Great Stay!
Pros:

The location in Gulshan-1 is very good with access to restaurants and easy transportation. It is close to the Gulshan and Banai lakes. The area is very walkable. I was there during Ramadan and the staff went out of their way to may me feel comfortable with meals and local guidance.

Cons:

Really nothing to note... Great staff, personal service!

Gelungener Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr aufmerksames Personal, besonders in der Lounge. Diese ist auch gut für Meetings geeignet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Service von Salman und Jannatul. Ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch

Everything was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Really nice hotel. Welcoming staff and nice facilities. The room was nice, clean and beautiful. Breakfast was really good. The view from the room was awesome. My wife and I will definitely come back again.

Cons:

We were told the swimming pool was going to be heated - it was only luke warm. It was still decent but definitely not warm.

Loveliest place, loveliest people!
Pros:

I just returned from a Christmastime stay at the Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan. I can honestly say there was the BEST customer service at any hotel I've ever stayed at, and I travel pretty constantly. Every single person I met was the sweetest person I'd met yet. Staff members in every department did EVERYTHING they could to ensure I had a wonderful stay. I was so charmed, and would go back in a heartbeat. (Plus, it was spotless, the room was fabulous, and the spa AMAZING!!!!!!!)
