It was a calm and peaceful stay
Pros:

It was a nice and clean room really good place for solo travelers, the owner is such a nice and kind man. Also hotel is very close to the beach- 10 minutes to Kardamena Beach by walk and the super market is quite close to the hotel if you need anything urgent you can find different options.

La posizione dell hotel è ottima

Considerando che si tratta di un 2 stelle, non avevamo grandi aspettative. Tuttavia molto lasciava a desiderare: il proprietario, nonché tuttofare è un vecchietto di circa 80 anni, che vive nella struttura, non essendoci nemmeno una macchinetta per il caffè, mia moglie ha ignorantemente chiesto se per caso il bar dell hotel di fronte fosse anche a nostra disposizione, visto che ha nelle foto dell hotel la foto della piscina che in effetti è nell altro hotel.. lui in un misto greco/inglese ci ha risposto...nui simu nui e iddri su iddri... che vuol dire non abbiamo niente a che fare!
Successivamente ho chiesto di poter avere degli asciugamani puliti, dato che non li cambiano ogni giorno, e lui ha risposto che la signora non dovrebbe truccarsi per non sporcarli. La carta igienica all inizio la metteva...poi ha deciso di non lasciarcene più, e l abbiamo comprata noi. La sera si cucina nella stanza di fronte alla nostra e invade l aria di spezie e profumi, e si siede a mangiare nella hall.. non ho avuto il coraggio di invitarmi a cena perchè ha appunto un carattere difficile. Al mattino si mette una tuta tipo quelle degli ris per fare le pulizie nelle stanze..si le fa lui..e non tutti i giorni..! Chè altro dire.. portatevi le prolunghe per la corrente, che le prese scarseggiano. La cassaforte è a pagamento e la corrente nella stanza quando non ci siete non cè! Buonafortuna..

Die Lage ist gut, nicht weit zum Strand und nicht weit ins Zentrum und nicht besonders laut.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung entspricht dem Charme der 70er. Wäschewechsel nur wöchentlich. Mehr Service war nicht erkennbar. Zimmer eher klein. Aber: Es war bezahlbar. Und es war sauber.

Pros:

Room big enough for two, shower that worked. Asked for a kettle when we got there, and he brought one straight into us. Always a smile and a greeting when we went in or out. The room was clean and fresh towels. There are not many plug sockets, but we did take an extension lead with us anyway, just in case. Air conditioning worked, and the fridge was enough to put our things in.

Cons:

Mattress was hard, but apart from that, nothing else.
