Enter this code in the terminal, pass the bollard, and turn into the first street on the right (Linzergasse) to the Reitsamerplatz square, then turn right. The hotel is located on your left-hand side.

Schönes Hotel, tolle Lage.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, das Personal freundlich. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut - man kann alles fußläufig erreichen.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist groß, die Qualität der Speisen könnte etwas besser sein.

Zentrumsnah und gemütliche Ausstattung!
Pros:

Super Lage in der Fußgängerzone am Fuß des Kapuzinerbergs. In wenigen Minuten im Festivalbezirk! Gutes Frühstück und sehr sauber. Mobilitätsticket erlaubt gratis Benutzung des öffentlichen Verkehrs.

Die Lage

Cons:

Für eine Nacht war die Unterkunft akzeptabel, insgesamt waren wir jedoch enttäuscht – besonders in Anbetracht des Preises.

Das Zimmer und vor allem das Badezimmer wirkten deutlich abgewohnt und nicht wirklich sauber. An mehreren Stellen waren Verschmutzungen, Ablagerungen und starke Gebrauchsspuren zu sehen. Die Heizung im Badezimmer war dabei wirklich die Krönung: stark verschmutzt, mit abgeplatzter Beschichtung und Roststellen. Auch die Ecken, Fugen und der Bereich rund um die Dusche hätten deutlich gründlicher gereinigt werden müssen.

Hinzu kamen einige unpraktische Details: Im Badezimmer konnte lediglich ein einziges Handtuch aufgehängt werden, weitere Möglichkeiten gab es nicht. Außerdem gab es keine Steckdose im Badezimmer und auch keine Steckdose direkt neben dem Bett. Gerade zum Laden des Handys ist das heutzutage ziemlich unpraktisch.

Insgesamt machte die Unterkunft einen in die Jahre gekommenen und wenig gepflegten Eindruck. Eine Renovierung und vor allem eine gründlichere Reinigung wären dringend angebracht.

Für eine Nacht war es auszuhalten, aber für den verlangten Preis stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für uns überhaupt nicht. Wir würden hier nicht noch einmal buchen.

I had a wonderful stay at the Leonardo Boutique Hotel Salzburg. The room was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and well maintained.

The location is excellent, in a lively area surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafés, and nightlife. The Old Town is also very easy to reach — just cross the bridge and you’re there within about five minutes on foot.

Breakfast was another highlight, with a delicious and varied selection. Overall, a great hotel with an excellent location, clean and spacious rooms, and a very enjoyable atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it!
