Hotel restaurant dress code : Daytime: Casual. As a courtesy, guests are requested to please wear a garment over their swimwear in the restaurants, reception and lobby. Evening: Casual Smart. Smart shorts and casual shoes are accepted; however, swimwear and beachwear are not allowed in the restaurants, bars, reception and lobby.
Trousers for the gentlemen are compulsory when dining at Nautic à la carte restaurant.
For all Honeymoon Clients ONLY : Please note, to benefit the ‘Honeymoon Gifts’. The travel dates must be 12 months to guests’ wedding date. A copy of the wedding certificate must be produced compulsory at time of check in at hotel.

Sejour idyllique, break assuré.
Honnêtement rien. Seule la nourriture était correcte. Très déçue pour un hôtel beachcomber pour lesquels je n’avais encore jamais été déçue.
La climatisation de la chambre fuyait. Des gouttes tombaient du plafond pendant la nuit. O d’eau d’humidité très prononcée. Fourmis dans la chambre. Service médiocre. Refus nous donner un parapluie lors de notre départ malgré les portes pluies.
Super établissement pour sa situation géographique et ses équipements. Le repas était à la hauteur de nos attentes et vos largement son prix. Les activités au kids clubs sont divers. Gentillesse du personnel.
Le prix excessif des boissons et notamment de l’eau
L’accueil est au top, l’ensemble du personnel et à votre écoute et disponible y compris l’équipe de direction de l’hôtel
Bravo aussi pour le buffet renouvelé tous les jours avec des journées à thèmes, merci à notre serveuse Meghna.
L’excellent restaurant gastronomique le Nautic qui nous réserve de très belles surprises hautes en couleurs et en saveurs et je tiens à remercier le chef Vimalen et son assistant Dinessen ainsi que l’équipe en salle à savoir Riann, Varoon,Appal, Ali, Shabaan, Savan, Laerenza et une attention toute particulière pour Steven et Satyann.

Nous avons passé 18 jours …bien trop court
It's a decent resort with swimming pools and a private beach that is nice for relaxing. The location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and places to eat within walking distance.
The rooms are fairly average. We specifically booked a ground-floor room for easy access to the beach, but unfortunately we found a dead mouse in our garden area, and later another mouse entered our room. After we contacted the staff, they responded promptly, removed the dead mouse, and caught the live one.
The staff were generally okay, but there is room for improvement in guest interactions. On the day we arrived, some staff members at the reception area appeared to be staring at us and laughing among themselves. We may have misunderstood the situation, but it made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
The dining area was also quite chaotic. It seemed overcrowded for the number of guests staying at the resort, and queues were common during meal times. Finding food often required waiting in line, which took away from the overall experience.
Overall, Its a typical four-star resort than a luxury resort. While the location, pools, and beach are positives, there are several areas that need improvement, particularly room maintenance, dining operations, and guest service.
On the beach, great position, good range of water activities. Very clean, welcoming and helpful staff. Food quality was good, drinks selection was good. A la carte meal was very good.
On our honeymoon, we booked a standard room (the room was very basic but ok) originally had a room positioned opposite the housekeeping base so very noisy from very early. After complaining we were offered a modest upgrade (the only one available) which wasn’t worth us packing and moving. We were then offered a honeymoon suite which was excellent (shame this offer was held back requiring us to make further complaints). We were very grateful for the upgrade to honeymoon suite but we were forced to complain multiple times which was a shame.
Beyond this, the hotel is quite big (in terms of room numbers), much bigger than we felt promo materials suggested which could have been our misinterpretation, but maybe the photography of the hotel doesn’t reflect the scale. With this, meal times are very busy.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel au Mauricia Beachcomber. Le service était irréprochable, le staff très très gentil, le buffet du petit déjeuner très varié et celui du dîner l'était tout autant grâce aux différents thèmes proposés chaque soir.
Les activités nautiques (pédalo, paddle, snorkeling, et beaucoup d'autres) gérées par l'hôtel étaient très bien aussi, avec une bonne organisation.
Nous recommandons sans hésitation cet hôtel.

