Buen Hotel y excelente todo el personal
Pros:

Personal muy atento. Hubo un incidente con una cama y lo arreglaron enseguida. Cada día al regresar al hotel habia algún detalle en la habitación. El desayuno un poco justo pero te ofrecían huevos revueltos al momento. Otro día croasanes recién hechos. El hotel está a 15 minutos del centro de Salzburgo pero te dan al llegar tarjeta para autobuses y tranvía gratis para todos los dias que estes alojado.

Cons:

Nada…el precio no es barato pero esta acorde a lo que te cuesta alojarte en la zona

Pros:

Hele viendelijke mensen. We konden eerder inchecken. Tips gekregen om met de bus naar Salzburg te gaan (is ongeveer 10-15 minuten). Bud halte is voor het hotel. Ze heeft kaartjes geregeld zodat we gratis met de bus konden gaan. Fijne service. Hotel ligt prachtig. Ruime kamers en lekker ontbijt. Zeker een aanrader.

Pros:

Autentikus szálloda, szép tágas szobával. Tiszta és rendezett volt. Reggelihez külön készítettek nekünk meleg ételt, kijelentkezéskor pedig még egy csomag Mozart csokoládét is kaptunk. A parkolás is egyszerű volt a hotel előtt, a személyzet nagyon kedves.

Pros:

The stuff an the owners were ver nice and friendly. In the room there was everything you needed. The location is great, you can easily get with the bus or car to Salzburg.

Jak na nocelg tranzytowy obiekt spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Pytanie jak przy dłuższym pobycie.
Pros:

Śniadanie skromne ale smaczne do wybory kilka rodzajów wędlin, sery żółte, pasztet (co prawda w jedno porcjowych opakowaniach) warzywa jak pomidory, ogórki a nawet oliwki. Pieczywo świeże. Dodatkowo możliwość zrobienia tostów a do tego dżemy, krem czekoladowy, płatki, jogurt naturalny. Na deserek rogaliki, ciasto, cafe point dla kawoszy. Obsługa sama zaproponowała czy chcemy jajecznicę, dzięki czemu podana została dla osób, które chciały i dzięki temu była świeża, gorąca i smaczna (może tylko troszkę niedosolona ale to można uzupełnić po podaniu). Pytano też czy dzieci chcą kakao czy może czekoladę.
Dostaliśmy bardzo duży pokój z aneksem kuchennym, łazienką oraz dużym wspólnym tarasem dla jeszcze dwóch innych pokoi. Podróżujący z nami Przyjaciele dostali pokój podobnej wielkości, bez aneksu ale z kolei z ogromną łazienką w której znalazły się i wanna i duży prysznic! Pokoje czyste, przyjemnie urządzone z czystą pościelą oraz ręcznikami. Dostępne Wi-Fi również w pokojach (hasło podano w recepcji a ponadto było zapisane na broszurce informacyjnej). Dużym plusem wliczona w cenę karta turysty uprawniająca do poruszania się po Salzburgu i jego okolicach komunikacją publiczną. Dzięki temu mogliśmy po przespanej nocy, zostawić bez żadnego problemu auta na parkingu przy hotelu a na zwiedzanie Salzburga udać się komunikacją. Cena (jak zawsze klient chciałby taniej) mogłaby być niższa ale w okolicach Salzburga ciężko znaleźć coś tańszego.

Cons:

Są osoby które nie lubią jajecznicy więc mogłaby być dostępna jakaś kiełbaska na ciepło (na wodzie lub podsmażana) chyba że jest dostępna w inne dni. No i myślę że jakby cena była o jakieś 10 może 15 procent niższa, dobrze odzwierciedlałaby to co obiekt oferuje.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr genossen und haben die Lage sehr praktisch gefunden.
Pros:

Balkon mit sehr schönem Blick, Frühstück wunderbar v.a. zu diesem Preis, Familienzimmer war sehr schön, Badezimmer OK.

Das Badezimmer könnte etwas schöner sein.

Tolles Hotel in einer super Lage.
Pros:

Das Personal ist extrem nett. Bei kurzfristigen Änderungen sind sie sehr flexibel und setzten diese zur totalen Zufriedenheit um. Beim Frühstück ist für jeden was dabei. Die Lage ist top.

Pros:

The room we stayed was very comfortable, cozy and warm. They took care to leave us some drinks for the new year's eve.very thoughtful. The staff is very kind.

The showers could be improved , the hand Shower was not available so would be good to see if the hand showers are included
