Spacious room, great value for money
Pros:

Hotel is very centrally located. Room is spacious and clean. We were lucky to arrive during the carnival period, when a lot of celebrations happening at the plaza de armas. The view from the balcony over the plaza was spectacular.

L'emplacement au première loges pour le Carnaval, et proche de toutes les commodités.

Cons:

Ils annoncent sur le site qu'ils ont un parking et notre arrivée ce n'est pas le cas.
Le parking se situe à 2 pâtés de maisons de l'hôtel pas franchement pratique lorsque l'on voyage en motos.

Super fijn personeel!
Pros:

Helaas kan ik niets vertellen over hoe het hotel eruit ziet. Maar het personeel was fantastisch, begripvol en meedenkend! Ik was helaas ziek geworden en mocht van het hotel nog gratis annuleren op de dag zelf. Bedankt!!!

Ideal para estancias breves si buscas algo económico.
Pros:

Su ubicación, está muy céntrico. Las habitaciones estaban limpias. Desayuno básico incluido.

Cons:

Hay que subir escaleras para llegar a las habitaciones. Las instalaciones son amplias pero no están totalmente cubiertas, entraba agua en las zonas comunes y hacía frío.

Noisy, we paid for balcony and pay more but the plaza is busy and noisy in the evening until 11 pm. Can go to sleep.

I found out I have issue with high elevation & I booked 4 nights. After my arrival, I realize I can’t breath and my heartbeat is over 110 and my O2 level is 75, normally 99%. So for my safety I need to fly out to other city before I collapse. I message the hotel and talk to them. They say you book for 4 nights and you have to pay 4 nights even if you stay one night. However, the policy is, if no show, they charge you one night which makes sense. So I stay two nights and had to fly out and they charged me 4 nights. They are so greedy, not a fair trade. I messaged their booking personel, recommended by the front desk, and they ignored me and never replied to my message. I have to check out for my safety before I collapse. I stayed on my room not going anywhere and flew to Lime where the elevation is at sea level.

Location directly on the main square, but with a disadvantage as the square is pedestrian and you have to carry your luggage

Cons:

Avoid room 205, it is over the kitchen and you wake up with the preparation of breakfast or you hear the cook singing during dinner time

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue, en términos generales, excelente y muy satisfactoria. Desde el momento en que llegamos, quedamos gratamente sorprendidos por su ubicación, que resulta realmente estratégica: cercana a puntos importantes de la ciudad, con fácil acceso al transporte y rodeada de opciones comerciales y de servicios, lo que hizo nuestra estadía mucho más cómoda y práctica.

La atención del personal fue uno de los aspectos que más destacamos. En todo momento recibimos un trato amable, respetuoso y dispuesto a ayudar. El personal de recepción, aseo y restaurante se mostró siempre atento a nuestras necesidades, resolviendo cualquier inquietud con rapidez y buena disposición, lo que sin duda marca una gran diferencia en la experiencia de hospedaje.

El aseo del hotel es impecable. Las habitaciones, zonas comunes y pasillos se encontraban constantemente limpias y ordenadas, transmitiendo una sensación de cuidado y bienestar. Se nota el compromiso del hotel con la limpieza y la comodidad de los huéspedes, algo que valoramos enormemente.

El desayuno merece una mención especial. Es variado, completo y bien presentado, con opciones para diferentes gustos. Cada mañana encontramos alimentos frescos, bien preparados y suficientes, lo que nos permitió iniciar el día con energía y satisfacción. Sin duda, es un punto fuerte del hotel.

En cuanto a las instalaciones, las del cuarto piso nos parecieron muy bien mantenidas, cómodas y funcionales. Los espacios son agradables, ventilados y pensados para el descanso, lo que contribuye a una estadía placentera.

Cons:

No obstante, consideramos importante mencionar que el quinto piso se percibe un poco descuidado en comparación, y además presenta un calor bastante intenso, lo cual puede afectar la comodidad, especialmente en temporadas cálidas. Creemos que con algunos ajustes en mantenimiento y ventilación, este nivel podría estar al mismo nivel del resto del hotel.
A pesar de este detalle puntual, nuestra valoración general es muy positiva. Es un hotel que ofrece una excelente relación entre calidad, servicio y ubicación. Lo recomendamos sin dudarlo y, definitivamente, nos hospedaríamos nuevamente, ya que la experiencia en conjunto fue muy grata y cumplió con nuestras expectativas.
