Cama confortável, vista bonita.

Cons:

Na saída fui cobrada por duas toalhas de rosto que ficaram levemente sujas de sangue, meu filho teve um sangramento no nariz. Achei péssimo, pois sabemos que é so lavar. Ainda queriam nos cobrar por uma suposta sujeira na colcha da cama, quando pedi para subirmos no quarto para verificarmos juntos, porque desconhecia a tal sujeira, desistiram da cobrança. No café da manhã, uma fumaça insuportável, ficamos cheirando gordura e fumaça, tivemos que tomar banho novamente, lavar cabelo, trocar de roupas. Não recomendo.

Pros:

Staffs are heartly helpful especially making use if whatsapp communication, resolve oral speaking Spanish vs English problems. The janitors and receptionist willing to offer kindness help when i was sick. I much appreciated. Nearby many restaurants, shops and banks, convenient.

Cons:

My room at 9th floor, canteen at 10th floor, at night the music and moving the tables and chairs could be heard clearly. Also surrounding restaurant would not lower the music volume until mid-night 1-2am....disaster!! Except bad sound insulation, others are meeting standard.

Presque parfait mais sans papier toilette...

Fenêtres bien isolées au bruit, grande chambre, vue sur le lac et la ville, proximité des restaurants et de la place principale

Cons:

Il a fallu demander le premier jour qu'ils nous remettent du papier toilette. Le deuxième jour, on a pas remarqué qu'ils n'avaient pas mis de réserve donc on s'est retrouvé sans rien au milieu de la nuit... Je ne trouve pas ça normal d'avoir dû demander exprès et encore moins d'avoir dû descendre moi-même à la réception en chercher le dernier jour. Une chose aussi essentielle que le papier toilette a su gâcher le reste qui était pourtant presque parfait... Heureusement, que nous n'avons pas été malades ce jour-là !

El personal muy atento nos indicaron que iba a llover y nos facilitaron paraguas y a una de nosotros no os pusieron oxígeno

El desayuno estaban las mesas sin recoger y un poco descuidado tuvieron que reponer , se lo teníamos que pedir en vez de estar pendientes ellos

Bona situació, no demanar habitació matrimonial!
Pros:

A veure! Teníem 2 habitacions. La triple molt bé. La doble, cutre. Llit matrimonial petit, habitació petita, mobiliari vell, finestra oxidada. Potser es van equivocar, pq havíem reservat de 2 llits, però de 4* ni parlar-ne! La situació i personal, bona.

Hotel bom
Pros:

Localização muito boa mas não se consegue chegar de carro para descer as malas. No quarto tudo perfeito, chuveiro e cama excelente, apenas uma obra ao lado do prédio que fazia muito barulho.
Cafe da manhã excelente com diversidade, e tudo muito gostoso.

Cons:

O preço poderia ser mais justo pelo que oferece. Teve um momento que o elevador parou de funcionar e como estava no 9 andar tivemos que esperar.
