מיקום מאוד מרכזי קרוב לתחבורה ציבורית, חנויות ומסעדות

שידרגו לנו את החדר ללא עלות וקיבלנו חדר ענקי וכיפי. גם נענו לכל הבקשות שלנו (קומה גבוהה אבל לא 5, דוש פתוח וכו)

הם נתנו לנו כרטיס תחבורה ציבורית חינמי לכל אזור זלצבורג - לרכבות, אוטובוסים וחשמליות. ממש שווה.

ארוחת בוקר היתה ממש מגוונת וטעימה - היו ביצים מקושקשות, ביצים קשות, פירות, ירקות, גבינות, יוגורטים וכו'. והיו גם 2 מכונות קפה טובות

Cons:

היה חסר מדף כלשהו ליד המקלחת כדי לשים בקבוקי שמפו או סבון מהבית, ובזמן המקלחת פשוט נאלצתי לשים אותם עם הרצפה - לא ממש נוח. כדאי להוסיף מדף קטן.

מגבות הגוף היו יחסית קטנות

היה קצת חוסר גמישות לגבי הכניסה לחדר ביום הראשון לפני שעת הצ'ק האין הרשמית 15:00. במידה והחדר פנוי לפני, אין סיבה לעכב אורחים או לדרוש תוספת של 30 אירו עבור כניסה מוקדמת. בסוף נכנסנו לחדר בערך שעה לפני תמורת הצטרפות למועדון שלהם.

Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay and the separate rooms for the main bed and sofa bed. Staff were very friendly and accomadating. Great central location, excellent restaurant just outside the door.

Good location in Salzburg
Pros:

My wife and I stayed two nights. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was small but adequate for our needs. It did have an odd odor to the room (locker room?) but not concerning enough to necessitate a room change. The air conditioning was decent. Overall, was pleased with this hotel. There is a grocery store (Spar) very close by. The hotel is also a short walk to many of the sights you would want to see in Salzburg. I would stay again.

Sink had no facility to hold water eg no plug
Because we opted for no cleaning, our coffee pods, sugar was not replenished.
No Ceylon/Breakfast Tea Bags provided
Only coffee creamer provided, not milk.
We asked at reception and were provided with a small jug of milk one evening but the next night they had none available.
We were happy for the room not to be cleaned but as it was very hot, we would have liked the option on the room management system to request a change of towels during our 4 night stay.
