Nice to be above Plaza de Armas and watch the real Peruvians. Having a small balcony was wonderful. Great there was an elevator and nice lobby area.Large formal breakfast room with good selection.

Bad smell from ocean
Well appointed hotel in an excellent location right on the square. The staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. A breakfast box is available for early starts. The room looked onto the square with a small balcony.
The room was on the first floor above reception so we experienced a fair amount of noise. Also the atrium that goes from ground to top floor amplifiers the smallest sound. No facilities in your room. Coffee in reception was chargeable.

The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the city near the main plaza, restaurants and shops. The hotel has a charming colonial-style atmosphere and the staff are welcoming and helpful, making check-in smooth.
Noise is definitely noticeable in the hotel. My room didn’t have a window to the outside so ventilation felt poor.

El hotel se encuentra en el centro de Puno, por lo que es muy fácil llegar a cualquier sitio. El desayuno estuvo bien, había variedad para elegir entre dulce o salado. El hotel es muy cómodo y las habitaciones son tranquilas. A pesar de estar en la plaza principal, no se escuchaba nada.
