Engaño en la reservación
Pros:

La reserva nunca fue atendida; llame al hotel y me indicaron que no usan esta página para reservar solamente como publicidad; pero la reserva estaba marcada acá y cargada a una tarjeta de crédito.

Pros:

Al momento de confirmar la reserva con el hotel, me informaron que no tenian ninguna afiliación con hoteles.com, por lo que me dijeron que no estaba reservada la habitación y que no tenian disponibilidad. Pésimo servicio

Pros:

Lamentablemente la habitación que me tocó estaba en muy mal estado, con mucha humedad y por ende mal olor, había incluso telarañas.

Había un grupo de huéspedes que estuvieron ingiriendo alcohol hasta altas horas de la noche y estuvieron haciendo escándalo que hacía muy difícil conciliar el sueño.

No tenían nuestra reserva y no pudimos alojarnos
Pros:

No nos pudimos alojar en el hotel porque nos dijeron que no tenían ninguna reserva con nosotros, y no tenían habitaciones disponibles. Siendo las 11 de la noche, tuvimos que ponernos a buscar otro hotel libre a esas horas de la noche. Muy descontento con Hoteles.com .Ya no reservaremos mas con esta web.
