Personalen i receptionen var lika intresserade av de boende som de boende är av pest eller kolera, Totalt ointresse. Varken hej när man kom eller hejdå när man gick. Total nonchalans.

Förutom städningen - ALLT! De anställda i receptionen var helt enkelt inte intresserade av att ha nånting med gästerna att göra. Hövlighet, vänlighet och professionallism existerade helt enkelt inte. Detta visade dom väldigt tydligt. De första dagarna sökte man deras blick för att säga hej, men efter ett par misslyckade försök gav man upp..
