proposent, sur demande, du pain sans gluten. Possibilité de prendre son petit-déjeuner à l'intérieur et extérieur. Personne sympathique et serviable.

Cons:

Chambre pas aussi grande qu'espéré mais, au final, on est toujours dehors. Et si j'avais su, j'aurais pris une chambre avec piscine privée. Mais vraiment rien à redire.

Rezeptionsteam bemüht und freundlich. Zimmerwunsch wurde nachträglich erfüllt.
Erreichbarkeit des Hotelstrandes und dortiges Preisniveau top.

Cons:

Zimmersevice- und Strandteam war in den vergangenen Jahren eindeutig freundlicher, wobei das Zimmer gut hergerichtet wurde.-
Im Frühstücksraum fehlt angesichts seiner Größe eine angemessene Möblierung in Form von einigen Tischen und Stühlen.

Ausstattung sehr schlecht, total veraltet. Essen ganz furchtbar, Frühstück auch nicht gut, Eier immer kalt, kein Platz zum Frühstücken im Schatten. Personal bis auf die Rezeption nicht sehr freundlich und keiner kennt sich aus.

Cons:

Pas d'eau potable. Vendu au bar à 4 € (0.4 € dans les superette). Vu le prix de la nuit l'eau potable doit être comprise.
La surconsommation des serviettes de plage. On change quand on veut et autant qu'on veut. Et la planète ?
la réservation des transats de piscine sans que le personnel ne réagisse.

Remélem összeszedik magukat és a 4*-nak megfekelő színvonalat tunai nyújtsni a jövőben.
Pros:

A szálloda elhelyezkedése és a reggeli profi volt. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész. A szoba tiszta. A medence tiszta és kellemes hőmérsékletű.

Cons:

Két olyan szobát kaptunk, ami köszönőviszonyban sem volt a képekkel. A mi szobánk kilátása szemben a másik szàlloda/ apartman tűzfalára nézett ( view Garden vagy drágàbb view sea volt hirdetve, mi az olcsóbb view garden-t fizettük , ez sem volt kevés, 3 éjszakára majdnem 800e Ft ). 3 éjszakát voltunk , a toröltözőnk egyszer sem vont ki kicserélve, a gyerekeimnél külön jeleztem, hogy a testápoló nem volt feltöltve. a A teraszajtó nem működött rendesen, hàla, hogy tudjuk, hogy kell megtàmasztani, helyére rakni az ajtókat. A bejárati ajtó is ( ami kőkorszaki módon kulcsos, ugye egy 4 *szállodánàl màr a kártyás verzió működik mindenhol), kis trükkel volt nyitható ( nem biztos, hogy minden vendég fel van erre készülve). A parton meghirdetett feláras ágyat egyszer sem tudtuk igènybe venni, szemfüles társaink, akik bár nem voltak ott, de egész napra foglaltàk a törölközőikkel. Ezt azért korlátozni kellene valahogyan. A szoba tele volt ruha mollyal, egyik pólomat meg is ràgta. Most izgulok, hogy hoztunk-e haza belőlük. A medence melletti toialette lépcsőjèn egy kb 3 cm-es döglött csótàny volt, ott akkor màr tényleg kezdett elszakadni a cérna.
A legkellemetlenebb élmènyünk, hogy a két kamaszlànyunk korábban indult reggelizni ès beszorultak a liftbe. Telefonon tartottuk a kapcsolatot, a gyerekek bepànikoltak, mikor a lift elkezdett mozogni/esni, a fények villogtak, a kisebbik lànyom àjulós, a telefonban hallottam, hogy pànikolnak, akkor màr én is az őrület hatàrán voltam, végèn egy alkalmazott felfeszítette a lift ajtaját,a lift fèl méterrel zuhant lejjebb és onnan léptek/másztak ki a lányaim. Azon kívül, hogy kaptunk 1 üveg bort és 2 jégkrémet, semmi bocsánatkérés a tulajtól. A gyerekeim a mai napig olyan sokkban vannak ( PTSD), hogy èvekig nem fognak tudni lifttel közlekedni.

A wonderful, well maintained hotel in beautiful grounds very close to Naxos Harbour
Pros:

This was a lovely, well maintained hotel with a village atmosphere as all the rooms were in different buildings.
The breakfast choices were excellent, seating had an outside breakfast/dinner area.
Our room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the gardens.
Everywhere was immaculate, both inside and out.
The staff were very helpful
The location was perfect with restaurants all the way to the harbour, which was a 10-15 minute walk.
We will definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Not the hotel’s fault but towels left on loungers by the pools by absent people was very annoying.
Nothing else.
