the location was good, the rooms were nice, the breakfast was abundant BUT parking is not provided, even tho is says otherwise, the check in/check out was done in another hotel close by where you also had to go for the breakfast

Δυστυχώς, η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ κατώτερη των προσδοκιών μας και σε καμία περίπτωση δεν θεωρώ ότι ανταποκρίνεται στην τιμή που πληρώσαμε. Το κατάλυμα αποτελείται από δύο διαφορετικά κτίρια. Μετά την τηλεφωνική μας επικοινωνία, πήγαμε στο «Βυζαντινό», όπου βρίσκεται η reception. Εκεί πληροφορηθήκαμε, προς μεγάλη μας έκπληξη, ότι η κράτησή μας αφορούσε το άλλο κτίριο. Αυτό σήμαινε ότι για να πάρουμε πρωινό θα έπρεπε κάθε πρωί να βγαίνουμε από το κτίριο όπου διαμέναμε και να πηγαίνουμε στο άλλο. Το γεγονός ότι το κατάλυμα λειτουργεί σε δύο διαφορετικά κτίρια, καθώς και αυτή η ιδιαιτερότητα σχετικά με το πρωινό, δεν μας είχε γνωστοποιηθεί κατά την κράτηση. Το αναφέραμε στη reception και μας πρότειναν, ως λύση, να μεταφερθούμε στο δικό τους κτίριο. Μας έδειξαν ένα δωμάτιο σοφίτα, το οποίο ήταν περισσότερο ένας κλειστός χώρος παρά ένα κανονικό δωμάτιο. Δεν υπήρχε κανένα κανονικό παράθυρο, παρά μόνο δύο πολύ μικρά ανοίγματα στην οροφή. Μας είπαν ότι μπορούσαν να ανοίξουν, όμως στην πράξη το ένα δεν άνοιγε επειδή έλειπε ο μηχανισμός. Για άτομα με κλειστοφοβία, το συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο είναι πραγματικά ακατάλληλο. Η καθαριότητα ήταν απαράδεκτη. Οι πετσέτες του μπάνιου είχαν τρίχες επάνω και δεν μύριζαν καθόλου καθαρά. Η καμπίνα του μπάνιου ήταν σπασμένη και οι οδηγοί της έβγαιναν από τη θέση τους, γεγονός που δείχνει ανεπαρκή συντήρηση. Το κλιματιστικό, ρυθμισμένο στους 16°C, χρειάστηκε περίπου δύο ώρες για να αρχίσει να αποδίδει, κάτι ιδιαίτερα προβληματικό σε μια ζεστή περίοδο.
Το πρωινό ήταν από μέτριο έως κακό. Οι σφολιάτες, για παράδειγμα, ήταν καμένες λόγω προφανώς λανθασμένου ψησίματος. Δεν περιμένει κανείς κάτι πολυτελές, αλλά τουλάχιστον μια στοιχειώδη ποιότητα και φροντίδα.
Τέλος, το ασανσέρ μας προκάλεσε πραγματικά έντονο αίσθημα ανασφάλειας κατά τη λειτουργία του, καθώς έδινε την αίσθηση ότι κινείται απότομα και ότι υπάρχει κίνδυνος να πέσει στο κενό. Το μόνο θετικό ήταν η προσπάθεια της reception να βρει λύση στο πρόβλημα με τα δύο κτίρια.

Pros:

Nada, horrível.

Cons:

Hotel com partes a cair, sem receção está de porta fechada tem que se ir a outro hotel buscar a chave, muiti velho sem condições nenhumas, chão com buracos, janelas podres a cair, nem de borla. O booking devia me ter ressarcido do valor o que não o fez. Este hotel nem devia estar aberto.

Value For Money stay in the centre of Patras
Pros:

A very convenient hotel in the heart of Patras. Very good architecture and decoration with specific type which was amazing. rooms were not so big and convenient and also the breakfast to another building was something to consider but overall we would highly recommend this hotel as Value For Money. Totally worth it and most probably will repeat our visit again.
