Wonderful staff, almost makes up to the room. Great location.
The room had no fan, no open windows except a small one in bathroom, no air conditioner or heater, it was either sweltering hot or freezing cold. Extremely small TV, only 2 pillows on a queen, bed was uncomfortable, no fridge or amenities. You get one tiny towel and a washrag that I don't believe they replaced.
Could be a great hotel but they need to upgrade with some amenities.

El hotel se encuentra bien ubicado, cuenta con un buen desayuno y la atención es de primera. Regresaría ahi definitivamente.
The hotel staff has to know what is service . If I as a client ask them to find out whether the museum is open or not and they don't even make a local phone call and I had to go and to find it closed - this is not service.
Preis-Leistung absolut im Rahmen, älteres Haus, das gerade etwas Renovierung erfährt (im Innenhof). Beim Frühstücksbuffet wird gegen Ende nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Das Beste ist die Lage direkt an einem Ende der Fußgängerzone.
