Ήταν όμορφα.
Pros:

Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική στην είσοδο της πόλης με δωρεάν parking τριγύρω. Το κέντρο της πόλης πολύ κοντά. Μαγευτική η θέα στα Μετέωρα. Κοινόχρηστοι χώροι μεγάλοι, φροντισμένοι, καθαροί, με καλόγουστη διακόσμηση. Το πρωινό τίμιο. Μεγάλο δωμάτιο. Καθαριότητα τέλεια, αλλαγή πετσετών κάθε μέρα.

Cons:

Δεν είχε παντόφλες μιας χρήσεως, και καλό θα ήταν να βάλετε ανοστρωμα πάνω απ τα στρώματα, είναι πολύ σημαντικό αυτό. Τα μπάνια χρήζουν ανακαίνισης.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία με θέα την Μονή Αγίου Στεφάνου και Αγίας Τριάδος.
Καθαρά δωμάτια πολύ ζεστά.
Πολύ ωραίο πρωινό.

Cons:

Το μπάνιο είναι καθαρότατο αλλά θα μπορούσε να είναι ανακαινισμένο, χωρίς να αποτελεί ανασταλτικό παράγοντα.

Μας έκαναν αναβάθμιση δωματίου με υπέροχη θέα στα Μετέωρα και πολύ άνετο διπλό κρεβάτι. Οι κοπέλες στη reception ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευγενικές και εξυπηρετικές.
Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ καλό και, παρότι επίσημα διαρκεί μέχρι τις 9:30, το διατηρούσαν μέχρι τις 10:00 χωρίς να διώχνουν κανέναν. Ανανεώνανε συνεχώς τα φαγητά και μάλιστα μου ετοίμασαν και scrambled eggs κατόπιν ζήτησης.
Στα αρνητικά, δεν υπήρχαν καλαθάκια απορριμμάτων στο δωμάτιο (πέρα από του μπάνιου) και κατά τη διήμερη διαμονή μας τον Δεκέμβριο δεν έγινε καθαρισμός.
Με μικρές βελτιώσεις στην πρακτικότητα και την καθαριότητα, θα μπορούσε να είναι άριστο.

Very pleasant stay and very good value for money.
Pros:

The facilities are very nice, the room was warm and clean. They called when we were late to arrive to check if everything was in order and because I’d selected a double bed and there was none available, they helped us make the two singles into a large bed.
There was cocoa in the breakfast which I haven’t seen in other hotels.
The staff was nice and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast could’ve offered warm milk in the breakfast. Other than that, we’re very happy with the experience.

Pros:

Although this hotel needs some refurbishment, I still recommend it for its excellent location and mountain views. The friendly staff, good breakfast and easy parking definitely makes anyone's holiday one to remember.

Pros:

The hotel is located right on the main street of the town, which makes transportation and dining very convenient. The breakfast provided was excellent, and the staff were truly the nicest and most helpful I have ever met in all my travels
I am very grateful for their assistance.

Cons:

The room itself felt very old, with peeling paint in the bathroom, mold in the shower area, and even hair visible on the bed sheets and floor.
