Conveniently situated near central station and bus stops; clean, comfortable, loved that they offered tickets for city transportation

The breakfast was a little expensive but great quality and extensive choices. The scrambled eggs were good and that's always a good test for hotels, etc.

The stunning Cocoon hotel provided us with a fabulous stay.
Pros:

Superb location, a few hundred metres from the train & bus terminals, yet incredibly quiet inside-we slept with the windows opened both nights & barely heard a city sound. Delightful decor, beautiful, welcoming reception area, so well organised & stocked with complimentary drinking water, tea facilities, apples, magazines & board games. Excellent sized, safe, self accessible storage area/ lockers for large bags. Lots of fun activities on offer-karaoke, speed dating. Charming bar/ restaurant area. Staff were so warm, friendly, nothing was too much & we were made to feel very welcome & at ease. The room itself was perfect-great size, very comfortable bed, exceptionally clean, delightful Rituals products, plentiful hanging/ storage space, good lighting. It felt good to be environmentally friendly-such simple sensible solutions to issues-communal kettles, bins in the bedroom with recycling compartments etc.

Cons:

Honesty can’t think of anything. They are excelling.
