Bad news
Cons:

I already wrote another review, but bedbugs and the initial refusal to refund my money. The staff went from smiles to jerks within a minute. They would not move me to another room and asked me to leave because I told the guy behind me in line that I had bedbugs. Said they now would also only refund half. I finally got a full refund after having to argue. So bedbugs and attitude. My advice....stay somewhere else.

Room was not as described. The onsuite was a 8x8 room with a TV but no chair. The bathroom door would not close due to the bed and the deadbolt to the door would not retract so the door would not close completely.

I spend a lot of time in hotels. This is the worst I've stayed at in years.
Pros:

Cons:

Sheets were stained. Requested clean towels, had to make four trips to the front office and wait 4 and 1/2 hours. Front desk staff disappeared for several minutes at a time, leaving everyone waiting in line to check in and out and finding towels. Towels. If you need a shower while you're here, hope that it rains because you'll get more water pressure from the sky. Staff was completely unhelpful in every manner. When they say they offer breakfast, what they mean is the waffle iron doesn't work, if you're not one of the first three or four to arrive you will get no juices, nothing hot, and very stale bagels that obviously get put out day after day if they're not taken the previous morning.

Overall it was fair , next year we will stay somewhere else

Staff were friendly. Recently updated. Comfortable bed, some nice updates. Hot shower with good pressure

Cons:

Towels were clean but stained
Did not give extra toilet paper
Our room floor needed to be mopped
