Huoneet epäsiistit, ei siivousta, lakanat vaihdettiin vain pyynnöstä kerran
viikon aikana.
Ainostaan yksi asia oli positiivinen nimittäin pyyhkeet vaihdettiin joka päivä.

Hyvä sijainti ja loistava palvelu. Aamupalatila siisti, mutta huone ja käytävät vaatisivat fiksausta. Pienillä asioilla saisi ihan uuden ilmeen.

Asiallinen hotelli ja yritys joka osa-alueella oli hyvä. Sijainti niinikään oli asiallinen ja riittävän rauhallinen. SUURIN MIINUS tulee hotellin parkkipaikkojen löytämisestä, vaikkakin sijaitsivat aivan hotellin vieressä.
Illalla pimeässä saapuvalle ko. asia on tosi haaste. Saadakseen auton parkkipaikalle täytyy tehdä melkoinen kierros ja löytää muutamia risteyksiä täysin ilman opasteita. Kun kanttia riitti tunkeutua erillaisille pikkukujille ja soratuille piha-alueille säkkipimeässä, niin löytyihän se alue. Asia saataisiin kuntoon, kun respassa olisi kartta tai hyvät ohjeet ja pääkadulta opasteet.

Eines der wenigen Hotels mit zumindest ein wenig echtem Strand dabei. Hoteleigene Sonnenschirme un Liegen, aber zu wenige. Zimmer sehr gut (wir hatten allerdings eine Suite). Frühstück Qualität gut, Darbietung verbesserungsfähig, leider täglich fast das gleiche. Zu Fuß 3 Minuten zum Waikiki Beach mit vernünftigem Strand. 3 Minuten zum Porto Montenegro.

Wifi was awesome, staff were super friendly and the accommodations were great.

Wir waren 2 Nächte inkl. Frühstück dort, super freundliches Personal, Sonderwünsche kein Problem, abgesperrter Parkplatz für unsere Motorräder, direkter Durchgang zum Strand, nahe am Zugang zum Porto Montenegro, gutes Frühstück ... Achtung, die Zufahrt ist nicht einfach zu finden, am besten vor Ort fragen. Und unbedingt im BigBen essen gehen!!!

Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet, bad/wc bisschen Klein. Tepichboden insbesondere in öffentlichen Räume braucht Renovierung. Frühstück gut. Nahe Meer und nicht weit von Tivat/Porto Montenegro für abendlichen Spaziergang.

Hyvä palvelu. Hissittömän hotellin vastaanotto kantoi laukut huoneeseen. Todella vaikea löytää perille navigaattori ei tuntenut edes katua.

The hotel is 900m from Porto Montengero and across from YC Delfin. There's a beach across the street from the hotel. There are also convenient places to eat nearby (walkable) both affordable and posh.

The staff was great and hotel was in reasonable shape, but bathroom was dated. Overall good value!

Great location between old and new areas; fantastic sunsets; rubbed shoulders with elite seafarers without paying associated prices!

Overall very kind and helpful service. Hotel smelled of cigarette smoke even in non smoking rooms but you can tell there was effort to upkeep and keep hotel clean. Delicious continental breakfast.

Nice stay in a clean room with a nice balcony. Very good service from staff, especially at check-in and breakfast time, where a hearty breakfast (inclusive in the price) was made to order for us. Very good value would recommend.

Enjoyed our three night stay at this small, family owned hotel. Very adequate for touring Kotor, Perast, Budva, and Stevi Stefan. The staff is very helpful, attentive and go out of their way to assist. The hotel is walking distance to trendy Porto Montenegro Marina and its shops and restaurants. The hotel is located in Tivat, which my husband and I found more authentic and laid back. The area near the hotel is being developed and probably will become another trendy town. There are several small bars, restaurants, and mini markets, very close to the San.

What you need to know about your room before you book it - and, I think, what should be made clear before you book, is whether the room has a sea view or not. I suspect rooms to the front (towards the sea) and to the rear are more-or-less the same price but the difference is enormous. Both have balconies ... to the rear it's of the local rubbish bins and a hotel car park used to store unwanted beach furniture and trashed tarpaulins, all bathed in an afternoon gloom. Plus, there's some motor thing running all night. The 'private beach' is small, pebbly, and at the time I visited with lots of litter. The staff were helpful, especially in getting to the airport in the morning, the room was good enough and the Wi-Fi was very good.

We stayed in the San Hotel for 3 nights in February while visiting Porto Montenegro on business. The hotel is a family concern all of whom take a pride in delivering a service beyond the price we paid for our stay. I would have no hesitation in staying at San Hotel again and recommending the Hotel to others. Difficult to find so call in advance to get instructions, best approached off the main road down unmade tracks but don't let this put you off.

A most pleasant hotel, a close walk from all amenities in the town. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were all exceptional.

very friendly staff, you get to knbow boss-who meets at the airport. quiet location,still 30m to the beach. town centre - walking distance... nothing to pon point to change... thank you!
