Het uitzicht op Meteora

Cons:

De ruimte op onze (3 persoonskamer) was mss ook wel onze eigen schuld. We dachten meer ruimte te hebben, maar een 3 persoonskamer is gewoon een bed bijgezet, dus minder ruimte. De upgrade naar onze 2e kamer was echt goed, meer ruimte en een nog mooier uitzicht.

Pros:

El hotel está muy bien. Tiene las habitaciones renovadas, con un baño nuevecito y todo está muy limpio. La terraza con sillas y mesita y con vistas a la montaña, un gran plus. El personal muy amable. En general muy acogedor

Cons:

La única pega sería q la habitación es super pequeña, está la cama en medio y para pasar alrededor de ella es muy justo, imaginate con dos maletas en el suelo...

Un très bon rapport qualité-prix
Pros:

Super emplacement à quelques encablubres de la route est pour accéder aux Météores avec un parking public gratuit à hyper proximité.
Situé dans le centre ville mais pas lhyper centre ce qui permet de ne pas subir le bruit de manière trop brutale.
Le personnel était super accueillant et aidant : la dame à la réception nous a même appelés pour nous dire que le ciel s'était dégagé pour aller voir le coucher de soleil.

Cons:

La literie n'est pas extraordinaire. Le petit déjeuner mériterait quelques fruits frais et du vrai jus d'orange.
Globalement on ne reste pas dans cet hôtel pour autre chose qu'aller voir les Météores donc il fait le job.

Pros:

Hotel vicino alla zona centrale, vista dal terrazzino direttamente sulle Meteore. Colazione abbondante. Parcheggio moto sul lato opposto o in parcheggio vicino e gratuito.

Cons:

In bagno il lavandino perdeva. Rumore dalla strada.

Très bien et pratique pour une nuit aux Météores

Cons:

Le balcon, avec vu sur les Météores, donne sur la rue principale, ce qui le rend un peu bruyant. Mais une fois les fenêtres fermées, la chambre est bien insonorisée.

Slechte hygiëne en onprofessionele behandeling – absoluut geen aanrader

Wij verbleven hier twee nachten en dit was helaas een grote teleurstelling.

Bij aankomst leek de kamer in eerste instantie in orde, maar later op de avond ontdekten we dat de kamer absoluut niet schoon was. Overal lagen zwarte haren, zelfs in het bed. Dit kan onmogelijk van ons zijn (ik heb kort haar en mijn vrouw is blond), wat aangeeft dat de kamer niet goed is schoongemaakt.

Toen we dit meldden bij de receptie, werden we niet serieus genomen. In plaats van excuses of een oplossing kregen we een bijzonder onprofessionele reactie. Er werd gezegd dat dit “normaal is in een hotel”, dat het “van de dweil komt” en zelfs dat het misschien ons eigen haar zou zijn. Ook kregen we te horen dat dit “maar een 3-sterrenhotel is” en dat we maar meer hadden moeten betalen voor een ander hotel als we betere kwaliteit wilden. Dit is een onacceptabele manier om met gasten om te gaan.

Daarnaast was de kamer erg gehorig en staat de prijs (€128 per nacht) totaal niet in verhouding tot wat je krijgt.

We hebben gevraagd om de tweede nacht te annuleren vanwege de hygiëne en behandeling, maar dit werd geweigerd.

Kortom: slechte schoonmaak, slechte service en absoluut geen waar voor je geld. Wij raden dit hotel sterk af.
