Una buena opción para descanasr
Pros:

Apreciamos el buen servicio y la disposición de las funcionarias del hotel para atender nuestros requerimientos tanto de habitación, como de restaurante.
Definitivamente lo mejor es la naturaleza en la que está insertado el hotel. Se nos facilitó hacer caminatas y respirar aire puro.
Además, es fácil y cercano el desplazamiento a Villa de Leyva y sitios de interés de la región.

Cons:

Considero que es un poco limitado el menú. Podrían incluir otros platos fuertes dentro de la carta.

Perfect Place to connect
Pros:

This is already the third time my wife and I have stayed here, and we are already planning our next visit. Hotel Alma is a very peaceful place in the mountains. The staff is extremely kind and attentive to our needs. The rooms are spacious, and the property has plenty of open space to explore. This is a truly pet-friendly hotel. 100% recommended for disconnecting from the city and enjoying nature with comfort.

Cons:

I have no complaints. If I’m being very picky, the breakfast, although delicious, could be more substantial.

Baño relajante en la tina y buen descanso

El desayuno estuvo bien, limpieza, la decoración, la ducha, la tina. En general las instalaciones son muy bonitas

Cons:

El checking, llegamos a medianoche y fue un poco molesto para la señora recibirnos a esa hora, nos dijo que el era hasta las 10 pm, lo cual creo que debería replantearse porque mucha gente viaja a hacer turismo y es normal que llegue a cualquier hora. Creo que es conveniente dejar una papelera junto a los lavamanos para que no haya que caminar hasta la del sanitario para botar un papel. Hay algo molesto, el poyo bajo los lavamanos está muy salido y no permite acercar los pies para usar adecuadamente los lavamanos, lo cual hace forzar la espalda. Los precios del agua y los elementos que están de la habitación son exageradamente elevados, uno entiende que valgan el doble, pero no cinco veces más de su precio en el pueblo.

Simplemente espectacular.
Un lugar perfecto en medio de la naturaleza para descansar de verdad. Se siente una tranquilidad única, es de esos sitios donde uno realmente se desconecta y sale renovado, mucho más relajado y en paz.

La amabilidad y atención de Stella y Diana hicieron toda la diferencia, siempre atentas, cálidas y dispuestas a ayudar en todo.
Y la comida absolutamente espectacular, deliciosa en cada plato.

Un lugar al que definitivamente queremos volver. Totalmente recomendado. 🌿✨

Sería ideal revisar un poco el tema de la humedad, en una de las habitaciones habían goteras.

Buena opción lejos de la ciudad. Cuidado con los insectos

Tiene un ambiente agradable en medio de la naturaleza. La comida estuvo bien. El cuarto era cómodo. El camino es destapado para llegar al hotel (unos 2km).

Cons:

La estructura de las puertas deja espacios por donde se entran los cucarrones voladores y otros insectos. Es una falla de estructura. Al comentarle a la supervisora, la respuesta es que es por culpa de la luz del cuarto. Es una justificación que no tiene sentido. Hay una falla en la puerta y se debe aceptar. No voy a un hotel con el
Objetivo de quedarme a oscuras para evitar insectos. El
Hotel debe prever eso en su infraestructura y hacer ajustes para evitar que se metan los insectos a los cuartos.
