Amazing place; would stay there again! Coffee machine and welcome drinks were a great touch. Breakfast was delicious and was easy to take to go. Clean, quiet, close to bus stops. Highly recommend.

This hotel located a bit further to city centre but rather quiet area. There's tram number 1 easily going to the city centre. There's a self service hotel but everything has been told before our arrival. It's quiet. Room is big enough for 2 people. A nice lounge area and working space with a coffee machine. You can store your drink in their fridge at the lounge area. A little bit cleaning can be done in the room but overall it was a nice stay! :)

Das Zimmer war sauber und einwandfrei.
Der Aufenthaltsraum war echt super. Kostenloser Kaffee, Obst war jeden Tag frisch und Wasser for free. Es wurde immer alles rechtzeitig abgewaschen und sauber gemacht. War echt ein schöner Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder

We were a family traveling together with three rooms. The hotel is all self service. Digital checkin which was difficult for several members who didn't have cell service. We had a drunk neighbor who was abusive. No front desk to deal with it and We did have a phone number.


But overall is was a good clean hotel.

Property is a 20 min walk from historic area with public transport close. We ended up walking everywhere. It is a very basic hotel but clean and has good amenities. Easy check in, free coffee and very nice community room. The only thing it did not have, which would be nice is a community microwave.

The property and room were fine, but due to the summer weather, we needed to keep the windows open for airflow. Unfortunately, our room faced the street, and it was a very busy street with traffic noice all night. For a future stay, I would request a room that is not street facing to minimize noice level.

Die Infos zum Check In wurden nicht im Vorfeld mitgeteilt. Per WhatsApp gibt es einen virtuellen Assistenten, der nicht wirklich hilfreich war. Am Telefon wurde dann schnell eine Lösung gefunden.
Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und bieten viel Komfort. Es ist alles da, was man braucht.
Die Frühstückszeiten sind nicht flexibel - eine Frühstücksbox wird in einer bestimmten Zeitspanne vor die Tür gelegt.
Das Hotel bietet nur drei P vor der Tür an und das nächste P Haus ist 10 min Fußweg entfernt!

Absolutely loved my stay at this gorgeous hotel, i little hard to find on foot, but easy to remember & close to many bus links to airport, train station etc. Is a really nice walk through the mountain to the old town. Very clean, modern comfortable room, very good shower, lovely communal kitchen/ lounge, i will be back 100%, gorgeous city & place to stay!

My stay was quiet, clean and not too far away from the downtown. You are allowed to drink free hot drinks and also beer. This is also pet free hotel.There is also no reception allowed but you can do everything with your phone and online, which I find quiet a good idea: there is no need to wait too long before you get your room. Our room was very clean with a king-size bed and very comfortable pillows, big shower with all the necessary thing like shower gel, shampoo as well as hand cream and hairdryer. The one thing I would add is toothbrushes and toothpaste. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and sure that my next trip i’ll spend here.

The lockers were annoying and almost always full… needs more of those at the property.

I needed a one-night stay closer to the airport. When I booked numa I did not realize that it was a 'no-human' hotel with fully digital check-in and check-out. Check-in worked fine and communication was okay, but is limited by what Artificially Intelligence can interpret (don't ask an unusual question). The room was okay and had a coffee maker, but it did not have a desk, not even a chair (in a Deluxe room!), which is my main problem with this hotel. Also, there was no support for getting a breakfast - no list of places nearly, no vending machine. For the level of service, the room rate was too high (nearly $200)
