La ubicación es muy buena
Great location, large and spacious room, good shower, comfortable beds, good views from room, clean and quiet at night. Excellent location. Good breakfast too with a reasonable variety on offer. Fastest check-in ever! Staff efficient, but not overly friendly.
Water in room (a couple of bottles) would be nice.

Faptul ca la micul dejun aprovizionau foarte greu dupa ce se termina si oricum era putin din fiecare cate o farfurie de ceva care se termina instant cand o aduceau apoi trebuia sa mai soliciti sau sa mai astepti inca 10-15 min sa aduca din nou si dimineata nu prea ai acest timp si nici nu e ok sa stai sa astepti atat intre produsele pe care vrei sa le mananci
L’emplacement est parfait, juste côté de la place des armes.
L’absence de rideau occultant malgré des lampadaires sur la rue donnant directement dans la chambre et l’éclairant comme en plein jour (et pas de trève nocturne!).
Le personnel est venu constater la situation, semblait la découvrir, et a fait son possible pour tempérer le désagrément (ajout d’un rideau mais clair et fin également). Nuit difficile.
Petit déjeuner en horaire anticipé à peine passable et le moins bon de notre séjour (fruits insipides, toasts caoutchouteux).

o Hotel fica bem localizado, proximo a comericios e pontos turisticos da cidade, muito facil se locomover de lá. As acomodacoes sao basicas mais confortáveis. Cafe da manha nota 7... mas nas proximidades tem varios cafes com otimos produtos feitos por eles e a custo bem razoável.

La très bonne surprise de notre séjour au Pérou. Pour un prix très doux, nous avons eu 2 très grandes chambres, avec un lit immense, une excellente literie, un PdJ correct servi très tôt pour pouvoir prendre le bus pour Cusco. Un chauffage d’appoint dans les chambres , ce qui n’est pas un luxe à Puno ! Le personnel est agréable
De plus, l’hôtel est bien placé dans le centre de Puno. Que demander de plus ?

Everything! The room was spacious and the king-size bed was so comfortable. We were provided with a lovely portable heater which was very quiet. The breakfast was quite nice as well.
