Quiet luxury in a fantastic location to visit Salzburg.
Pros:

This is a very clean, tidy and spacious property with all that can required for a short stay in the area. It is close to both the new and old areas of the city with easy access to both by foot.
It was quiet and easy to access. Whilst there are people that can be contacted for any issues, there is no reception or persons to gain access and all is done with a PIN code sent to you on the day of arrival. This worked well and there were no issues. There was good contact through WhatsApp and email, whilst this may not work well with everyone, if willing to give it a go it works well.

There were no issues with the property.

Awful customer service
Pros:

Location, cleanliness.

Cons:

Awful customer service. They told me the possibility of late check out would be known on the day check out and luggage storage would be no problem. When I contacted them in the morning of the check out day they didn't even bother to respond. Moreover they had the nerve to send me a snide remark " hope everything went well " the same day night.

everything was fine

Cons:

walls were quit thin so it was not soundproof but we didnt have any issues. if you are light sleeper you can consider this though. also the a/c was not working well. it was working but wasnt cooling enough.

Excellent property in perfect location
Pros:

Excellent stay in a perfect location. Facilities was great- bedding, shower, air conditioning. Minor kitchen facilities- refrigerator, coffee maker, sink, dishes and glasses. No cooking or microwave.

Pros:

The online check-in and check-out system worked perfectly. Everything was very simple, smooth, and hassle-free, with no waiting or unnecessary complications.

The location is excellent, and all the main attractions are within walking distance. The accommodation also provided us with public transportation passes, which we could use throughout the city – a great bonus.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed and a modern, stylish design that looked even better in person. The bathroom was also very clean.

Breakfast arrived exactly on time and was delicious. It was definitely worth the price.

The area was quiet, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again. :)

יש מזגן שזה הציל אותנו.
יש גם מכונת כביסה ומייבש ותמיד כיף לחזור הביתה בלי כביסות.

Cons:

המיקום קצת מרוחק מהמרכז 10-15 דק הליכה.
אין פרטיות במרפסת או עם חלון פתוח כי יש בניין ממש ממול.
הניקיון טעון שיפור.

Alojamento muito agradável- confortável; silencioso; espaçoso, com muitos cómodos de arrumação, kitchenette e wc funcionais; espaço de refeição simpático e pequena varanda com set de cadeiras e mesa para relaxar no final do dia.
Colchões e almofadas confortáveis e de qualidade, bem como roupa de cama e atoalhados.

A Welcoming Stay
Pros:

Even though this is a self-check-in hotel, we felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. Communication through WhatsApp was excellent, with prompt and helpful responses to all our questions. We had an amazing experience!
