Felt like a hot box and should had aircon!
Pros:

It was close to the train station and we could do self-check in.

Cons:

It was ridiculously hot even with a fan. There was only one plug next to the bed. And the for the price we paid was not worth it as it was tiny,

Wir sind als fünfköpfige Familie dort angereist und haben dort Zimmer 108 und 109 bekommen.
Beide Zimmer hat meine Raumtemperatur von +30 Grad.
Es gibt keine Klimaanlage und auch keine Möglichkeit, die Temperatur aus diesem Zimmer rauszukommen.
Wir haben fast die ganze Nacht kein Auge zugemacht.
Die beiden Räume waren sehr beengt und sehr klein. Es gab keine Möglichkeit, wo wir uns als Familie hinsetzen konnten, um zum Beispiel zusammen zu essen.
Einen direkten Ansprechpartner vor Ort gibt es auch nicht.

Cons:

The thieves had a key to our room; they broke in and stole our money.
We had to chase down the thief, catch him, and hand him over to the police. We managed to recover our money, but we couldn't understand how the thief had obtained our room key (note that the key bore the hotel's logo).
It was a terrible vacation, and I had to cut our stay in Salzburg short by two days because it wasn't safe for my family.

Gemütliche Atmosphäre, zentrale Lage, ruhiger Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Lage ist zentral und in weniger Minuten Fußgang entfernt von den Mirabell Garten und Altstadt. Sehr schönes Gebäude im Hof zwischen historischen Wohnhäusern. Sehr gemütlich und mit Räumlichkeit, gut gedachte Zimmerplanung. Privatsphäre geschützt dank den individuellen Zugang zum Zimmern. Schöne Gemeindenutzung Areal: Lounge, Küche und Innenhof. Hotel Modus is sehr familienfreundlich und sympathisch, gut gepflegt, bequem und ziemlich modern, sauber und ordentlich gedacht.

Cons:

Nur die Hitzewelle, damit hat Hotel nichts zu tun.
