I loved this location and the tunnel to get there. In the evening you can walk out to see the sunset
Pros:

Located in a great small fishing town, lot's of local people, very friendly staff, good food, amazing cod. The room was comfortable, bathroom had a large bathtub, blacjk out curtains good.

J’ai choisi cet hôtel qui faisait restaurant qui n’était pas encore ouvert. Et de ce fait nous avons également dû prendre le petit déjeuner sur un coin de table dans un couloir. Sans service. Bien dommage car le restaurant a bonne réputation. Et décevant d’une absence de service pour un prix si élevé .

Stylish and spacious stay at the edge of Iceland
Pros:

Most (Scandi) stylish and spacious room we stayed in Iceland on this trip, clean and comfortable complete with in-room bathtub. Wished we stayed longer.

Cons:

No dining options in-house nor in the village except the little corner on the stairs with fridge kettle and breakfast prepared the night before. Apparently because it’s off-season, and thankfully we have packed food anyway, but this could’ve been informed much much earlier and it was still rough considering the hard, long and snowy road we had getting to Sudureyri.

There was noise from the street as there was a wedding party.
Pros:

Comfortable bed, private, clean.

Cons:

No kitchen sink nor plates or else to do your own cooking. Only too small sink and a kettle to heat water that didn’t fit to put water in from the too small sink. A cup and a coffee mashing. I used the cup to move the water into the kettle. Uncovered.

Top Unterkunft am Ende Islands 😃👍.
Pros:

Das Fisherman Guesthouse ist eine hervorragende Unterkunft am Ende der Welt, so scheint es. Wir wurden königlich von unserem Gastgeber und Koch behandelt. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte alles, Eier mit Bacon, frisch zubereitet. Isländischen Raucher Lachs, Tunfisch Salat selbst gemacht, Wurst Käse Marmelade sowieso und dazu frisches warmes Brot und Brötchen. Kaffee Säfte Tee. Alles da!!! Wir bekamen ein Upgrade Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Bettwäsche, Matratzen Tip top. Sehr sauber und gemütlich. Jederzeit wieder. Ein echter Geheimtipp 👍