Located in the middle of shops and restaurants and pretty safe to walk around and explore.
The swimming pools were cleaned every morning and was really well maintained the evening shows was also very nice
The front desk was rude unless you can speak French they really dont bother to communicate with you.
They say one thing on there brochure but do another when it comes to currency exchange and card transactions.
The entire stay if 6 days were only able to goh out 2 times for glass bottom boat and snorkeling trips which is included in your package and should be available everyday but their excuse was that the hotel was fully booked but then you arrange for the boat to go out more times a day not just in the morning and afternoon they guys from the boat club was standing there the entire day with nothing to do on their phones.
The buffet specialises in seafood so if you have a allergy beware there was other food but limited to magarita pizza and build your own pasta bar

Nous voyagions avec notre bébé et avions besoin de repos, l’hôtel nous a gentiment changé de chambre pour être plus au calme le soir.
Attention, il y a des animations tous les soirs de 21h à 23h au bar, central au niveau de toutes les chambres avec une musique que vous entendrez même avec vos boules quies.
Tres bon accueil, chambre confortable et spacieuse.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and that the staff wanted us to enjoy our stay, which we certainly did.
The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast and dinner buffets are excellent with almost too much choice of excellent quality. We took the option of the a la carte restaurant on two evenings and it was also an excellent experience.
The location, the pool area, the bar/entertainment, tennis courts/gym/spa, watersports are all high quality and everything is well maintained. We would not hesitate to return, whenever we have the opportunity. Thank you to all at Mauricia Beachcomber for a wonderful holiday.
The drinks at meal times were rather overpriced, in our opinion, but only a very small negative on an overall excellent experience
L’hôtel est spacieux et très agréable. La présence à la fois d’une douche et d’une baignoire dans la chambre est un vrai plus, tout comme les toilettes séparées, ce qui apporte un confort supplémentaire. La vue depuis la chambre était superbe.
Le buffet est varié et de bonne qualité. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les soirées à thème avec des cuisines diverses : créole, asiatique, indienne, fruits de mer, etc. Il y a toujours des incontournables comme des pâtes et des pizzas, et le buffet de desserts est également très bien fourni.
Les animations proposées chaque soir étaient vraiment sympathiques et contribuent à une bonne ambiance. Le ménage est fait quotidiennement, ce qui est très appréciable, et nous avons aussi remarqué les différents engagements de l’hôtel, ce qui est un point positif supplémentaire.
Sur nos 7 nuits, des alarmes se sont déclenchées à trois reprises dans des chambres à proximité de la nôtre. Cela durait plusieurs minutes à chaque fois, ce qui était assez dérangeant, surtout la nuit.
Le fond de la baignoire présentait des rayures par endroits. L’isolation sonore des chambres pourrait également être améliorée : si vous avez le sommeil léger, il est préférable de demander une chambre éloignée des zones d’animation.
Nous avons remarqué la présence de nombreuses mouches dans la chambre, ce qui peut être désagréable.
Enfin, l’eau filtrée est facturée 150 roupies et n’est pas incluse dans la demi-pension, ce qui est un peu dommage.

Les chambre était infester de fourmi et de moustique et sa avant même que l'on es poser nos affaires a l'intérieur, c'est un bel hôtel mais ayant déjà vu autre chose il y'a mieux. On a fait un séjour de samedi a mardi le dimanche soir la musique à était infernal notre chambre donner sur le bar sa a était chaotique ,animations je veux bien entendre et comprendre pendant les vacances mais respect de chacun doit s'entendre aussi
Personnel très serviable, surtout monsieur Vinay. Nous sommes venus pour notre voyage de noces et nous avons eu droit à de petites attentions.
C’étaient des vacances inoubliables.
