Otelin konumu oldukça iyi, kahvaltısı hiç fena değil, otel çalışanları güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. otelde unutmuş olduğum şapkamı ve gözlüğümü kargo ile bana ilettiler. bunun dışında juliaca havalimanı için transfer servisi sağlıyorlar.
Bu fiyat için beklentilerim yüksek olmasa da, otel bana aşırı temiz gelmedi, bunda otelin tasarımının biraz eski olması da etkili olmuş olabilir. örneğin lobi alanındaki ortak tuvaletlerde bence musluklar ve aydınlatmalar fotoselli olmalı.

El agua del baño estaba caliente al instante, y la habitación cómoda y caliente. La recepción me ayudó a encontrar movilidad hacia el aeropuerto y gestiono todo.

Das Personal war freundlich, das Frühstück gut und vielfältig. Die Lage ist sehr zentral.
Das Hotel ist äußerst hellhörig. Duschen, WC - Spülungen hören sich an, als ob sie durch das Zimmer laufen würden. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 2. Stock über der Küche, in der um 4:00 Uhr in der Nacht der Mixer lief.
Staff were excellent and very friendly. Excellent location close to the plaza and near everything you need, shops, bars and restaurants.

The location was perfect. The room is lovely and very clean.
The sound isolation is very bad. The street is just next to the room (my room was on 2nd floor) and was noisy all night.

La vétusté des chambres : tout est abîmé, la salle de bain s'écaille par endroits. Les photos sont bien prises, elles ne reflètent pas totalement la réalité
L'insonorisation inexistante : sur rue, vous avez du bruit en continue et vous entendez la chambre dà côté aux toilettes

Muy bien ubicado, habitación adecuada para 4 personas y una atención excelente: habiendo hecho el check out a la hora acordada, pudimos quedarnos en la recepción por la tarde esperando a nuestro autobús, pudiendo hacer uso de los tés de cortesía de la recepción.
