Très bon hôtel
Pros:

Emplacement et personnel très bien. Le quartier est calme.

Cons:

Nous avons été légèrement déçus lorsque nous avons découvert la chambre. A la vue des images de la réservation, nous pensions avoir une vue sur le lac ou la montagne et finalement nous avions vu sur la rue au 1er étage...

A great location with excellent staff, a good option for travellers on a budget.

Cons:

The bathroom and the room in general is dated, the bathroom floor is slippery, the shower screen is plain glass and seems fragile. The minibar was disconnected and there are no glasses or tea making facilities in the room. The beds are ok. The breakfast was average. As others have commented there is no view , glimpses perhaps. But as a budget option for a couple of nights it’s fine.

Basic hotel in good location for Puno
Pros:

Centrally located, a bit dated but overall clean hotel. Not really soundproof (you hear other guest through the bathroom and hallways) and no actual shower but rather a slippery bath tub. Breakfast was basic but fresh.

Cons:

The Junior Suite is not really special at all and feels rather old. The hotel is pricey for what you get.
