We had a very disappointing experience at Kokkari Beach Hotel.

One morning, a woman from the hotel came directly to our room, walked past my young daughter, and approached me on our balcony. Instead of speaking politely, she immediately started talking to me in a rude and aggressive tone about where we had parked our rental car. Instead of speaking politely, she immediately started talking to me in a rude and aggressive tone about where we had parked our rental car. There were no parking lines or signs indicating that parking was not allowed there, and we had parked in a spot where we had previously seen another car parked.

When I calmly said, “There is no need to speak so aggressively. We can move the car right away,” she replied, “No, there is a problem,” and showed us that someone had hit our rental car.

There was a security camera facing exactly where the accident happened, but when we asked to see the footage, the hotel refused. Instead of helping us identify what had happened, they were dismissive and uncooperative.

What shocked us even more was the staff’s attitude. We were spoken to in a commanding, disrespectful manner throughout the entire interaction. At no point did anyone apologize for the situation or show any empathy.

A hotel should make its guests feel welcome and safe. Unfortunately, this hotel did the exact opposite. If you value respectful treatment and professional customer service, I cannot recommend staying here.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel until the very last day, when our rental car was damaged in the parking area.

What disappointed us most was not only the incident itself, but the way it was handled by the hotel staff. We were initially told that there was no useful information available, yet we could clearly see that security cameras were installed. When we asked for assistance or to review the footage, our request was refused. Instead of showing empathy or trying to help, the staff were dismissive, rude, and even raised their voices during the conversation.

We understand that there may be privacy policies regarding CCTV footage, but honesty, transparency, and respectful communication are the minimum guests should expect. We left feeling that the situation was not handled professionally and that our concerns were simply ignored.

Unfortunately, this experience completely overshadowed what had otherwise been a nice stay. Because of the lack of honesty, poor customer service, and the way we were treated, we cannot recommend this hotel.

De orenoverade rummet kändes inte fräscht. Oberäknelig elektricitet. Frukosten var ok.

Yenilenmişti ,oda tertemizdi ve ferahtı,arkası deniz önü plajdı,kahvaltı yeterliydi.

Biz denize bakan odalarda kaldık ancak o odalar çok eski yenileme görmemiş hiç. Ayrıca duş alanına sığabilmek için herhalde çinli olmak gerekiyor😃

1- Banyolar çok kötü. Duşa bir kişinin sığması imkansız. Yarı vucut dışarda yıkanmak zorunda kalınıyor. Duşun içinde şampuan koyacak dahi yer yok. Duş almak eziyet. Tüm sular dışarı taşıyor
2- Otel personeli ( Özellikle resepsiyon gündüz çalışanları) suratsız ve küstahlar.
3- Kahvaltıda verilen yiyeceklerin kalitesi kötü.
4- Otel eski hiç onarım görmüyor. Bu fiyata asla değmez. Değil 4 *
2 yıldız bile etmez.
5- Plaj için havluya 3 Euro alıyorlar.

Denize bakan odalar çok eski, bazı ekipmanlar bozuktu, odada telefon yok, çamaşırlık yok, otelde ve havuzda bar yok, resepsiyon dışardan sipariş ile içeceğini getiriyor.

Duşları çok küçük ve duştan sonra tuvalette su birikintisi oluyor.

Barnen fick inte hoppa i poolen trots ett 2,75 meters djup och trots att personalens egna barn de facto lekte och hoppade i poolen.
Fylldes inte på med duschtvål och handdukar ibland utan jag fick då gå civ fråga efter det.
Väldigt lyhört mellan rummen, hörde såväl grannen som sjöng på morgonen, hans toalettbesök och även när den nya grannen snarkade.
