Pros:

La posizione era centralissima, la nostra camera si affacciava sulla piazza principale.Colazione nella media peruviana, personale cortese e disponibile (oltre a tenerci le valige dal mattino alla sera, ci hanno consentito di aspettare nel salottino che arrivasse l'orario di partenza del bus notturno)

Loved everything about this hotel, large rooms (some with balcony), beds very comfortable & breakfast lovely. It is situated right in Plaza de Armas so views good & central for everything.

Geweldig hotel met heel behulpzaam personeel
Pros:

Heel fijn hotel in Cusco. Personeel spreekt goed Engels en is ontzettend behulpzaam. Wij hadden kamer naast de receptie (met 3 bedden) en door dubbele voordeur geen last gehad van rumoer of andere gasten.
Ontbijt is goed verzorgd, er is mogelijkheid tot bestellen van lunch/diner bij ander restaurant wat dan bezorgd wordt bij het hotel en je kan nuttigen in de ontbijtruimte (kaart is niet bijzonder, maar is wel prettig dat deze mogelijkheid aangeboden wordt). Koffie/thee is heel de dag beschikbaar in de ontbijtruimte.
Hotel ligt hoger en het is 5 minuten lopen (naar beneden) naar Plaza Mayor van Cusco met veel bezienswaardigheden.
Wifi is goed, bedden zijn heel fijn en elke dag warm/heet water in de douche!
Vanuit de slaapkamer prachtig zicht op Cusco!
Als we terug gaan naar Cusco, overnachten we hier zeker weer!

Toplage am zentralen Platz in Puno. Frühstück ist exzellent. Zimmer haben alles was man braucht.

櫃檯人員很親切，因為車程半夜才到，也有人等候，推薦隔日行程也協助的很順利

Facing the main square, close to the pedestrian alley packed with restaurants; a nice 15min stroll to harbour to lake islands. Good breakfast, lunch boxes offered when leaving early in the morning; in-house restaurant is a helpful option after long full day tours
