Pros:

Very central position and comfortable room.
Nice breakfast and laundry service (not on Sunday)

Cons:

The staff doesn't speak English at all.
The hot water is available only until 8 p.m. and this should have been clearly communicated.

Pros:

L’emplacement, la bienveillance du personnel.

Cons:

L’absence d’eau chaude en permanence. C’est un inconvénient majeur.
Le petit déjeuner est vraiment médiocre.

Bon rapport qualité, prix et personnel, adorable, hôtel, efficace pour une excursion sur le lac Titicaca
Pros:

Malgré la réception ouverte, 24 heures sur 24, personne n’était présent à notre arrivée à 5h du matin, mais à l’ouverture, le personnel s’est rattrapé en nous offrant une chambre pour dormir quelques heures et a ouvert le buffet du petit déjeuner plutôt pour nous

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vorallem Claudia hat mir geholfen mit dem Buchen eines Transfers sowie persönlichen Anliegen.
Das Frühstück war sehr grosszügig und lecker.

Pros:

Die Ausstattung, sowie das Personal und die zentrale Lage sind den 3-Sternen absolut gerechtfertigt.

Wir haben sogar spontan ein Frühstück bekommen, da wir vor der offiziellen Essenszeit abreisen mussten.

Pros:

La habitación era muy grande y las camas también.
El baño muy grande con mucho espacio en el lavamanos para poner el neceser.
La ducha muy grande.
La Señora de recepción el último dia estaba lloviendo y yo me encontraba mal y nos dejó una habitación ya que nuestro bus salía por la noche .

Cons:

Había obreros en la planta de arriba y por la mañana y por la tarde cuando estábamos en la habitación estaban todo el rato dando golpes.
El desayuno era muy escaso y poca variedad, además de un horario muy corto.

Okay for 1 night.
Pros:

We were allowed to leave our luggage in the hotel and wait there at night for our night bus to Cusco. The breakfast was okay - the fruit was really delicious. The location was great to reach the lake and the Plaza de Armas.

Cons:

The beds were rather soft and uncomfortable and the room seemed to be in an old state (dirty walls and ceiling). There were also lots of spots on the blankets and mattresses. It was also very loud when people arrived (or left) in the early morning hours or when it was raining heavily at night.
