It's OK, nice views and great staff.
Pros:

Rooms were large, reception staff very helpful and exceptionally accomodating. The views over the lake at sunrise are stunning.

Cons:

It is a tad dated and starting to look tired, particularly the bathrooms. Gym was closed, restaurant was empty with no atmosphere. It is a fair distance from Puno.

Una estancia muy comoda y placentera
Pros:

Me encanto el desayuno, la vista estuvo hermosa, muy comodo todo, sobre todo porque teniamos un bebe y a pesar que estuvo lloviendo fuera, dentro del hotel todo fue muy comodo.

Cons:

No me gusto que, todavia no me mandan el recibo que pedi con DNI. Deje mis datos, pero todavia no llego nada.

Cons:

Tivemos problema com água não esquentando no banho. Banheiro pode melhorar. Café da manhã também pode melhorar. Faltou café em um dos dias.

Decepcionante, fui en años anteriores y tenían mejor servicio.
Pros:

buena ubicación, bonito jardín y vista al lago

Cons:

baño atorado, al estar alejado de la ciudad no contaban con servicio de taxi, el tipo de cambio de dólares a soles o viceversa demasiado abusivo y el personal de recepción me atendió de muy mala manera.
