A great place in the centre of the city, with really lovely staff.
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a nice part of the city. Really friendly and helpful staff and a fantastic size room. Also, the breakfast selection was amazing very good value all round.

Cons:

Went in the spa and it was a little bit disappointing.

War nur eine Nacht dort aufgrund vom frühen Flug und kann mich nicht beklagen.

Çà ne vaut pas quatre étoiles

Sa piscine, même si elle pourrait être comptée dans le prix de la chambre
L emplacement de l hôtel

Cons:

L absence de parking, la rue est piétonne donc non accessible en voiture
L absence de fenêtre donnant sur vue, l impression d être enfermé
L' odeur nauséabond du hammam et de la première chambre allouée que nous avons refusée
La porte de la douche non étanche de ce fait , eau partout dans la salle de bain
Pas de pommeau de douche, juste une douchette, pas pratique...

Pros:

Staff was very friendly and really made an effort to make us feel comfortable, we were even offered an upgrade. The room was spacious, bed very comfortable. Great price, especially for the spa and massage. Thorougly recommended!

It’s a great hotel
Pros:

Готель розташований майже в центрі міста. Невеликий, компактний і уютний. Номери чудові. В мене був замовлений двомісний номер, а оказалось що це номер з двома "кімнатами". Велика з розкладним диваном і поменше з двома односпальними ліжками. В номері є міні холодильник-бар, телевізор, кондиціонер, балкон. Велика ванна кімната. Снідонок ситний без пафосу. Родзинкою готелю є СПА-зона. прекрасний релакс на дві години. Адміністратори дуже допомагали. Дуже суперський готель.

The hotel is located almost in the city center. It is small, compact, and cozy. The rooms are excellent. I had booked a double room, but it turned out to be more like a two-room suite: a larger room with a sofa bed and a smaller one with two single beds.

The room is equipped with a mini fridge-bar, TV, air conditioning, and a balcony. There is also a spacious bathroom. Breakfast is satisfying, without being overly fancy.

A highlight of the hotel is the SPA area — a wonderful place to relax for a couple of hours. The staff were very helpful. Overall, it’s a great hotel.

Ideal city one night stay
Pros:

Room clean and comfortable with great air conditioning and shower. Amazing spa and great value! Good location for bars and restaurants. Very good breakfast choices. Katarina offers excellent customer service and is an asset to your hotel.

Cons:

This would have been a 10 apart from the evening receptionist who couldn't be bothered to help in any way. When we asked to book an airport taxi she said to wait for the daytime receptionist to come on shift to book it. When we asked for a drink from the bar we were told to use the minibar in our room. Apart from these experiences everything was excellent and wouldn't stop us staying again!

Fantastic place to stay in town
Pros:

We stayed here for just one night and paid 10 Euro each to use the spa for 2 hours which was definitely worth it. The room was a good size and very comfortable. The location was right in the town and easy to get to restaurants and bars. Would recommend and will stay again
