Everything was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was spacious and quiet, and the facilities exceeded expectations. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere made the stay very enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience.

We were told the swimming pool was going to be heated - it was only luke warm. It was still decent but definitely not warm.

I just returned from a Christmastime stay at the Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan. I can honestly say there was the BEST customer service at any hotel I've ever stayed at, and I travel pretty constantly. Every single person I met was the sweetest person I'd met yet. Staff members in every department did EVERYTHING they could to ensure I had a wonderful stay. I was so charmed, and would go back in a heartbeat. (Plus, it was spotless, the room was fabulous, and the spa AMAZING!!!!!!!)
Ive been to 69 countries. I am a Marriott Platinum Member. Im used to beautiful hotels around the world and I would rate this in my top 3. Maybe number 1 for service.
Nowhere has made me feel more welcome. And as we all know Dhaka can be overwhelming so this is a great place to escape.

We had a great stay at Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel with our family. The staff were exceptionally friendly and service-minded, The room was modern and hotel food excellent (we used the room service frequently). The gym is modern, well equipped and open 24/7. The rooftop pool was a very refreshing escape from the city’s bustle.
We can strongly recommend this hotel. An advice for families traveling with toddlers is to bring waterproof swim diapers for the pool, as they were difficult to find locally.
Great experience. The people especially Sabina, Anika and Sabuj were fantastic and went out of their way to get me just what I was looking for.
This was a very pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were cleaned promptly and thoroughly every day, and the hotel breakfast was excellent, offering both international and local dishes, all of which tasted delicious.
