Peace & Quiet in beautiful surroundings
Pros:

What a beautiful hotel!! It’s an under developed island compared to other Greek islands but this hotel is stunning and the service and food match this. It’s a little secluded you need to walk or taxi into town but if you want peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings this is it!! All staff are very attentive when you need them but preventing alone if not. Only slight criticism storage in rooms are limited and small. Other than that can’t complain

Stunning!

5* laid back luxury…loved the vibe of Casa Cook and would return in a heartbeat ❤️
Exceptional staff! ALL professional, friendly and helpful with a special mention to Whyte in housekeeping who couldn’t do more for us, Teresa who served at breakfast with a genuine cheery smile, and Djoga for his cocktail masterclass with a Greek twist (husband is now converted to cocktails!)
We had a swim up room which was perfect 🌟 When we hit shade at 3pm we just moved to the beach and always got beds - people come and go - no reserving sunbeds here! Enjoyed the music on the beach and DJ sessions. Bar service to sunbeds was a lovely luxury - can recommend the Island Aperol!
The hotel is next to the airport but you know that when booking. Didn’t bother us one bit - enjoyed watching the planes.
About a 30 minute walk into Pythagoria but we were lazy and took a taxi every night for 9€! Wonderful Greek town - lots of great restaurants and evening walks along the harbour.
Thank you for an amazing holiday - we will definitely be back….

Most of the things are good; however they could be more careful about checkout

check out process (they started to remind you too early about check out process ( the day before leaving they leave a note to our room to leave on time :( , everyone know the rules about the leaving time dont impose them about checkout on time especially the day before leaving)

Our stay at Casa Cook Samos exceeded all our expectations.

The hotel is beautiful, perfectly maintained, and every detail has been thoughtfully designed. What impressed us the most, however, was the staff. Everyone was genuinely kind, professional, and always willing to help. The level of customer care is truly exceptional and made us feel welcome from the very first moment.

Before arriving, we were a little concerned after reading reviews mentioning slow service. We did experience that during our trip around Greece—but we quickly realized it’s simply part of the relaxed Greek lifestyle. Compared to every other restaurant and hotel we visited, the service at Casa Cook was incredibly fast, efficient, and well organized.

There is honestly nothing to complain about. Everything works perfectly, from check-in to housekeeping, the restaurant, and the overall guest experience.

Thank you to the entire Casa Cook team for making our holiday so enjoyable. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay

As someone who loves leaving detailed hotel reviews, I can honestly say that it is very rare for a hotel to impress me this much. Our five-day stay at Casa Cook exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we walked through the entrance, we knew this wasn’t just another hotel—it was a place where every detail had been thoughtfully designed to create a truly special guest experience.

The first people we met were the reception and front desk team, and their warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness immediately set the tone for our entire stay. Every single member of the staff we encountered was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They made us feel like welcomed guests rather than customers. One example that perfectly reflects their hospitality was when they managed to secure a reservation at a restaurant we couldn’t book ourselves. It was such a thoughtful gesture and something we truly appreciated.

We stayed in one of the swim-up rooms, and it was absolutely the right choice. The welcome cocktail served during check-in was a lovely start to our vacation. When we entered our room, we found a bottle of wine, a handwritten welcome note, and thoughtful treats waiting for us. Small touches like these make all the difference and create unforgettable memories.

Our room was beautifully designed, peaceful, and incredibly comfortable. I also have to mention the bathroom amenities. I absolutely fell in love with the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The fragrance and quality were so impressive that I visited the hotel store before leaving and bought them to take home. I don’t think I’ve ever done that at any other hotel before.

The breakfast deserves special recognition. It was honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. Everything—from the quality of the ingredients to the presentation and variety—was exceptional. Every morning felt like a treat, and after five days we still looked forward to breakfast with the same excitement.
