Hotel lindo e muito corfotável
Pros:

O hotel é lindo, em um prédio histórico que por si só já é um ponto turístico.
Ao lado do palácio de Mirabell e próximo do centro histórico da cidade.
Realmente um experiência 5 estrelas, equipe acolhedora. Era nosso aniversário de casamento, nos receberam muito bem com um upgrade de quarto, e doces de boas vindas. Todos os dias um funcionário batia a nossa porta para oferecer chocolates.
O frigobar era incluso, podendo consumir qualquer item, com reposição ao pedir.
O quarto é muito confortável e com roupas de cama e banho de qualidade.
O café da manhã muito completo e o restaurante do hotel também de alto nível.
O funcionário Dominik nos dava dicas a todo tempo, sempre muito atencioso, além de toda a equipe do hotel.

Cons:

A diária do estacionamento era bastante cara, porém tinha serviço de valet. O que facilita muita ao precisar do carro.

Great location, two minutes walk from Mirabel gardens and short, easy walk to old town. Bus stops and tour stops very near.

Pros:

A characterful hotel close to the Mirabell gardens. It was spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed, fantastic bathroom and great staff. The breakfast was excellent.

- Room was comfortable and cool
- Modern atmosphere
- Location is good. in the middle of city center. 150min walk from the old town
- The available staff where kind and helpful
- Extremely well priced. good value for money.

Cons:

- The hotel was understaffed
- Room service was limited for a 5-star hotel
- Housekeeping was lazy
- The check-in process was stressful as we did not know where to park and offload our luggage initially
- it felt more like a nice 4-star hotel than an actual 5-star

What should have been a nice stay was spoiled by the small and odd layout of the room.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Just a couple of minutes from Mirabelle Gardens and an easy walk to the old town.
Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Room was a little small for two people with two large cases.
Bathroom arrangement was strange. Toilet was separate from shower room and no hand basin so you had to come out of toilet and walk around to shower room to wash your hands!!

Das **Hotel HYPERION Salzburg** hat mich auf ganzer Linie überzeugt. Es ist ein äußerst modernes und komfortables Haus, das durch seine unschlagbar zentrale Lage besticht.
Schon beim Check-in gab es eine freudige Überraschung: Ein **Upgrade**, durch das ich in den Genuss eines der beeindruckend großen Zimmer kam. Das absolute Highlight im Zimmer war zweifellos das **2,10 m breite Bett** – ein Luxus, den man selten findet und der für einen erstklassigen Schlaf sorgt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist zudem die **inkludierte Minibar**, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gestaltet hat.
Auch kulinarisch lässt das Hotel keine Wünsche offen. Das **Frühstücksbuffet** bietet eine riesige Auswahl, bei der wirklich für jeden Geschmack und jeden Wunsch etwas dabei ist.
**Fazit:** Wer in Salzburg modern, großzügig und zentral übernachten möchte, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Cons:

Die Kritikpunkte:
Leider muss ich in der B-Note Abzüge machen, da ich von einem 5-Sterne-Standard in puncto Sauberkeit mehr erwarte. Auf dem Nachttisch befanden sich bei Bezug noch Wasserflecken, und auch die Toilette war nicht wirklich sauber. Hier musste ich selbst noch einmal Hand anlegen, bevor ich mich wohlfühlen konnte.
