Hotel restaurant dress code : Daytime: Casual. As a courtesy, guests are requested to please wear a garment over their swimwear in the restaurants, reception and lobby. Evening: Casual Smart. Smart shorts and casual shoes are accepted; however, swimwear and beachwear are not allowed in the restaurants, bars, reception and lobby.
Trousers for the gentlemen are compulsory when dining at Nautic à la carte restaurant.

For all Honeymoon Clients ONLY : Please note, to benefit the ‘Honeymoon Gifts’. The travel dates must be 12 months to guests’ wedding date. A copy of the wedding certificate must be produced compulsory at time of check in at hotel.

Nice hotel, food a disappointment.
Pros:

Good location re Grand Baie facilities, beautiful grounds, comfortable room with nice outlook. The staff were very pleasant.

Cons:

We had no choice but to book half board on the booking.com website. However, the dinner buffet was a big disappointment. The menu was uninteresting, the same night after night, and the food quite tasteless. We booked for a 5 night stay, but ate out of the hotel after 2 nights of their dinner.

Le personnel est d'une gentillesse exemplaire et toujours là à répondre à vos demandes. Que ce soit au restaurant ou dans les chambres
Nous sommes des fidèles clients et pour nous c'est l'établissement familial le plus confortable de Grand Baie. Le personnel de direction est très aimable avec les clients et très accessible. Merci pour votre professionnalisme et votre politesse.

Cons:

Les gros lézards verts du jardin et qui se promènent sur les murs du restaurant vers la plage. J'ai la phobie de ces insectes et c'est un peu compliqué pour moi de les voir.

Wunderbares Hotel mit liebenswürdigen Mitarbeitenden
Pros:

Wir waren in vielen Hotels in Mauritius, aber diese Hotel war einfach perfekt und die Mitarbeitenden sooo freundlich🥰 herzlichen Dank an alle.
Für Familien gibt es einen eigenen Bereich mit Pool.
Das Essen war sehr gut und alles ist top gepflegt.
Der Strand ist auch sehr schön. Man finfet zudem immer einen Schattenplatz.
Spa wunderbar und tolle Angebote.
Zufem kann man direkt aus dem Hotel laufen und ist im Städtchen.

Cons:

Nichts.

Hervorragender Service und rundum gelungener Aufenthalt! Das Personal ist einfach hervorragend: durchgehend freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr professionell. Egal ob Rezeption, Service oder Zimmerservice – wir fühlten uns von Anfang bis Ende bestens betreut und willkommen!
Der Strand in der schönen Bucht mit kristallklarem Wasser ist traumhaft. Die parkähnliche, grüne Anlage mit Vogelgezwitscher überall auf dem Gelände ist wunderschön. Das Essen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich, das Front‑Cooking besonders gelungen. Außerdem bieten die im Preis enthaltenen Wassersportangebote einen echten Mehrwert.
Trotz der Größe des Hotels haben wir uns als Boutiquehotel‑Fans sehr wohlgefühlt: alles da, aber angenehm unaufdringlich, und der Kidsclub sinnvoll vom restlichen Gästebereich getrennt.
Das Preis‑Leistungs‑Verhältnis ist aus unserer Sicht unschlagbar!
Wir kommen jederzeit sehr gerne wieder!

Was an amazing trip, can’t wait to return.
Pros:

The staff are extremely welcoming and the property was always impeccably clean. The SPA was amazing and members Siva and the chefs weee fabulous.

Cons:

Would have liked more lamb options since we do not eat beef or pork.

Dépaysant et agréable
Pros:

L’emplacement proche du centre ville
Très belle vue et belle plage
La sympathie du personnel ( sauf á la réception ou l’accueil était un peu froid)

Cons:

La clientèle Italienne apporte par le club Bravo très nombreuse mal éduquée,sans gêne et très bruyante.
