Pros:

El lugar es muy bonito

Cons:

Nunca nos pidieron identificación durante el check in, las habitaciones se escucha todo lo de las demás habitaciones, la calidad de los alimentos muy normal y el servicio muy demorado proque tenían muy poco personal para la cantidad de huéspedes.

Para ser puente me extraño que no tuvieran el jacuzzi funcionando, cuando lo pedimos se dieron cuenta de que estaba dañado y sin mantenimiento entonces no lo pudimos usar.
El personal se esfuerza, pero creo que son pocos para todo el mundo.
Las porciones de comida me parecieron muy pequeñas.

Una buena opción para descanasr
Pros:

Apreciamos el buen servicio y la disposición de las funcionarias del hotel para atender nuestros requerimientos tanto de habitación, como de restaurante.
Definitivamente lo mejor es la naturaleza en la que está insertado el hotel. Se nos facilitó hacer caminatas y respirar aire puro.
Además, es fácil y cercano el desplazamiento a Villa de Leyva y sitios de interés de la región.

Cons:

Considero que es un poco limitado el menú. Podrían incluir otros platos fuertes dentro de la carta.

Perfect Place to connect
Pros:

This is already the third time my wife and I have stayed here, and we are already planning our next visit. Hotel Alma is a very peaceful place in the mountains. The staff is extremely kind and attentive to our needs. The rooms are spacious, and the property has plenty of open space to explore. This is a truly pet-friendly hotel. 100% recommended for disconnecting from the city and enjoying nature with comfort.

Cons:

I have no complaints. If I’m being very picky, the breakfast, although delicious, could be more substantial.
