El parqueadero es un poco pequeño
La infraestructura del hotel es muy buena, intalaciones muy bien tenidas. La habitación perfecta, todo lo que uno espera encontrar. Al llegar la señora muy cordial. Es cerca a la plaza central pero en una zona de tranquilidad. El desayuno muy completo y delicioso. Al llegar obsequian una guía de actividades en Villa de Leyva, lo cual optimiza el tiempo de las actividades.

No me gustó que tengo una bebé 20 meses y me cobraron como adulta y aparte me toco dormir incomoda NO nos cambiaron de habitación pagando para 4 personas nos quedamos en una habitación triple. Me pareció muy injusto.
Aunque me hicieron una parte de un reembolso del pago de mi bebe...
aun me parece injusto es la primera vez que me cobran y fuera de dejaron en la misma habitación
