Pros:

Great location - we only had a quick stopover before an early bus to Cusco. Front desk organised our early morning taxi and gave us a breakfast bag to go. Super accommodating staff!

Pros:

Posizione comodissima anche se molto rumorosa perché in piazza si balla e si canda tutti i giorni

Camera spaziosa e pulita

Ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli fino alla sera e abbiamo potuto usufruire degli spazi comuni avendo il bus la notte

Cons:

Quando siamo arrivati ci hanno dato la stanza sbagliata quando avevamo prenotato una camera più grande con un letto matrimoniale, facendolo presente ce l'hanno cambiata.

Il bagno della camera confinava probabilmente con il bagno di un'altra stanza / con un'altra camera.

Una sera abbiamo ordinato un toast al ristorante e hanno impiegato più di mezz'ora per farlo e non volevano farci nemmeno pagare con la carta

Pros:

La proximité de l'hôtel, le fait que le petit déjeuner soit servi dès 6h. Avoir de l'eau et du chauffage est agréable.

Cons:

Le bruit de la ventilation toute la nuit .... Et le côté un peu vieillot de l'hôtel.

Difícil chegar, como fica na praça de armas e não se pode circular de carro é bem complicado chegar com as bagagens até o hotel, até porque não há nenhuma orientação por parte do hotel, não atender as nossas ligações e é muito difícil estacionar nas redondezas.

Ubicación perfecta en la Plaza de Armas. Habitación muy grande y camas cómodas, baño y bañera cómodos también. Desayuno bastante simple y sin mucha variedad, pero incluido en el precio. También había te de cortesía en el lobby del hotel.

Cons:

No había enchufes con toma de enchufe tipo C/F (220V usados generalmente en Europa) en la habitación (puede que para la TV sí fuese de ese tipo), sólo en el baño.

Cons:

You have to get your luggage from a block away since cars/taxis are not allowed to drive to the hotel. But the taxi driver helped us.

Cons:

Radiator was on in room and it was very hot- unable to switch it off myself. I spoke to reception and they organized for it to be turned off externally. Not ideal.

Posizione centralissima rispetto alla città vecchia, camera con balconcino e vista cattedrale. Il lago e il porto sono raggiungibili con una camminata di circa 20 minuti.
Colazione servita dalle 6.00, sufficiente nella presentazione.
Camera dal gusto retrò, riscaldata, semplice e funzionale. Bagno di dimensioni generose.
Staff gentile e premuroso.
Disponibilità di packed breakfast in caso di escursioni mattiniere.
