Pros:

Its perhaps the best hotel upon all my journey across Peru.
Perfectly located, clean, having a heater in the room, hot water, very good breakfast and helpful staff!

Good hotel with great location
Pros:

The location was great, just less than a minute walk from the plaza. The street was quiet, and the hotel itself was very clean with friendly staff.

Cons:

The breakfast could have more options, but it really didn’t affect our stay in the hotel.

Pros:

The location , the friendly staff, the breakfasts, the tea always in reception, the fresh towels daily and the attention to detail

Cons:

My room was above the kitchen and the noise from breakfast prep woke me up at 5 am but I just had early breakfast and went back to bed!

Cons:

El último día salíamos pronto en la mañana, y una recepcionista muy amable, nos dijo que nos abrirían el desayuno a las 5:40 para al menos tomar un café y un panecillo, pero la recepcionista de por la mañana, no nos dio esa opción y dijo que hasta las 6 no abrían.

Overall very good stay.
Pros:

Room was great very comfortable and roomy with couch and mini fridge. Very good breakfast and comfortable lobby

Cons:

The only problem is the shower/spa bath setup . It looked beautiful and clean but there was no shower curtain so the floor became very wet and slippery.

Pros:

Tolle Lage, konnte schon vorab über das Hotel meine Ganztages-Schiffstour über den Titicacasee buchen, das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet ist auch gut. Die Betten riesig und sehr komfortabel. Bad mit Badewanne habe ich sehr genossen. Eine Heizung gab es ebenfalls.
