I am extremely disappointed with my experience at your hotel.

We were informed that check-in would be available at 3:00 PM. However, when we arrived, there was no one at the reception. In fact, throughout our entire stay, the reception remained unattended, making it impossible to speak to any staff member whenever assistance was needed.

Upon our arrival before check-in, we had nowhere safe to leave our luggage. The only person we could find was a housekeeping staff member, who simply told us to leave our bags at the entrance and walked away. There was no secure luggage storage, no supervision, and no one willing to assist us.

After repeatedly calling the hotel, someone finally answered and informed us that there was a locked storage room downstairs. Only after our persistent phone calls was the room unlocked for us. Even when we returned at 3:00 PM for check-in, there was still nobody at the reception, despite the fact that we had called in advance to notify you of our arrival.

I have traveled to more than 50 countries around the world, and I have never encountered such a lack of organization, communication, and basic hospitality. A hotel reception is the first point of contact for guests, and its complete absence throughout the stay is simply unacceptable.

This experience fell far below even the most basic expectations of hotel service. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your guest services so that future visitors do not have to experience the same level of frustration and inconvenience.

Vybavenie izby bolo veľmi skromné, hlavne čo sa týka kuchynky (jeden hrniec, panvica, dva tanieriky, dva hrnčeky a dva pohare), chýbalo základné vybavenie ako napr. varajka a prítomné náčinie už to malo za sebou. Niektoré miesta neboli už dlhšie čistené. Pani sa na recepcii nevyskytovala keď sme prišli, museli sme ju zháňať a nebola veľmi príjemná. Nedala nám ani pokyny ako urobiť check- out a za celú dobu sme ju ani raz nevideli. Na balkóne bol síce sušiak na prádlo ale bol rozbitý

Tesisle iletişimde zorlandım, mesajlara çok geç dönüş yapıldı, otelin self check in yaptığını otele varınca öğrendim, resepsiyonda hiç bir saatte kim yok, odaların balkon kapılarında sineklik yoktu bu yüzden odaya sivrisinek girdi.

Lo staff, ho dovuto aspettare 1 ora per entrare in camera, nonostante avessi avvertito più volte dell'orario di arrivo. Nessuna pulizia in 4 giorni di soggiorno

No inicio foi um pouco complicado pois chegamos e não tinha ninguem na recepção e não nos enviaram nenhuma mensagem antes de que não ia ter ninguem no horário que chegariamos, sendo que eu tinha colocado o horário aproximado de chegada que aparece em Booking. Por sorte tinhamos já comprado um chip em Grecia e conseguimos chamar para poder obter as chaves, se não, não sei como poderiamos ter entrado ao quarto. Isto para nós é um grande ponto negativo. Além disso não tinha informação da senha do wifi e novamente tivemos que chamar para poder receber a senha.
