Cambiamos un diia y nos cobraron en exceso
La ubicación es perfecta en plena Plaza de Armas. Personal muy amable. Habitación correcta, igual que el desayuno. Lo mejor: contratamos un tour a Uros en el hotel que fue excelente.

Lage am Platz ist top. Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse mit schönem Ausblick.
Zimmerausstattung etwas altbacken. Der wackelnde Toilettendeckel wurde auf Bitte immerhin repariert.
Best location in Puno. Large, spacious rooms with comfy beds. Good shower pressure with plenty of hot water. Breakfast buffet was vast and delicious. If you are coming in with a car, you will have to park temporarily in one of the nearby streets as you cannot drive into the Plaza. Walk to the hotel and the staff will send an attendant with you to take you to their parking area located about 300 metres away and they will help you with your luggage from there if you wish. Great service.

Tenía vista interna, pero no fue gran problema
Great location, comfortable, very traditional hotel, good beds and linens. Warm and cosy, with a small bath as well as shower. helpful staff. We were able to leave our cases there when we did a two day trip to Titicaca. Good breakfast included, nice viewer over the square to the cathedral.
Rooms a bit smaller than expected and unable to open balcony doors as need pushed up so close. Kettle and mini fridge in room would have been nice.
