Pros:

Location in the city centre, clean room, no issue to prepare breakfast boxes as we had early morning departure to our trips

Cons:

Pictures show hotel in a nicer way, I would not say this was a 4star hotel, rather 3star. But it was fine.

Pros:

Good location, great breakfast (our best in Peru), helpful staff. It looks like what would have been a great top of the range hotel 15 years ago, they still provide that level of service, it’s just a touch dated now. But very comfortable, the bed was massive, could have slept 4 of us in the double. Also gave us a free welcome pisco sour!

La vue spectaculaire sur le lac Titicaca et la ville, le bon petit déjeuner à partir de 6h, le personnel prévenant lorsque notre guide est arrivé en retard… ils ont appelé l’agence! La chambre spacieuse, eau chaude et chauffage. Boissons chaude à disposition à l’accueil

Pros:

В самом центре самой туристической части города. Большие панорамные окна из которых было видно само озеро. Сотрудники на ресепшен отзывчивые, искренне старались мне помочь, хотя решение проблемы было не в их компетенции.

Cons:

Плохая светоизоляция и шумоизоляция в номере. Над входной дверью была стеклянная панель. Через неё прекрасно пробивался свет из коридора. Ещё я отлично слышал соседей под утро. То ли они телевизор громко включили, то ли просто сами громко разговаривали.
В целом гостиница немного устаревшая. И в плане отделки, и в плане состояния номера.

Cama confortável, vista bonita.

Cons:

Na saída fui cobrada por duas toalhas de rosto que ficaram levemente sujas de sangue, meu filho teve um sangramento no nariz. Achei péssimo, pois sabemos que é so lavar. Ainda queriam nos cobrar por uma suposta sujeira na colcha da cama, quando pedi para subirmos no quarto para verificarmos juntos, porque desconhecia a tal sujeira, desistiram da cobrança. No café da manhã, uma fumaça insuportável, ficamos cheirando gordura e fumaça, tivemos que tomar banho novamente, lavar cabelo, trocar de roupas. Não recomendo.

Pros:

Staffs are heartly helpful especially making use if whatsapp communication, resolve oral speaking Spanish vs English problems. The janitors and receptionist willing to offer kindness help when i was sick. I much appreciated. Nearby many restaurants, shops and banks, convenient.

Cons:

My room at 9th floor, canteen at 10th floor, at night the music and moving the tables and chairs could be heard clearly. Also surrounding restaurant would not lower the music volume until mid-night 1-2am....disaster!! Except bad sound insulation, others are meeting standard.
