Goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan de eilanden op Titicaca.
Pros:

Nette kamer. Goede bedden. Vriendelijk personeel. Excellente locatie pal in het (kleine) historische centrum.

Cons:

De kamers (we sliepen er tweemaal) zijn vrij gehorig (geluid van andere kamers en gang, blaffende honden, …).
Het ontbijt is ok maar kan beter

Very noisy, we had an internal room and could hear everything from room next door. Decor and bathrooms dated and tired. Hairdryer not working.

Good value hotel close to restaurants and shops.
Pros:

The location near the central square was perfect, the room was spacious and was very friendly and helpful. comfortable, and the bathroom had hot water on demand. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite good, with a wide selection of fruits.

La ubicación cerca a la plaza

Cons:

Llegamos a las 10 pm , sólo nos quedaríamos una noche . Cuando amaneció no había luz , al bajar a consultar indicaron que se trataba de un corte programada, el cual no tuvieron la delicadeza de informar al momento de ingreso para asegurarnos de cargar celulares y baterías.

Se consulto si este corte provocaría que no hubiera agua caliente e indicaron que no afectaría. Al intentar bañarme fue decepcionante ni contar con agua caliente en un lugar tan frío.

Pros:

La ubicación y el trato del personal es excelente.

Cons:

La cama es demasiado dura no pude dormir casi nada y terminé con el cuerpo adolorido.

La ropa de cama demasiado pesada, son frazadas antiguas y muy pesadas, no puedas ni moverte dentro de cama y arropada. Deberían cambiar y modernizar a topa de cama que abriga pero es ligera.

The hotel is super Well located, right next to the main square. The room is good and the bathroom was really clean and well equiped.
The staff is super friendly. A nice hotel to get to know Puno and lake Titicaca.

Exelente ubicacion.
Pros:

Una ubicacion excelente, a 1/2 cuadra de la plaza de armas. Cerca de restaurantes, museos y varios puntos de interes. El personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.

Cons:

No tengo comentarios negativos.

Прекрасное расположение отеля. Комната большая, но не уютная. Странное расположение ванны от комнаты.

Cons:

Кровать, почему-то подушка была гораздо ниже ног, матрас так странно лежал. Поскольку гостиница в центре было шумно от шествий.
