Cons:

The bedding looked a bit dirty, I found dead bugs on the bed and I noticed bugs crawling on the floor that night and one crawling in a drink I had open, I promptly packed my belongings and checked out, I spoke with an associate in the lobby about a refund but said I would have to contact booking.com, none of my emails have been responded to from the booking site.

Spacious room, hot shower, convenient location and friendly staff.

Cons:

Couldt get TV to show guide or connect to internet to use my streaming services. Sparse breakfast but acceptable. Shower panels moved a lot.

Bad news
Cons:

I already wrote another review, but bedbugs and the initial refusal to refund my money. The staff went from smiles to jerks within a minute. They would not move me to another room and asked me to leave because I told the guy behind me in line that I had bedbugs. Said they now would also only refund half. I finally got a full refund after having to argue. So bedbugs and attitude. My advice....stay somewhere else.
