Pros:

Dejligt og rent hotel. Lækkert pool. Søde personale der hjælper en med alt hvad man har brug for. God morgenmad.

J’aurais apprécié être mieux informé sur la situation géographique, j’aurais choisi un autre hébergement plus calme

One of the most frustrating hotel experiences I've ever had.

At around 3:00 AM, we were woken by an extremely bright emergency light that suddenly turned on inside our room and could not be switched off. From that moment on, our night was over. We didn't sleep again.

The worst part wasn't even the power issue—it was the complete absence of any support. We repeatedly called and messaged the hotel in the middle of the night, desperate for help, and nobody answered. We were simply abandoned.

A hotel's most basic promise is to provide a place where guests can sleep. They failed to deliver the one thing we paid for.

To make matters worse, after acknowledging what happened, the hotel refused to take responsibility or offer fair compensation. Booking.com only offered a small goodwill credit, leaving us to absorb the cost of a completely ruined night.

The breakfast was disappointing, and the location is nothing special, with much better options available on Naxos.

Power outages can happen. Ignoring your guests when they're trapped in a room they can't sleep in, then refusing to make it right, is inexcusable.

I would never stay here again, and I strongly recommend choosing another hotel.

Belle chambre confortable avec terrasse équipée d’un jacuzzi.
Proche de la ville principale avec arrêt de bus à l’entrée de l’hôtel.
Parking et bar devant la piscine.
Petit déjeuner bien garni et servi au bord de la piscine.

Cons:

Revêtement dégradé du jacuzzi et Utilisation quasi impossible au regard des horaires imposés (10h à 14h et 18h à 21h)!
Le sol autour de la piscine n’est pas nettoyé.
Coupures d’électricité nocturnes qui actionnent une lumière de secours directement visible du lit.

Excellent Stay with Minor Breakfast Improvements
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Apps in Naxos. The location was perfect—just 5 minutes by car from the port and town center, 8 minutes from the beautiful Agios Prokopios Beach, and only 2 minutes from the airport.
The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very convenient for a family with a small child. One of the highlights of our stay was the private jacuzzi on the patio, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the island.
The staff were always friendly, polite, and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
Overall, Hotel Apps is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Naxos, offering comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The only downside was the breakfast, which offered limited choices and was below average in terms of quality. Everything else, however, was excellent.
