Please drive to the stop line and call the number provided on your booking confirmation. Hotel staff will inform you about the entrance code. Enter this code in the terminal, pass the bollard, and turn into the first street on the right (Linzergasse) to the Reitsamerplatz square, then turn right. The hotel is located on your left-hand side.

Please note that parking in front of the hotel is only permitted for loading and unloading your car.

Wonderful stay in Salzburg was enhanced by the Leonardo Boutique Hotel staff.
Pros:

We had breakfast each morning and met the most engaging young lady, Varena. She frequently went out of her way to give us information about eating places to experience and suggested items to bring back to our friends and family in America. Her personality and communication skills were exceptional! We will fondly look back on our new friendship.

Pros:

First of all, getting to the hotel is a major hassle; you have to park in a lot that is about a 10-minute walk away. When we called to ask where to park, the receptionist simply rattled off a street name. We drove there, parked, and then had to walk the whole way in the rain hauling two large suitcases. If only she had asked, "Have you checked in yet?" before we parked, it would have saved us a lot of aggravation—because we ended up having to make that walk four times.
Finding the hotel's location was a challenge; when we arrived and asked how to get there with our luggage, we were told that vehicle access is restricted to drop-offs only and requires a street entry code. Since our car was already parked in a lot, we had to walk ten minutes to fetch the bags.
The room's air conditioning only offers cooling—no heating.
There are no power outlets for charging phones near the bed.
The bathroom is completely bare, aside from soap! There are no basic amenities typically found in hotels (such as cotton swabs, shower caps, etc.).
In short, I do not recommend this hotel at all; the nightly rate is very high considering the poor value provided.
