Hôtel très joli et charmant. Le personnel est adorable et serviable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Tout est propre, la salle de bain est spacieuse et avec de l'eau chaude. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Il y a un billard à disposition, c'est agréable.

Cons:

C'est dommage que l'espace spa ne soit pas exploité. Le premier jour, nous n'avons pas pu utiliser le jacuzzi car non inclus... Le lendemain, on nous a dit que c'était inclu mais il était très tiède. Le sauna était éteint, pas d'offres de massage. C'est dommage car c'est un vrai plus pour cet établissement.

La ubicación del hotel es buena, son 4 cuadras a la plaza mayor, pero lejos del ruido y con facilidad de entrada y salida con vehículo, las camas son cómodas, el cuarto abrigador, desayuno rico

No hay variedad en el desayuno, solo es un tipo de desayuno el fin de semana sin opción vegana o vegetariana

Friendly staff in a perfect location
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and always eager to help us with any need we had.
The hotel is just amazing and very traditional. It resembles the Colombian architecture of the colonial times.

Cons:

There were some small things to improve: there was a leak on the roof and the 2 nights of rain left us with water inside the room. The lamps were not working, but the staff changed them immediately.
