Hotel restaurant dress code : Daytime: Casual. As a courtesy, guests are requested to please wear a garment over their swimwear in the restaurants, reception and lobby. Evening: Casual Smart. Smart shorts and casual shoes are accepted; however, swimwear and beachwear are not allowed in the restaurants, bars, reception and lobby.
Trousers for the gentlemen are compulsory when dining at Nautic à la carte restaurant.
For all Honeymoon Clients ONLY : Please note, to benefit the ‘Honeymoon Gifts’. The travel dates must be 12 months to guests’ wedding date. A copy of the wedding certificate must be produced compulsory at time of check in at hotel.

The position was perfect. Right in Grand bay and walk distance to the town.

The staff, were very helpful and very friendly. From reception to Housekeeping, could not be faulted. They really bent our backwards to make your stay a very memorable one.
Its not that i didn't like, I felt that the dinners could have been better. Not much variations from day to day. Drinks were expensive. Breakfast was the same.

Wonderful service, friendly ladies at the spa, clean and comfortable environment
La chambre été spacieuse et propre et le lit confortable. Le petit déjeuné et le buffet du soir sont assez variés. Le restaurant le nautic été incroyable. La piscine est assez grande avec pas mal de transat côté piscine et côté mer.
L’espèce mer pour se baigner est assez petit et dans le « port ». Les chambres avec vu sur la piscine sont assez bruyantes la nuit avec les animations, mais celles ci s’arrêtent à l’heure (23h) donc cela ne nous a pas trop dérangé.
They were able to get us into our room earlier since we arrived after a 12 hour flight. The staff were all friendly.

Au bout de la 3eme jour il n’y avait plus d’eau chaude le matin et le soir c’est redevenu à peu normal
The location only
The food was mediocre, the service wasn’t the best. Room was not clean. The tv turned itself on during the night, every night even though we complained it still happened. Plus the ac turned itself on and off.
I would not rate this a 4 star hotel.
